Working with Diane at Fat Cat was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!! I'm not a flower connoisseur, and I wasn't looking to have a floral budget that was through the roof, but I do appreciate gorgeous flowers. Fat Cat's pricing was transparent & affordable compared to other quotes I received. But believe when I say, even though it was an affordable price, it was a luxury experience! I was able to give general direction on what I was looking for with a color palette, and let the creative team do the rest! Diane was super flexible, resourceful and communicative throughout the planning process - an absolute pleasure to work with. And she absolutely delivered on the day!!! Diane and her team are the best! Fat Cat Flowers was the very first vendor we booked after we secured our venue and it was one of the easiest decisions during the entire wedding planning process. I knew as soon as I had seen photos of her prior floral creations at NOAC that she was the perfect person. She was able to translate my 'wish list' of flowers and arrangements into gorgeous bouquets and arches. I I loved the tablescape she designed and it was even more amazing than I had imagined. Everyone is so talented, professional, and kind-such a joy to work with!

Fat Cat Flowers did all of the beautiful florals for our wedding. From our bouquets and boutonnieres to our altar arrangement and cake, everything was beautiful and just what we envisioned for our wedding. Fat Cat Flowers was so easy to work with and made the entire process so much fun! Once they let me know they were available for our wedding day, it was easy to schedule time to visit them. When we visited their studio, they helped walk us through our vision and it was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. I had so much fun talking through all of the details! When Fat Cat Flowers brought our vision to life on our wedding day, it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I can't thank them enough!

Fat Cat Flowers did a spectacular job with our flowers. They did both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. At the rehearsal dinner, they had a gorgeous floral arrangement at the entrance of the venue and even did a floral arrangement at the ghost's table (so fun). The arrangements on the table were beautifully designed. We received so many compliments that night and knew our wedding was going to be just as amazing. Several months before our wedding, we met with Diane and described our vision for the wedding. On our wedding day, she took our vision and blew away our expectations. To put it in perspective, our guests described our wedding as having a "secret garden" vibe. Diane suggested greenery on the ceiling that gave our wedding a dreamy-look. She also designed the alter with beautiful foliage and florals. Overall, Diane is the best of the best florist. We can't recommend her enough. To reiterate, she will perfectly capture your vision and even take it beyond what you would ever imagine. Her personality is very spunky and is a blast to work with. I will forever remember her joke on where to hold my bouquet!

Fat Cat Flowers did a phenomenal job at transforming the Tea Room into our dream wedding! The flowers were SPECTACULAR. Diane is such a pro. My cousin's wedding wasn't floral focused. She just wanted some bouquets and a few touches. Even with not much to work with, Fat Cat Flowers made every single flower count! An amazing array of color and style for such a small order. I really appreciate how much thought and time went into the flowers for my cousin's wedding. I've seen some larger Fat Cat designs and arrangements at other weddings and they're just as spectacular!

She created the most beautiful bouquets and the florals in the ceremony and reception were breathtaking. She is talented, but also calm and easy to talk to, so it was very easy to discuss our vision with her. She is warm and inviting and truly one of the best people we worked with. We also gave her a lot of creative license and let her guide us, and the result was stunning. In particular, she had magnolia leaves on some of the table’s bouquets and our guests loved them. Working with Diane/Fat Cat Flowers was a dream. I was incredibly intimidated by flowers. I know nothing about design/decor/florals/etc. Two of my closest friends had used Fat Cat Flowers for their weddings, and so going into the inquiry I knew she as good, but after speaking with her on the phone everything felt right. Diane is so composed, professional, and easy to talk to - that alone would have sold me, but she also outdid herself on what we wanted in our venue (The Chicory) for our budget. I cannot express enough how much I loved working with the Fat Cat Flowers team for our wedding. Wow! I am completely speechless! Diane is absolutely amazing. Being from Chicago and going through a rough 2020, having to postpone our wedding, feeling completely defeated and like we would never have our dream wedding, we called Diane and she changed our lives. I never thought I would be able to plan a wedding out of state, especially across the country. Diane went out of her way to make our elopement extra special. Not only were our flowers gorgeous, but she hand selected all of our vendors and even helped us to find our venue, The Pharmacy Museum. Lastly, Tom was the most amazing officiant. Diane has been wonderful to work with...and my wedding is still a year away! She has been incredibly helpful and reassuring through the rescheduling of my wedding due to COVID-19. During our initial consultation, she had tons of suggestions on how to stay within my budget and was extremely knowledgable about what would look best in my venue. They delivered and met our early morning request, the flowers held up well in the outside humidity and looked healthy and beautiful for the four days I was in town.
