Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on Thursday and picked them up on Saturday. Told them the price I wanted to pay and to include the color yellow and they made this arrangement. My grandmother loved them.

They were very professional, I had a hard time finding the spray I wanted for my dear friends funeral. They custom made it in short notice and assisted with every detail, which in times like these made that extra warm touch more special. Quality and professional work. 1-800-Flowers completely messed up my order. Mrs. Linda and her daughter were nothing but professional in the way that they handled the confusion. I truly wish there was a higher score than 5 stars because I feel that they truly deserve it. The arrangement that they delivered was absolutely beautiful and my wife loved them. I called Flowers By La Fleur Shoppe about a half hour before they were supposed to close to get a funeral arrangement for the following day at 9am (tough ask). They gave me friendly service and were patient with me while we decided on an arrangement. The girl I was spoke with was extremely kind. I recommend this florist for any of your flower needs!

Wanted to buy fresh flowers for my home... no real occasion, just to have. Hydrangeas, snap dragons, stargazer lillies, etc....I was invited to go into the cooler to pick them out. Difficult task-- every single flower in each bucket was wilted, minus the spider mums, which I don't love. Not horrible but noticeable. Hoping they'll perk up after a trim and putting them in water. I will say this- they smell amazing.

Amazing!! Staff is so helpful and incredibly thoughtful. And Zeke (the office mascot rabbit) just makes the experience even better. I will never buy flowers anywhere else!!! Disregard that negative comment...5:30 on the busiest flower day of the year-who knows what happened. They are superb!!

Thank you for working with an out of state customer and saving me a little money this holiday season. Called from California to have flowers delivered to Belle Chasse for my mother in law for Christmas. Great customer service even when my credit card wouldn’t work because of being out of state.
