I live out of state so I ordered online, called the shop to make sure my order went through and the lady on the phone was polite and professional. I wasn’t very sure at first, was afraid that flowers weren’t going to look like the pictures but my mother loved the flowers. They were as beautiful as the picture online.. Easy to order, great customer service, great surprise for Mother’s Day… and I was notified when the flowers were delivered… truly recommend it and very grateful for the service.

Blossom Flower Shops creates consistently excellent flower arrangements. I recently ordered centerpieces and a corsage for my daughter's baby shower and they were stunning!! Sara was very helpful--making suggestions and offering a way they could make the balloon bouquets I wanted and was having difficulty obtaining elsewhere. The delivery was exactly as promised. I would highly recommend them.

I was so disappointed and frankly embarrassed with the floral piece that your company made for my brothers funeral. It lasted no longer than a few hours.. By the next morning all the flowers were wilted. The other arrangements that people sent held up so much better. Also I was very disappointed in the ribbon..thought it would be much bigger for the price and thought it would run from top to bottom of the floral piece...as is was, it looked quite silly. I cannot say I would ever use you again. After I posted this review..approximately one half hour. I received a call from Sara from Blossom Flower Shop. She apologized for the mishap and offered a full refund. Yes I was disappointed with the flowers, but I am far more impressed with the amazing customer relations. Sara was so kind and apologetic. And looking at the other reviews, it seems my order was something that happens on occasion and does not reflect the overall quality of Blossom Flowers. Thank you Sara and Blossom Flowers.

This truly professional place of business treated me with kindness by alleviating my concerns about my order when it was delayed. When my order was delivered the next morning, there were beautiful mylar balloons and chocolates added to each item in the original order. I will definitely be a return customer since their products are fresh and beautifully packaged.

Love love love!! This flower shop. I Live out of state but my family all lives in Yonkers and this is for sure my to go flower shop for the past four years!! We order flowers from them for every occasion and they always go above and beyond! The flowers are always so fresh and beautiful and last for a very long! Definitely recommend a flower shop 100%!

Love ordering flowers from this place. Their customer service is on point. The quality of the blooms are fantastic. I ordered a bouquet of tulips for one of our secretaries for Admin Professional Day. It was a last minute order as she was inadvertently left off our previous order. Not only did they deliver the bouquet within less than 2 hours after making the order, but the tulips were so fresh and beautiful. I've been using Blossom Flowers for while now and they never ever disappoint. I'm sure they will make you happy to. Celebrate your life events with them. I wanted to arrange for flowers to be deliver to my aunt for her 97th birthday. I have not had good luck with the "800" numbers so I researched florists in White Plains. The excellent reviews led me to call Blossom Flowers. Now I would like to add my excellent review to the list! The flowers were delivered as promised. My aunt was surprised and thrilled and specifically mentioned how nice the delivery person was. After using another florist for years, and being disappointed the last few times, we tried this one and we are so glad we did! Our Aunt is very particular and notices if something is amiss. She will notice wilted petals or brown spots or if the bouquet has more leaves than blooms, she is THAT customer and she absolutely loved her birthday bouquet and even commented on the quality of the vase. The kind people at this flower shop went above and beyond to get my late ordered Christmas centerpiece created, out the door and to my family to adorn their Christmas evening dinner table. Live in New Jersey . My Uncle who is also my godfather passed away . I wanted some special flowers unique and special like he was to me . Funeral home said I could do it from website . I was so happy to use Blossom Flower website so easy so self explanatory . Most importantly they did exactly like the picture and flowers were so beautiful and fresh and vibrant . I was able to personalize the banner on the flower arrangement to read Beloved Uncle & Godfather. I highly recommend and so worth the money and love that I was able to tip driver from website which was wonderful especially since I am Out of state. .Delivered to funeral home in Bronx and was already there when room opened . Thank you so much for making such a wonderful arrangement for such a somber time but it brought smiles to our faces . Highly recommend .

INCREDIBLE work!! Please do yourself a favor and hire Carly as your wedding or event florist. She took all my ideas and completely made them come to life for my wedding! My wedding was on 9/26/20 and due to COVID we had 26 people and had to change it several times... I went to carly a few weeks before because the previous florist I had I wasn't happy with. I was trying to go for an intimate and romantic vibe with vintage touches such as tea cups, candlesticks and crystal vases and I decided to purchase all the centerpieces myself. Carly was incredible... It only took one visit working with her and I could tell she loved my idea and created a masterpiece. It was a pleasure working with her and her staff, They were professional and very affordable. I highly recommend her work

Hi! Initially there was a hiccup with my order after the delivery , but Carli was on it to make it right. I thank you! The online ordering process was seamless. Click ...choose... payment (yay, PayPal!) I got several emails after placing my order, confirming the order and receipt of payment. Unless I missed it, I don't recall an option to order a customized balloon arrangement. In the event, I overlooked it, my apologies. If that feature is not there, please consider it. 😊 I ordered balloons for my sister's birthday and also to serve as a background for her virtual party. The balloons were beautiful!! The flowers(pink roses) were also fresh and fragrant. I definitely recommend them and will encourage my sister who resides in the NY area to use them as well. They were so easy to work with and really wanted to make sure that the flowers were fresh and beautiful for the recipient- so they would not just drop them at the door and leave. They actually coordinated with my grandpa to see when he and my grandma would be home, so that the flowers could still be a surprise for her, but not sitting out in the summer heat.
