Words are not enough to express how good these people are. I made my floral arrangements literally 5 days before my wedding and they coordinated it in the most ideal way. The flowers were delivered in a perfect condition and in time. I would certainly recommend this vendor. I have posted pictures of my bridal bouquet 2 days after the wedding and it still looks good. Do not hesitate doing business with them.

Westbank Florist did an excellent job on my floral arrangement request. I live in Va, wanted to send a thank you to my daughters friend and Co-worker. I did it all via web site and they delivered the arrangement the very next day. I will be using them again and again since I am so remote. Thank you Joe!

We purchase two standing funeral wreaths one was with the crystal cross with all white roses (no daisies or carnations), which was stunning and beautiful and the other one was with yellow roses, which was also beautiful. The people helping on the phone was extremely helpful with their advise and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend WestBank Florist.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday the day before (because the site says you can order them the day before, as long as it's before 11am, and they'll deliver it before the end of the next business day. After 11am gets delivered at the end of the day.). I called them concerned because it was so late in the day and nothing was delivered. After getting off the phone call that gave a poor impression, I went to google and saw they closed at 5pm. It was past 4:30pm at this point and I was really worried they wouldn't be delivered. They ended up getting delivered at like 4:58pm. If that's not the end of the next business day, I don't know what is. Onto the flowers themselves... I paid $72.70 for these. The picture is nothing like what you get in real life despite it explicitly saying that it would be similar to the picture. It doesn't look the same AT ALL. I was extremely disappointed and upset seeing what I paid for and knowing I waited all day for THAT to be delivered. I feel lied to. I could've spent way less at a grocery store and done a better job than that, but I wanted something professional. Not to mention you can only do so much when you live across the country from the person you're sending flowers to. You're putting a lot of faith into the person designing the bouquet and delivering it. You assume that it would look like the picture when they say it would. My mom was really happy with them, which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. I feel horrible about how much I spent on them just to get something that looks like that, but at least my mom is happy. I wouldn't even give them a second chance. It left a bad taste in my mouth (the experience, not the flowers) and I'll unfortunately be going with the big chains from now on.
