Neilson Florist in West Seattle is the BEST!! I ordered some flowers for a birthday party and accidentally gave them the wrong address. I thought it was a total loss, but the next day the florist called and said they would deliver a fresh arrangement to the correct address and give the arrangement to the family it was delivered to. To me that was over and beyond expectations since this was my mistake. There truly are still amazingly good people in this world and I had the good pleasure to do business with them and will continue to do business with them. Thank you Neilson’s for handling a difficult situation in such a professional and kind manner. You have earned my loyalty for life. And I am a walking advertisement, I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Called & asked for a delivery to a dear friend and explained the situation. The woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful and the bouquet that was delivered was amazing! So impressed with this florist!

Neilson florist will be my forever go to. We had flowers delivered to us with no name. I called to find out the sender so that we could thank them before going out of town. The Neilson employee caught my comment that we were leaving that day and was sad we wouldn’t get to enjoy the flowers. I ensured her I would gift them to a friend. She asked when we were returning. Today a new arrangement arrived WOW! 1000% customer service.

Excellent ordering experience! I live out of the country and it was a nice surprise not to have complications due to this. There were great options to choose from on the website, though the bouquet that was delivered was not quite the same as what was pictured. Understandable, but a little disappointing. The flowers were delivered right away and this was overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be choosing this company for future orders.

Just stopped by to pick up flowers for Easter, and the owner is so nice! She walked me around and offered me a couple bunches of tulips for a great price. We got to chatting, and she discovered I had just moved to West Seattle, and she gave me an orchid, for free, as a housewarming gift! Such a wonderful surprise! I’ll definitely be back.

My brother sent flowers to my work today. But since I work at a hospital, their policy is that nothing can be delivered without verbal consent and I couldn't be reached because I was with a patient. First the driver waited for almost an hour in case I could be reached. And then came all the way back to the hospital a few minutes after I finally made it to the front desk. The florist who called me apologized for not delivering the flowers the first time and was entirely lovely and sweet. Wonderful, caring people, from a wonderful Florist shop. Oh and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!

The arrangements are always beautiful! Owner and staff are friendly and professional. My employer has been doing business with them for over two years and it is stunning work. They even braved the snow and ice to deliver flowers and even though it took 2.5 hours to get here they were beautiful and on time. I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend Neilsen Florist!

The owner Leisa is great!! Fresh, beautiful flowers were available for me to look at. She was able to help me out last minute with a gorgeous arrangement! I even had an emergency floral arrangement that needed to be done next day early. I called after hours and she got back to me within the hour and was able to get the flowers delivered in time for the service!

I live out of state and sent flowers to a friend who lived locally, they were so helpful and quick with taking my order over the phone and delivered the flowers safely without issue the same day (my friend didn't live far from them just fyi i). A great experience and I'll be using them in the future for my Seattle friends!

I ordered directly through them, and sent request a couple days ahead to use the freshest options available, the staff created a beautiful memory. Have sent friends to Neilsen Florist and they have all been happy with the service and beautiful flowers.

I ordered a group gift to be delivered to a friend through FTD. We paid for the largest version and added 3 balloons. Unfortunately, what was delivered was about half the size with a plastic looking vase instead of the clear purple glass vase advertised. In addition, only one balloon was delivered. I verified my order receipt and 3 were on there. I called FTD and they refunded me the cost of the 2 missing balloons plus $4 and some change for the trouble, but what I really wanted was to have the correct bouquet delivered. I would not trust this florist to properly deliver the correct order.

Neilson florist is the best.. I was unable to see my mom on her birthday and at the very last minute I got the idea to send her flowers. Not only did Neilsen Florist come through for me in the knick of time, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. It made my moms day and will continue to for days to come, as the flowers bloom. Absolutely amazing customer service from Leisa who came through for us very last minute after we got scammed from an online florist. We live in North Carolina and my husbands mother lives in Seattle. Today is her birthday and we were devastated when we realized the mistake we made. We called, left a message & she called back in less than 30 minutes! We scheduled to have flowers delivered for Saturday morning since she was closing. 2 hrs after our order she sent us a text to let us know that she delivered our flowers! She told us that "mom's are very special & deserve flowers on their day, not the day after" my husband & I teared up and could not believe the above and beyond customer service this wonderful women did for us! A huge THANK YOU is just not enough!

My son offered me gorgeous bouquet for my birthday 12 days ago the bouquet is still beautiful . The little roses have dried up but kept their colors and are very pretty among the carnation sunflowers , daisies and orchid . It is one of the prettiest bouquet I have ever received . Neilsen Florist 309 S Cloverdale St Ste C7 Seattle, WA 98108 Thank you for your recent service. I am in Santa Barbara, CA and my sister was in the VA hospital on Columbia Ave. in Seattle. I tried to find a local florist to provide flowers etc... for my sister because I thought they would do a better job - I was right! I can't believe they lengths Neilsen Florists went to satisfy my order. Due to room transfers it was hard to find my sister in the hospital but they kept trying. Not just on the Saturday delivery they promised but again on Monday. I called Monday to change a second order and provide a different delivery address. Unknown to me the new address was an hour away and they agreed to deliver the Saturday order for the third time, at no additional charge the next Wednesday... That's crazy! I offered to pay additional for the exceptional service and the owner declined. I later found out later that Ms. Neilsen's husband delivered the entire order out of town on his way to work. I'm sending her a really nice thank you card and I will recommend her to everyone I can think of. This is the kind of service you hear about but rarely find! Thank you Neilsen Florist!
