I had two larger floral orders for different corporate events this past week and can’t say enough great things about Flower Lab. They responded to my email inquiry within 24 hours, sent over beautiful design proposals, were great communicators(including helping with a last minute large arrangement), delivered everything on time, and the flowers were absolutely stunning! As an event planner, they made this piece of my week so easy! I will definitely be using them for any/all events in Seattle moving forward.

We were blown away by the stunning florals this team created for our wedding day. The crescent arbor was breathtaking and everything from the boutonnières to the flower girl crown and basket to the bouquets were stunning. I also truly appreciated the care and detail this team took to incorporate some memorial charms for my bridal bouquet. These ladies were so sweet to work with and I can't wait to visit their shop in West Seattle. Highly recommend!!

Aside from the aesthetic differentiation Flower lab offers, this business also had the best customer service. They took a last minute request and went the extra mile (literally) to deliver a special surprise. Thank you Flower lab!

These guys were great. I ordered a bouquet just a couple days before Valentine’s Day and they delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and is still going strong more than a week later. The only downside was that I underestimated how big it would be and had a hard time getting it home on my bike. They do deliver though so that’s on me.

I ordered flowers with pretty specific instructions (for an allergy to certain flowers in mind) and the experience ordering over the phone was great. Delivery was as promised and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. But.... the arrangement wasn't what I had asked for at all. My boyfriend effectively received what looked like a wedding bouquet with both of the flower types I specifically asked to be excluded. ;) Still giving five stars for customer service at ordering and when I called about the arrangement mix-up.

I got a simple wrap with no vase...The Flowers arrived on time, with a nice note and they were BEAUTIFUL. Actually even better than the picture i selected or what i expected. (the flowers in the center just to be clear)

Rebecca, one of the junior florists, is very kind and friendly. She seems like one of the rare people you meet who is happy most of the time, even during troublesome times. Was not planning to buy an item today, since i was there for Bepop, but her and the owner were so friendly and kind, I bought a thing simply to contribute to their cash flows. If i ever open an office on that side, will be my go to. Bonus points if they know interior decorators or are themselves.

I called Flower Lab about a very last minute order (my fault!) and while it was understandably too late for them to be able to accommodate, they were incredibly kind and made a recommendation for another shop who might be able to help. My friend received some really tough news and I wanted to send her some flowers to bring even a little brightness to her day. I spoke with Katie on the phone and she was so helpful and understanding. I gave her general directions, "My friend loves pink and she needs something light/refreshing to brighten her day." My friend loved the flowers and said the delivery man was super nice as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Order online from outside the country. Provided instructions on color and flower and they exceeded the expectations! Great service and flowers that are not your typical overpriced bouquet you see on other websites. Quality stems and special arrangement for a decent price. Delivery was great and on time!!!

Absolutely beautiful!!’ Had an arrangement sent for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday added on beanie baby giraffe. They were such a hit and she felt so special!! The owner of this shop delivered my flowers to me personally and remember my house and flowers from the last time. This is by far the best place to get flowers in West Seattle!

Flower Lab made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement to display on a dining room table. The colors were oranges and yellows with lots of greenery. My Special Request was for non-poisonous materials (cats, dog, baby!) I am very happy, the Birthday recipient is very happy, I think YOU will be happy. Also, a great $$ value.

Very friendly and professional service. Shop is located in same building as a coffee shop and cafe. Nice place to hang out while waiting for flowers to be ready. I got a dozen red roses that were absolutely gorgeous and huge.
