I originally was concerned that I didn't get a photo of the arrangement that was sent to be able to provide this review, but after I provided feedback, the Enchanted Florist team got back to me right away and apologized for the short delay in sending the photo. I have ordered amazingly beautiful arrangements from My Enchanted Florist for everything from my daughter’s birthday, to Thank You gifts during COVID, my youngest son’s funeral, to a celebration of my other son’s business opening. Everything has been stunning. I had to delay flowers for my son’s funeral because of COVID. The folks at this florist were very sympathetic and worked with me. Every arrangement is so beautiful it eclipses anything you would get from any mass market florist. From my perspective, any time I want to send florist arrangements to make a special and heartfelt statement I will do business with My Enchanted Florist. Their delivery has been spot on for the many places I’ve asked them to deliver to across the Twin Cities. My heartfelt thanks from me and my family for the special moments you’ve given us. He called to let me know that he felt the tulips featured in the photo, were a bit small and had nice orange ones available. I would give 100 stars if I could! I ordered the 'Frances' in person for my Nana's funeral. The arrangement was so impressive and even more grand than the picture. The person I worked with (I don't recall his name but he had a super cool diamond ring!) was so kind and accommodating. Even though it was for the week for July 4th, they were able to assemble and deliver the flowers. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you so much!

I am from the Chicago area and needed a plant arrangement designed and delivered in the St. Paul area. The order was for a very special occasion and the typical online national florists wouldn't do. After researching local florists, Your Enchanted Florist seemed to be exactly what I needed. They did not disappoint! The entire process from beginning to end was nothing less than stellar. I worked with Lynn, but had contact with other staff members as well. They all exhibited caring natures and presented me with great customer service. The flowers I requested for the arrangement were not typical and Lynn promised to look around and secure what I wanted although some of the flowers were out of season. The final arrangement was delivered on time and was so unique and breathtaking that the recipient named it "Love." Tremendous thank you to Lynn and staff. As they echo to their patrons, blessings!

WOW. This is a warm, happy, friendly place. I needed just one flower for a social occasion and called ahead to be sure they had it. Jessie selected and set aside the best one, then greeted me by name (based on my voice, I guess) the moment I entered the shop. Shop owner Lynne and her mellow little dog gave me a friendly greeting as well. Jessie advised me on the best greens to go with the flower, which was fresh and reasonably priced. The way she wrapped it made a beautiful presentation. Though my purchase was tiny, I was treated as a valued customer. In contrast, I had to buy another flower at a different shop (because Enchanted Florist didn’t have it), where I was barely greeted, I received monosyllabic answers, and my requests seemed to be resented. If I ever need flowers, from one to many, for a special occasion in the future, I will turn to the kind and skillful people at The Enchanted Florist. Flowers are given for emotional/relationship reasons, such as to celebrate or comfort. I want to buy them from kind, thoughtful, skillful people who are sensitive to the contexts in which their customers are buying them.

Enchanted Florist had done it again. They always provide beautiful, unique arrangements. Additionally, with recent hot and humid temperatures, they called the recipient to find out when they would be home; they did not just leave the arrangement at the door to wilt. Because of their flower arrangements topped with excellent customer service, they are truly one of the best florists in the metro area.

I had an amazing experience here. Came in to purchase a plant for a girlfriend of mine who loves plants but isn't the best plant person when it comes to care. They helped me pick out a low maintenance option, provided me with a detailed explanation for care (as well as put it on a card to give to her) and also potted it beautifully. Pricing was extremely fair. Will be back for sure!

Awesome experience!!! We gave our daughter the gift of flowers for a year as a wedding shower gift. Each month a beautiful floral bouquet was delivered by Your Enchanted Florist to the door of my daughter and son-in-laws home. Today they recieved the 12th arrangement just one day after their one year anniversary and it was full of the same flowers as my daughters wedding day bouquet. PERFECT ENDING TO THE YEAR.
