I received flowers from Carolyn for my 30th birthday last year and they’ve been my local florist ever since! They call and make sure you’re home so that the flowers aren’t out in the cold. A+ customer service. Just put in an order to send flowers to a friend and service was speedy and it was easy to place an order! The card was handwritten which is always such a nice touch.

We were caught by surprise by a sudden illness in the family. While other florists had (and still have) long wait times, Bouquets by Carolyn answered the phone and with a wonderful attitude, and was able to design, construct, and deliver the flowers just a couple hours after our order. They came out beautifully and were well worth the reasonable price. And best of all, it's a black woman owned business! We highly recommend this florist above all others. Thank you for your attention and support in sending this thoughtful, gorgeous gift.

I just got a beautiful bouquet from this shop! Ordered last minute by my colleagues for Admin Professionals day. I don't know how much they paid for it but it looks like a million bucks! And they called to make sure I'd be home because it's cold and windy in Minneapolis today. Great service!

i ordered flowers for my mom leading up to mother’s day. i wanted to treat her to something really special because things have been very hard recently. there was a slight hiccup in my order, but Carolyn called me to explain the situation and worked with me to make sure my mom would receive that special something. i appreciate their help and work very much.

Carolyn designed a beautiful bouquet that I had sent to my parents as a thank you. They absolutely loved them. I can't find the photo that they sent but know that I have high standards for floral arrangements and was very impressed. I actually spoke with Carolyn herself on the phone when placing my order and she was incredibly kind and gracious. No issues with delivery. I will absolutely purchase flowers from Bouquets By Carolyn again.

Amazing customer service. Friends ordered flowers for me following my fathers passing and the owner took the extra effort to call before delivering on a cold and snowy day to ensure that I would be home to receive the delivery so that the flowers would not have to sit outside long and freeze. And they were beautiful!
