I live in a different state and ordered an azalea plant online as a gift for someone in Seattle. It was delivered promptly the next day and looked as advertised. When I called with a question the person I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the business!

The Ballard Blossom bouquet that I received as a gift is stunning. Best shown with a fallen petal because otherwise it’s so perfect it doesn’t seem real! Would absolutely recommend this shop if you need a floral display for a special occasion assembled with real care and artistry.

My grandmother passed recently and to help my family out, I told them I could assist with ordering the flowers. I wasn't really sure what to expect because most events I order for are centerpieces and bouquets and not funeral sprays. The guy was very nice on the phone and took some great notes and brought our sprays to life. There is no way to describe my grams because she was wild and colorful and stylish...the sprays brought me and my family to tears because you nailed it. Thank you for finding the way to express what we wanted in flowers!! 💐

We worked with Ballard Blossom to provide flowers for our wedding. Specifically, Cliff worked with us and was fantastic. Cliff helped us develop ideas for my bouquet, a set of flowers for my hair, and boutineers. He incorporated our wedding colors and gave me exactly what I was hoping for, and the flower hair piece sent everything over the top. He was also very flexible when I needed to add an additional last minute boutineer the week of the wedding. Will update the post when we get our photos back!

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Quickly found what I wanted on their website, easy online shopping. Called in to verify the order was confirmed, and was greeted with a friendly and attentive service, even though there was no need for me to call, the online order was enough. The vase with flowers arrived a few hours later, nicely decorated. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Would definitely shop here again!

Called to have a $50 arrangement sent to my friend for her birthday. I should mention, with tax, the glass vase, and $15 for delivery the total came to $71.57. Spoke with Rachel and she was terrific. She put together a beautiful bouquet for my friend and messaged me when delivery was confirmed and were super professional from start to finish. It put a smile on my friend’s face which is all I could ever ask for :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! AAAA++++

Ballard Blossom always comes through with wonderful bouquets for all occasions! I also use them to send flowers outside the Seattle area. Today, I worked with a very kind customer service person at the store who helped me sort out a late delivery to my mom for her birthday. It was totally not BB's fault, but they not only are sending out a replacement bouquet, they're also issuing a credit. And all done with such thoughtfulness and professionalism. I really appreciated her kindness and care. It's the reason I keep coming back to Ballard Blossom over and over. Thank you!

I called yesterday and ordered my girlfriend a bouquet. In the afternoon, I asked them to deliver them, and they did! As expected, they delivered on time, and the image my girlfriend sent to me with the bouquet looked beautiful! It was what was on their website, actually! My sister had her wedding flowers done by this talented floral shop. Every floral arrangement at the wedding was beautiful. Her wedding was on a Saturday and as I type this it is Thursday and the flower arrangements are still alive and beautiful. They did a great job of setting up all the arrangements at the wedding venue. You won’t be disappointed using them for any occasion.

lf you need flowers delivered in Seattle or just want to buy them at the flower shop yourself, Ballard Blossoms should be your first and only stop. Annie, Carmen and Rachel helped me with several flower arrangements and were champions about changing addresses and notes for them. And they were all were extremely friendly as well as double-checking each detail as we went along - they even sent me photos of the flowers via text. Each bouquet even came with its own, slick looking glass vase, too! The one thing I'd recommend is to check with them if they have specific cards for the message you want to send with the flowers. Right now, they are printed out on a piece of that's attached safely and firmly to the arrangement, but is on the back of the delivery address and could be overlooked. I myself forgot to ask about "real" cards, but I'm rather certain that they have them at the ready, too. TL;DR: Ballard Blossom clearly delivers five star service. To say it with Arnold Schwarzenegger: I'll be back!

I love this florist! My mother is 85 and self isolating alone. Needless to say her expectations for this Mother's Day were not high as she couldn't spend the day with family, but Ballard Florist made her day. The arrangement I ordered was beautiful and they delivered it on a Sunday Mother's Day before 9 am. The fact that it was delivered early in the morning without me requesting it just shows how this florist goes above and beyond. My mother is so happy and so am I!

