My flowers I received today from them for Valentine’s Day is so beautiful I haven’t seen anything so beautiful and these caramel’s that was part of my gift… I honestly don’t know what to say except heavenly… so smooth and different.. thank you soo much to the lady that suggested he should get them for me…❤️!! I love them… now let’s talk about the delivery driver.. he gets an A++!! He was soo nice and friendly.. keep up your amazing work!!!!

My family ordered an arrangement for the tragic loss of my nephew. I requested, “something substantial that would represent our love and please include orchids and hydrangeas. I followed their guide on the cost, which was appropriate for a large arrangement. Perhaps they believed that I would not be there to see the arrangement. Because it was from the family it was placed front and center in front of the pulpit. As you can see it is beautiful, however hardly substantial, as requested. I called the shop to express my disappointment and embarrassment. I was told owners were out of the country and she would share the message when they were home. To date, it has been over two months and no one has followed up. Be specific and state the flowers AND the dimensions.

Michael and Jerry are wonderful, and I love stopping by just to chat! This is not your typical "cookie cutter" florist. If you enjoy unique, beautifully arranged floral pieces, this is your place. They go out of their way to accommodate special requests and they care about customer satisfaction. I have used The White Orchid several times and have never been disappointed. Their store is interesting and fun to shop for gifts as well as floral needs. Not living in Nashville anymore, I miss stopping in to see what's new, but I will always have a special fondness for The White Orchid because of the kindness and extra effort they extended for a very special arrangement request for a difficult situation. You can't go wrong here!

Every experience we have had over the many years with The White Orchid has been nothing less than exceptional. Jerry & Michael care about their customers and the quality of their work definitely show in the stunning arrangements they design. They have designed wedding arrangements as well as several sympathy floral tributes for us over the years. With no question, they have exceeded our expectations every time! We also love the fact that they offer more than flowers. Need a gift? You can browse the shop for a large selection of candles, cards, door wreaths, snacks, and lots of other home decor gifts. They host an annual holiday open house where they offer food, drinks, and discounts through out the store. Jerry comes by the house every December and decorates our mailbox. I cannot say enough great things about them. Shop local folks by calling The White Orchid.

I even stray from the already beautiful arrangements on their website and request certain colors or fragrance differences depending on the recipient. This is a hidden treasure worth finding! The white orchid is a great combo gift shop and floral shop. The owners are extremely helpful in selecting gifts for challenging relatives. I've ordered from them twice and now and both times they have been great. The succulent garden that I got for my mom two years ago was still alive as of a couple of months ago when she finally decided to put it outside and let it take care of itself. I hadn't meant to send her that kind of commitment! I ordered her another designer's choice bouquet of more flowery flowers this year and it was beautiful and also lasted longer than she had expected, but not definitely not as long as the succulents of course. Do yourself a favor and hire White Orchid for your wedding florist! Prior to visiting their shop, I went to one other place that felt "stuffy" and uninterested. When I walked into White Orchid, they immediately made me feel at home (offered me a glass of wine first!). Michael took the time to listen to my ideas as well as offer his ideas since I didn't know exactly what I wanted. He wrote down a list of what I would need and sent it home with me. Their customer service is SUPERB! The flowers arrived at the venue on time with no issues. My flowers turned out beautiful!!! The price and quality were great! I highly recommend White Orchid!

A friend recommended The White Orchid when a dear classmate from high school passed away unexpectedly, and we were looking for a florist to design and send an arrangement for the services. The White Orchid did a lovely job incorporating our school colors using the flowers and adding the band letters we were able to acquire from the school, as he was a lifelong musician. Our staff has been delighted with arrangements they have received from the White Orchid, as have the families of our students. I dislike lilies but I gave them free reign to do whatever would fit the event (without the lilies) and The White Orchid owners outdid themselves. Why the 5 stars.....The real experience w The White Orchid is going inside. I Love their shop which is a bonus to the flowers. The store windows always delight the passers by. There is something for everyone inside..I actually found my home's new signature fragrance. I took home a crossbody leather and suede purse I Had to have. The best part about this business though, is the turn around time. I've called them last minute with a need for flowers for a memorial or new mom, and inevitably they get it done and delivered with just a few hours notice. A true Nashville gem!

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS PROFESSIONAL!My sister was completely impressed and the delivery guy was so empathic and professional!!!I don't know what else to say!I was treated with such kindness today!I changed the delivery address 3 times because at first I didn't know my sister's exact work address (so I was sending it to her house)then I found out the address(to her job) and changed it and then I found out she called out sick and I had it changed again!!!!💕💙💚 Need I say more?!Any place that can put up with that,is a five star place!
