They put together the most beautiful floral arrangement to send to a friend going through a difficult time! They went above and beyond emailing me a receipt since I purchased over the phone and also sending me a photo of the final product delivered at her door. They even spent time chatting with her upon delivery and really lifted her spirits. Love them!

It's my second time using Enchanted Florists and they are truly great. The owner, an amazing woman of color, always squeezes me in even if I call last minute, which is especially great when calling from our of town. She makes BEAUTIFUL bouquets based on your budget and never disappoints! And this year she added a nice personal touch of snapping a photo of my mom with the bouquet as it was being delivered; that was a really nice personal touch since I couldn't be with my mom again. Thank you so very much Enchanted Florist!

One of the best florist I have ever used across multiple states. First of all, they are a local florist that are open 24 hours! It’s not like there are a lot of flower emergencies but when you need them they are there. Next, when you call them you will receive amazing service. They make it simple and easy. Katherine is the best! Also, I made a mistake in the delivery address. Katherine made many attempts to reach me (I was out of pocket). She was incredibly patient and the driver did not move on to the next order. Just incredible service. Lastly, the flower arrangement was beautiful and perfect. I would give this business 10 stars if I could and will definitely use them again.

Had a custom bouquet made for my wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. They took my simple instructions (dozen tulips, dozen roses) and made something spectacular. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of quality work at reasonable prices. I called last minute for an arrangement to be sent for a funeral service. Not only was a beautiful bouquet delivered but a thoughtful note was added as well. A picture of exactly what was being delivered was sent to me before for approval. I mean who does that? Last minute in the evening, I needed to order flowers and found that enchanted florist is a 24/7 operation where you can pick up the phone and get a live person at any time to discuss what kind of arrangement you’re looking for. I spoke with Catherine and she was wonderful. Helped me with a designers choice to be delivered to my nieces school who is a teacher and she was so appreciative of what all of our educators do. And the delivery resource takes a picture of the arrangement and text it to you to confirm that your delivery was made and to show you your arrangement. Best experience I’ve ever had with a florist.

BEST FLORIST IN TAMPA!!! The Enchanted Florist of Tampa is the top tier of service and such a talent for what they do. My mother is sick in the hospital and I really needed to cheer her up.
