Quality, Value, Responsiveness I’m so thrilled with the arrangement I ordered from Mitch’s. I need something modern, modest and fast (next day delivery). For being on the low cost end of arrangements I could have delivered, the end product provided so much wow-factor, Mitch’s has become my local florist of choice. They were super easy to work with, exceeded my expectations, and provided great value when everything seems to be costing more. Five stars!

Monique and the Mitch’s team did a beautiful job on our rehearsal dinner table scape. Monique listened to and perfectly executed my vision based on some example photos I shared. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and intimate the setting was! Cost wise, I found Mitch’s to be fairly reasonable and they were highly recommended to me by my wedding florist, Leaf+Petal who was out of budget for our rehearsal dinner. For reference, the table scape for this 20ft dining table with all of the candles was around $700 including labor, delivery and a late night pickup fee. Overall, highly recommend Monique and Mitch's!

We found ourselves hundreds of miles away from NOLA with a last minute need for flowers. Off to Google I went to find florists near Tulane. I called Mitch’s on a Saturday just after opening to ask them to make a presentation bouquet for a student’s special event. Mitch’s was closing at 2:00 so they couldn’t deliver but they could make the bouquet. It must have been a busy NOLA weekend. Two other florists were maxed and couldn’t even take our order. We picked up the bouquet. I discussed color, flower type and greens with the staff member who took my order but I left a lot to their discretion saying only that it should be elegant. The bouquet was outstandingly gorgeous. The roses where huge and complimented with a variety of other interesting blooms and greens. It was everything I hoped for. Well done Mitch’s and thank you.

Paid $130 for these flowers that do not look worth that price nor do they favor the example photos provided. The flowers are pretty but not worth the price. I’ve paid $50 for nicer flowers at another florist.

Mitch's Flowers did an amazing job with my bouquet and 3 dogs' greenery collars. They literally took my idea and made it twice as beautiful! The colours were so dreamy. I didn't have a huge budget to work with and they were so kind and accommodating to that. I reached out to multiple florist in New Orleans and they all responded back with "sorry, no we can't help with that budget" or "the best we can do is a single color rose bouquet." So I was really grateful for them. Would recommend them to everyone I know!

Breathtaking flowers arranged on somewhat short notice. I wish I’d snapped a better photo before it was given to my future in-laws, but this photo was right after I picked them up. I was so impressed.

Called on Tuesday 11/2 for a delivery on Friday 11/5 for my 5 year wedding anniversary. Lady on phone was very pleasant and set up delivery and was very easy. However I come home Friday to no flowers, no call, and no delivery. I call them first thing Saturday morning and have to call three times as no one answered. I finally get what sounds to be the same lady on the phone who I explained to that I received nothing and she asked to call me back while she called a driver. When she called back she informed me that they were left on the porch and that her driver doesn’t make mistakes. The issue is that my wife and dog were home all day. No one knocked on our door. No one called. They have no verification of delivery at all other than the word of their driver. And when my wife took the dog out approximately 1 hr after the alleged delivery time there was nothing on our second floor landing where our porch is. Nor on the steps leading up. I am awaiting a refund at this time and will update this review should the refund come through but definitely will not use them again and encourage others to either pickup at the store or look at other options in the city. I expected at least a phone call should delivery not be able to be made or issues with delivery. These are very expensive arrangements which are no doubt worth it but not worth just leaving on a porch without knocking or calling first. ***update*** I did receive a call confirming my refund and an explanation that somehow the address was taken wrong. Completely understandable and makes the situation a lot easier to understand. I greatly appreciate the attempts by the shop to make things right as they did also offer to deliver an arrangement today. I have adjusted my rating as I do feel like although the order was not done right the first time, they did make attempts to correct the situation and made sure I understood the issue. I feel much more comfortable giving them another shot in the future.

Monique's arrangements can only be described as breathtaking. My family uses her for every time we need an arrangement and she always perfectly captures our vision. In fact, when discussing my wedding I commented how I loved peonies. Monique told me that with a mid June weddings peonies might not be available, yet somehow managed to find the most gorgeous blush ones the size of dinner plates. She is a true artist and a joy to work with!
