I ordered an ‘exquisite’ designer’s choice package online for $125 for my college girl’s 20th birthday. She loves fresh flowers. All the arrangements shown online looked beautiful so I thought I would let them run with it. I’m always interested to see what individual designers come up with. The arrangement looks fairly large, but I’m on the fence with the overall design. All the flowers look fresh and healthy. That’s a plus! Online ordering was simple enough. I love that a lot of the arrangements shown offer descriptions AND various sizes from standard to deluxe and have pictures with measurements so you know exactly how big the arrangements are. (Note: not all arrangements offer this, but it seemed most did). The delivery fee was 15.99 and included same day delivery. Bonus points there as well! The delivery took a bit longer than expected and I was worried they might have been delivered to the wrong address. I called and Helen assured me they were out for delivery and confirmed the address. My daughter loved them. I posted a photo of the arrangement for your viewing pleasure. 😊 I would have given 4.5 stars if it was available. Ordering was a breeze. Same day delivery is a huge plus. Customer service was fantastic. My only issue is that the arrangement seems like it might have been built up around a smaller white bouquet? You can be the judge. Most importantly, my baby girl loves them and made her day feel special and that’s all this mom could ask for. Thank you Hansen’s!

I called Hansen's directly with a last-minute request for a "Zen" arrangement to be delivered the same day. I don't live in Seattle and dread online florists. I chose based on reviews and proximity, but still wasn't sure what would actually arrive. Within 2 hrs, it landed on their doorstep to rave reviews. They sent me a pic, but couldn't get it all in the frame. Wowza! Forget online flowers. Hansen's is the one.

I ordered a bouquet for my partner to celebrate our anniversary. They were surprised and very pleased with the quality of the arrangement, as am I! I haven’t had much luck ordering through florists online and I am incredibly happy to have found this one! I will definitely be ordering from them again the next time an occasion arises! Hansen's delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my wife during the 2021 Valentine's Blizzard in Seattle. Candidly I just expected the flowers to be a few days late given that the entire city basically shut down, but somehow they managed to deliver them. Incredible level of customer service.

I received the most stunning flowers for my birthday. Stargazer lilies, red roses and others that complimented these perfectly. I think the bouquet was the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. My compliments to Hansen's! I adored them.

After reading the negative reviews I was hesistant about going here to get a quick bouquet for a co-worker’s retirement. I walked in. I was greeted politely. I said I need a $25 mixed bouquet. I was given a very stunning mixed bouquet. The colors were balanced and the flowers were appropriate for the season. I did not receive any flack for not pre-ordering or only ordering $25. I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning.

Hi, I ordered a flower arrangement for my girl friend. She just received it and has taken about 20 pictures of it, and can’t stop raving about it. For the money it was very large and impressive. It must have had 10 large Lilies along with several other flowers and was amazing. Lilies are her favorite. Good job highly recommend them. Maurice

I called late Saturday hoping to get an Easter lily delivered to my Aunt. Thankfully they still had some. Helen was wonderful! They'd already done their deliveries for the day, but she said she'd deliver it on her way home. Wow!! Fantastic service and so grateful to Helen. Thank you!!!
