Sadly, I did not originally order from this company. I ordered from Sendflowers.com which was an absolute disaster. The flowers I received were not what I ordered using a third party website. I should have ordered directly from the company. Cristal Flowers listened to my issue, they were polite, helpful and extremely apologetic to my situation. After a short time of going over the details they offered to return with a fresh bouquet for my wife's 40th birthday. I was so upset that she did not receive what she deserves as an amazing woman and one that puts up with me. They did this without any expectation of me paying them for the upgrade even though I offered. They stand by their product and customer service is far beyond 5 stars. I recommend them with confidence and even if somehow a mistake might be made from them...(they did not make this mistake)...they will 110% make it right. Thank you Cristal Flowers for your help and amazing support with my issue.

I am adding to my review right now. I finally heard from the florist and they apologized saying this is an exception. I am happy to say that they delivered a BEAUTIFUL vase of flowers. Just gorgeous! They stood behind their product and praying these will make it longer than 5 days which I know I can make them do it. Thank you Cristal Flowers and know that if you do order flowers, they do stand behind their product and will make it right I am giving them 4 stars for now and will change if these do make it for a while. Thank you again for contacting me finally and making this right. stay safe and take care Received flowers from my team for Admin Day and these flower arrangement did not even last 1 week. I changed the water and clipped the flowers, I am really good at having flowers last a long time. I could not do that with this arrangement. Contacted the florist and told me to send my information and a picture. These were alstroemeria and roses and greenery that did not make it a week. I have heard nothing! I would not waste my money on this florist. They do not stand behind their product.

I'm writing this review as an, "outside observer" (Dad) to my Daughter, who has received at least TWO, awesome flower arrangements from Cristal Flowers. Her long-time, Tampa boyfriend, is in the USAF and currently in career training for over 6-months. He sent her a dozen roses for her birthday and recently, sent her a bouquet assortment, just as a "cheer up" because they are several hundreds of miles away from each other, during these miserable, Covid-19 times. Both times the arrangements were absolutely picture-perfect beautiful, and were an instant, "Home Run" success! I whole-heartedly suggest that anyone who wants a spectacular floral display, to purchase it from Cristal Flowers. I know who I'm going to call, when I need to make brownie points with the wife!

The delivery was rally fast I put my order at 12:35 and it was delivered 2 hours later , the flowers looked very similar to the website , I'm giving you 4 star because I called multiple times trying to get an estimate time of arrival and no one answered
