Called from out of state. Requested a delivery just outside their area, with a custom arrangement. They went above and beyond to not only create our custom request, but to deliver for us. We don't order arrangements often in this area, but when we do, we will use Hermes and Chenoweth. Friendly, understanding, patient, and just a great business ethic. We encourage you to use them.

Cannot say enough good things about this shop - we ordered flowers for a elderly relative of mine who had recently had a bad fall. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but the delivery driver went above and beyond and helped her set them up in her house (with her expressed permission). Thank y'all so much for the incredible service, you made all the difference!

Chenoweth Floral blew my mind with the quality of their floral arrangements... and done at the last minute for a baby shower! They were very attentive to work with and even texted back and forth with me regarding colors and styles. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it all was. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with how Adam handled an arrangement that went undelivered on Valentine's Day. My husband ordered from Pro-flowers that Chenoweth Floral took as their order. There was a mix up and my flowers never arrived. Fortunately we got a refund from Pro Flowers. I then contacted the shop and spoke with Adam who diligently put the pieces together and understood my disappointment and everyone's frustration. He not only redelivered my original arrangement at no cost but also included a second floral plant as his personal apology. Thank you Adam! Lesson from this is to order with local florists directly!

This place is amazing, I needed a last minute arrangement for a memorial. Without hesitation they got all the details and got to work. I was completely awestruck by the arrangement. AMAZING! My friend had taken care of her husband through COVID very isolated and under great stress. Her spouse passed and I wanted something that was "happy/cheerful". I looked at many beautiful arrangements but none of them were quite what I wanted. I talked to a thin blonde women (sorry can't remember your name). She was WONDERFUL! She asked great questions and made a suggestion that was perfect. Within moments she had changed a few things and made the perfect potted flower arrangement for my friend. When I delivered it she and her sister burst in to tears and said it was the most beautiful arrangement and it had colors that were their favorite. What a wonderful place Chenoweth is. Thank you for bringing joy to a very sad moment. Thank you for treating me as an individual and understanding my desire for the perfect arrangement and being so kind. I wish the world was like Chenoweth Floral, kind , beautiful and perfect.

Had a bouquet delivered to my girlfriend’s workplace for her birthday. They looked great and there was a nice mix of flowers in bloom and they looked even better a few days later when they all opened up! She loved them. The lady at the store was very nice when I ordered. Fair prices, free delivery, friendly service, great quality. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back!

I ordered a very specific arrangement through 1-800 Flowers for my aunt's memorial service. The shop was a bit out of the way because we flew in from Arizona and were headed to Wisconsin, but it was entirely worth it! Adam took the time to listen to me and my very specific requests were not a problem. The flowers couldn't be more perfect! My mom was extremely happy with the way it turned out, and I'm happy we found your shop!

Chenoweth Floral did my wedding flowers, and I absolutely loved them! Adam was so nice and so easy to work with. I told him my color scheme and he took it from there. You can really trust him to do a good job. He did an amazing job with the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces! On the day of the wedding, we even noticed that Adam included an additional complimentary flower bouquet for the sweetheart table my husband and I sat at. It was a lovely surprise and made our table look great! The price of everything was so much less than other floral shops that do wedding flowers - I got a lot more flowers for the amount of money I spent compared to a place like Bachmann's or other flower shops, especially considering they were wedding flowers.

My mom and I came here to get a single white rose for a funeral. We were helped right away and while we waited for the rose we looked at the beautiful cards they had there. They also have plants and other cool items for your house and garden. I loved all of the wood and vibes it gave. After we received the rose it came with a tiny plastic "vase" attached to the bottom of the stem with water in it. Also such great customer service

Flowers looked great and of good quality. Only problem is the picture shows 18 roses and they only set up a dozen or so in the actual arrangement. I even purchased the premium package that says extra blooms and they didn’t even Deliver the standard amount. Girlfriend loved it but I feel a bit disappointed with the whole thing.

Super helpful staff helped me loading my car, young lady, looked round for a good fit for me plant wise. Always a great choice. We received flowers from a thoughtful family member. The sentiment was on the card but no name. The flowers were ordered thru ProFlowers Website and sent thru Chenowith. We were dismayed to see no name. After calling and texting multiple people we finally learned my sister had sent the flowers. She had signed the card. We would've been so embarrassed if we never thanked her! This was an omission that should never happen. Very basic to include the senders name.

I went to Chenoweth to get the perfect arrangement for a friend's 60th birthday. I explained the personality of the recipient and asked Vicki to capture it in flowers. What came out was far beyond my wildest expectations and brought tears of joy to the birthday girl. She is still talking about them a month later. This is a split review. They messed up my initial order big time (that's bad). After I complained, they were willing to redo the order (good!). I offered to pay the difference to upgrade the order, but they said they would do the upgrade for free (good!). Except the final result didn't look like much of an "upgrade" compared to what was already sent (bad). So I am left feeling not sure what to think.
