I don’t live in Nashville, so I found Emma’s Flowers via internet search. I ordered flowers for my brother’s funeral. After placing the order, I saw that Emma’s had a 1 star rating and I became concerned. The services were Wed and Thu. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and high quality. My only complaint and only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is, I asked for Pittsburgh Steelers’ colors. The florist suggested yellow flowers with a black ribbon. The ribbon wasn’t black, so that is my only complaint. Thank you.

I was late in ordering my sister’s birthday flowers. They told me they couldn’t promise to get them to her office the same day. Turns out they had them delivered within a couple hours.!💕 They were even prettier than the picture online.! Would highly recommend this florist!

I absolutely love this shop. Locally owned in a historic building -- this is the real Nashville deal. Emma's has become my go-to place for finding that small something special for the people in my life. Lots of fun to browse their selections of cut flowers, plants and gifts (including stuffed animals, jewelry, and soaps). Recently bought a gorgeous arrangement for mother-in-law's birthday. Staff went out of their way to help me select a super-fresh, colorful arrangement in a gorgeous marble vase. Worth every penny. And by Nashville standards, there's plenty of parking -- it's just in the back of the store off Elliston Place.

First time customer. I ordered from out of town with details only from their website. The ordering was quick and easy. The arrangements are beautiful and accurate to online pictures. My special request was easily possible and looked amazing. The pizza pillow is just cool. The delivery was timely and I hear the arrangements have an amazing fragrance. I live in Florida but needed some flowers to be delivered to a local church in Nashville for a funeral service. I gave Emmas a shot after my sister has also placed an ordered with them. We were hoping we both made the right decision. Nikki answered the phone and was VERY helpful. She even located my sisters order so we didn't have flowers that looked the same. She was patient because she did not find my sisters order on the first look but did not give up. I placed an order for a medium display with a color theme of white with a few white roses in there. Nikki communicated very well and made sure we were on the same page. I really liked her helpful attitude! The flowers were 78 dollars and that included a12 delivery charge. My sister sent me a picture of my flowers and they were lovely and they did a great job of centering the white roses as the "show piece." My thanks to Nikki and Emmas for doing a great job and for great phone communication, etiquette and timely delivery.

I will always support local businesses as much as possible and after receiving flowers from Emma's I will make sure to use them for all of my Nashville needs! A friend of mine sent me flowers from Emma's to my office as a surprise and they were marvelous. It's been about two weeks since the flowers arrived and they're still going strong! I would give Emma's ten stars if I could. I ordered two arrangements for the front of my brother's church during his memorial service, and Emma's twice questioned my choice of vases instead of plated arrangements. I insisted that I wanted the flowers in vases, so they complied. Then, when they brought them to the church, they were told by church staff that vases didn't work with the set-up there. So Emma's took the arrangements back and redid them on plates. They looked gorgeous, and when I told them to bill me for the extra expense, they said they would cover it. I can't say enough about their conscientiousness and customer service.

I have used Emma's several times in the past and have always been very happy - until today. I ordered a Teleflora bouquet and it was much smaller than the size on display on the website in the "as shown" picture. I will assume that they used the wrong photo on the website so I am not going to call back and complain, especially since all of the other times I used them I was very satisified. But I did some poking around and found the same Teleflora bouquet for $10 less at a different florist in Nashville. I think it is time to try a different florist after all these years. I also was not happy about paying a $5 upcharge on floral delivery on Valentine's Day. If it were not for today's experience, I would have rated Emma's excellent in all three categories.

They're also so easy to work with when I need help with an idea. I've used them for personal and business arrangements and decor for several years and will continue to do so!

Can be a little pricey like all flower shops are, but definitely worth the money. Has an absurdly large collection of other gifts and candy made locally in Nashville. Around holidays and events, pretty good prices on generic arrangements too.

Beautiful floral arrangements, nicely done fake flower arrangements, lovely live plant arrangements. Prices were better than I expected, being in that area of town. I was buying a plant but looked around and they have a variety of gifts to go with your flower purchase. The downside to their location is very limited parking close to the store, but it is worth walking a little.

I called Emma's, last minute, for flowers for my daughter's 21st birthday. I had called several places,only to be told ,they were about to close, Emmas helped me rite away, they put together something for my girl.. i explained she got off work at 5 and that it needed to be there before that, it was after 3 when i called..they said no problem...my daughter callex me abput 415 to tell me she had gotten the flowers and how happy she was..Thank you guys so much..One happy momma here

Called Emma’s Flowers today from out of state to inquire about a funeral rose arrangement. I’m Not too comfortable with funeral arrangements I apparently asked too many questions because the lady who answered the phone(no name announced) became rude and impatient. I politely waited for a quote and made a second call to Rose Hill Flowers. Angie answered the phone with a smile. Same $300 investment but felt much better spending money with Angie who addressed every single one of my concerns. I guess polite service is all web-based Artificial Intelligence these days… Or at Rose Hill Flowers.