My husband told me he had ordered Valentine's flowers from his favorite florist but with the snow storm, they wouldn't be able to deliver. We talked about how devastating this would be for them on one of their biggest days of the year. Was I surprised when they made the delivery this morning. The roads weren't plowed, the walkways weren't cleared, and you couldn't even find our stairs. Thank you so much for your amazing service ❤.

On 1/19/15 i had a bouquet of flowers sent to Denmark to an ill friend. I was informed that it took 3-5 days to get the flowers to her, which was fine. On 1/20/15 i received an email stating that the flowers had arrived already, much to my surprise. A pic was sent and showed a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I am so pleased with Ballard Blossom for making this happen so quickly and with perfect flowers! Have used Ballard Blossom for over 20 years and am always delighted with the staff and flowers. Would highly recommend them for any type of flowers or plants. Thanks again for making this happen so quickly !

I have used almost every florist in Seattle and Ballard Blossom is far superior to all! I have used them for 20 years and they NEVER fail to send a flower display that is perfect. I have many friends who are artists, so I want to give a unique arrangement and vaseonly BB fits the bill! Just when I think they can't top the last order, they did it again today! Amazing!

Fast service, average prices, and the flower quality was pretty good( 4/5 ). I got three dozen roses in single vase for $220 tax included. Picture is 2 days after intial purchase, so far pretty good longevity on the quality of flowers.

Incredible service, frendly staff and good selection. I was there on Valentine's day and they had some stock left and my friend enjoyed the floral arrangement. Highly recommend, at the least, to stop in and smell the roses.

My experience with them has been on the receiving end, I've received beautiful arrangements for special occasions from them and have never been disappointed. They do a wonderful job & the flowers are always fresh & arranged perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for any special occasion, they will do a wonderful job.

The selection here is far more than what's immediately available in their cases. The florists are able to create a bouquet on the fly for a price point you pick. Why I waited I flipped thru their book of bouquets and was really impressed. I will definitely be a return customer

I called late on Saturday to send an Easter lily to my Aunt. Unfortunately they were sold out. However, Cliff went the extra mile to refer me to other florists and giving me their phone number. Very appreciated as I live in Idaho and am not familiar with the area. After a few calls I found a place that delivered a plant for me. I'm impressed with Ballards professionalism and help, I'll definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Cliff!!!

I'm in Oklahoma. Family death in Seattle. I called Ballard's about rose sprays for the immediate female family members & single rose boutonnieres for the immediate family male members. The person who helped me on the phone was patient and willing to hear the description of exactly what I imagined would work best: I asked for black tape wrapping of the stems and narrow black ribbon streamers. The flowers arrived at the Seattle residence the day before I arrived; each was exactly as I had pictured in my mind. They were perfect in every detail, reasonably priced, and Ballard's staff working with me over the phone were kind and attentive even though the total price for 3 men's and 3 women's was a mere $121.00 including the delivery fee. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BALLARDS FOR MAKING A SOMBER DAY BRIGHTER WITH YOUR TALENTS!

Got a beautiful bouquet for my birthday!! Thank you, Regan, cuz I know it was you ;) Oh my gosh, I read the reviews seconds after I posted my 5 star review. I don't know what has happened but I read below that the owner wrote something very unprofessional, however when I looked on FB, what I saw looked very appropriate so my five stars remain: "Thank you for the polite way you have inquired about this. We have always had a diverse group of employees, I’m sure if you have been in our store you would have been helped by a variety of people. We have not wanted to disparage this employee even though many hurtful and untrue claims have been made about us. The decision to terminate was based on standard business practices such as punctually and attendance among others. He has not reached out in any official way to address this, he instead posted inflammatory statements on social media and encouraged people to call me and text me with threats. We have spoken with an attorney and are hoping he will address this in an official manner instead through social media harassment. We are proud to be a part of this community and feel we are good community members. You are welcome to stop in and see me if you wish. Rachel (Owner)"
