Mona’s Accents did an excellent job!! This arrangement is absolutely gorgeous!! Everyone at the office stopped to check them out. Their system is very user friendly. I went on their site yesterday after they closed and picked out this arrangement, put in the details for the card, chose deliver for today and submitted the order. The flowers arrived on time and look just like the picture. Mona’s Accents are on my list for go to florist! Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Monas Accents is wonderful. They provided such a beautiful flower arrangement. Additionally, their customer service was incredible. The flower delivery for me was scheduled for a Friday. It was a surprise and I was unaware of the delivery time and was not home. Monas accents held my flowers until Monday and delivered them Monday. I had missed a few calls from them regarding the flowers. Instead of being upset, which they had a right to be, they still graciously delivered this beautiful flower arrangement. They were true professionals and I am so grateful for the flowers from them.

These were blessing in disguise to my step mom, as this will be her first Valentine's Day without my dad in over 20 years. The delivery person called her while enroute and she left the restaurant to meet them at the house. She was too tickled when she saw them, and kept telling me how beautiful they were (I know that the picture doesn't seem to do it much justice but she doesn't have the best of phones to take a picture. I love the communication with them, as I ordered them out of state. So as long as she is happy, I am happy. Thank you Mona Accents for making her smile.

Mona's took my order and made special delivery considerations to accommodate my visiting guest's needs. The order arrived promptly and the delivery person followed our directions exactly as discussed. The arrangement was absolutely divine! The colors of the lilies and greenery perfectly accented the bountiful blooming roses. It was the best arrangement I had ever purchased in New Orleans. I will never use another florist!

Mona's Accents did a beautiful job on the wreath. The one I ordered was to have black and gold football but they called me shortly after I ordered, to let me know that only the brownish football was available. They also corrected the delivery date for me, as I wasn't sure if funeral wreaths should be delivered the day of or the day before the service. And for the best part, the wreath was beautiful.
