I ordered flowers for a friend in another city who just had a baby. I liked that they sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery. Honestly it looked a little wonky, but I talked with a very nice gal who listened to my concerns. They did a great job of fixing the arrangement. I love that they allowed me the chance to give input. I like knowing my friend is getting a lovely bouquet and not wilted flowers. Thank you!
