I sent this arrangement to my Mom for her Birthday and she was so delighted! The arrangement and tea cup is just beautiful! I received very nice compliments from family members as well. Ordering was simple, transparent, with great communication as well as a notification when the delivery was made. Nice!! As a side note, my Mom said the delivery man was very nice. Thank you

I send my mom flowers regularly but this was the first time that ever I used Hayes. I had forgotten to order flowers on Friday for her birthday on Monday but Hayes offered same day delivery service which was why I initially picked them. The bouquet that was received was by far the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever had sent to Mom. My mom said the flowers were so fresh and very thoughtfully put together. We even received a phone call when the flowers were delivered! How about that for customer service!!! Hayes Florist is my new go to florist!!

Way back in the late 80s, early 90s ,my then fiancé would pick up a fluted fishbowl filled with teacup roses every month for me. So I became a fan. Fast forward 35 years or so and I am so happy to be able to continue to order from Hayes for my loved ones. Hayes always amazes & never disappoints! The bouquets seem to get better and better each time. The delivery today to my niece and nephew was absolutely exquisite. Hope the photo uploads

Beautiful work and excellent customer service! We live in Canada and I found Hayes Florist by Google search as we wanted to send flowers to recognize my mom’s special birthday who was vacationing in St. Pete’s. Diane organized the flowers for my daughter's wedding. They were absolutely stunning arrangements.Diane was so positive, creative and worked to keep us within our budget. She came out to the hotel to pin the boutonnieres on the groomsman and deliver the bouquets. She set up the flowers for an outdoor ceremony and worked with our wedding coordinator so they could be moved to the reception area! Absolutely outstanding service!

I ordered my flowers the week of my wedding. Being from out of town I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went by recommendation from my wedding planner. Luckily they were able to have them ready for me on my wedding day. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the bouquets and boutonnière’s. They were gorgeous. They looked beautiful with our dresses which were described to Denise over the phone. She did a wonderful job creating exactly what I wanted. I will continue to go to Hayes when we are in Florida in the future.

I have been looking for a great florist in the St Pete Area for a long time. I finally found the absolute best in Haye’s Florist. I really like to give my business to family-owned businesses, as I grew up in a family business. I was so pleasantly surprised with everything….product and service. From the moment I went on their website….browsed beautiful product selections, navigated with much ease (I’m 70 yrs old) through ordering online, special delivery instructions if recipient didn’t come to the door, quick receipt, their notification of the delivery being completed, to thanking me for putting my trust in them……I was amazed! The Hayes Florist Team provided customer service that was spectacular, something rarely seen in the world. My dad always told me and my siblings, “Always do the right thing!” Well, Hayes is one of those few. You can trust them! The recipient was so touched to receive such beautiful flowers and sent us a pic. The design, colors, quality, and freshness were perfect! If Hayes does not have the exact flower as shown in their photo examples, they do what they say. They provide the closest match as possible and they will be equal to and even better than you could imagine. I’m certain your experience with Haye’s Florist will be awesome!

Unfortunately a friend of mine had to put their dog down early this morning. I googled a flower shop near their house hoping for same day delivery. Hayes Florist was one of the first ones to appear and had the most/best reviews. I now know first hand why. The website was extremely easy to navigate. I placed my order around 11:20 AM and I received a notice at 12:35 PM that they were delivered! The recipient sent me a message saying how beautiful they were and how appreciative she was. I wanted to send flowers to a dear friend who is a teacher, on the first day of school. I live in Alabama so I try to work with a local florist when I send flowers to a different city or state. I was in a hurry and on a budget but the staff at Hayes was patient and helpful. The young lady I worked with had even attended the school where my friend works! The service was all I could hope for. My friend received her flowers and LOVED them. She sent me photos. They were beautiful and healthy. They lasted over 2 weeks! It was a win-win. I even received a note of thanks from Hayes for my business! I don't get to send flowers often but when I do I will definitely use Hayes again and so will my friend! I've lived in Pinellas Park for a few months now and had to find a florist for my fiance who loves flowers. I tried a few places before Hayes, but now I am a customer for life. Here's why. The arrangement itself was amazing, and my fiance loved it. The price was comparable to other florists so no issue there. Where they really shined is through their customer service. As a small business owner, I know the importance of reaching out to customers and showing appreciation for their business. Hayes Florist sent me a very nice personalized letter thanking me for my purchase and enclosing a gift card for a any future purchase with no expiration date. Hayes florist is the absolute best. My family has been using them ever since they opened to send flowers to my grandma. I live in new york and Unfortunately cant see my grandma as much as i want to. Sending her flowers makes her day and hayes is always Prompted, fairly priced you get whats in the picture (which sometimes other florists lack) and purchasing is easy.

I love this florist. Their service is above and beyond expectations. When I was tasked with providing presentation bouquets hours before a performance, they were extremely nice and provided beautiful arrangements with time to spare. Also, when I arrived for pick-up, I asked if I could purchase single wrapped roses for my daughter and 2 of her friends in the performance, and they were happy to make these (wrapped beautifully with baby’s breath) while I waited. Nevertheless, Hayes Florist was able to accommodate my order! The order was delivered late in the after and my wife had already left work for the day. The security guard would not allow her company to keep the flowers. However, Hayes Florist (the owner) contacted me and my my wife ASAP to apologize. Our Grandmother passed away in April. Among all of the arrangements we had to solidify were flowers. The funeral home took the opportunity to have their florist do most of the flowers. I was told we needed some for the vase at the mausoleum. I dropped into Hayes. I wish I had seen their selection first! Excellent selection. Fresh flowers. Comparable pricing. They even hand made a selection of lilies and carnations (Grandma's favorites) with out putting in an "official setting" and saved me a ton on money. I will definitely refer them and bring my return business to them. They are professional and compassionate.

I looked at other florist shops online in the same area and found that Hayes Florist had the nicest selection and arrangements, and was less expensive than the others as well. They delivered to the nursing home where my friend lives and even though their website said they reserved the right to substitute if necessary, luckily they had the vase I wanted my friend to have (a beautiful Thomas Kincade), and delivered to her with no problem. She loved the flowers and her daughter took pictures of them and emailed them to me. I'm very satisfied with my online order from Hayes Florist!

Diane at Hayes Florist provided all of the flowers for my daughter's January 2nd wedding. The flowers were stunning and Diane made it so easy for us! She coordinated with the reception venue, the church, and the bakery for flowers for the cake. Everything was so lovely and almost overwhelming. Have ordered several time from Hayes, flowers are always delivered when promised, they look wonderful and last up to 2 weeks depending on the flower. Have sent several to my mom who used to be florist and has told me their arrangement are awesome, they don't skimp on the flowers. What is pictured is what is delivered. From the moment of my direct contact with Trish at "Hayes Florist" I knew from her sensitive voice I had called an outstanding florist. I explained the frightening circumstances to her and what my soul desire was to uplift a very-very ill family member. Never did I expect the surpurb, colorful, freshest-flower-diversity, in the most beautiful aesthetic arrangement; that was most timely delivered to my beloved relative. The arrangement has done wonders to brighten the family's outlook and supplies all the best of an important statement of "Flower Power". I had it on good authority that this was a top notch flower shop in the area and it did not disappoint. They are one of the few places in town with lavender roses and they delivered the most gorgeous arrangement of lavender roses with white tulips to my fiance for Valentine's Day. They were very friendly and helpful to speak with on the phone and they delivered a fantastic product. I would check them out before wasting time on 1-800-flowers or any of the online shops. The wonderful staff at Haines Road Animal Hospital sent flowers from Hayes when our Beloved Buffy passed away. The picture does not do justice to this pretty flower display which lasted a long time. Pink carnations was my Father's favorite so we took it as a sign that Buffy made it over the Rainbow Bridge and was by his side.

They delivered at 12:30--she had already left work. If I am spending $100 on flowers, I would expect better service.
