My boyfriend and I are new to the area and he bought me flowers for Valentine’s Day from this shop. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and my boyfriend said he had a lovely conversation with the owners. Highly recommend buying flowers from this shop for whatever occasion it may be!

The best florist I have been to, by far. I worked with Frank and he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional! He quickly put together a beautiful fall bouquet for my mother, and I'll be back to pickup flowers for my wedding

Came in 15 minutes before closing and they were able to arrange a bouquet in a vase for me that looked great. My mother was happy with them so I'm happy as well. They were also kind and courteous, taking my personal input about not liking certain flowers in the bouquet and replacing them even though I was a last second customer. Would definitely come here again for another occasion.

I worked with one of the employees to have them help me build a bouquet starting with one flower that stuck out to me and some sense of what I wanted to put together. Following their guidance I wound up with the most beautiful bouquet that I’ve ever bought that has filled the home of the person I gave them to with a wonderful perfume. Super awesome that so many of their flowers are local too! They even checked in on how much I wanted to spend as we built the bouquet so I wasn’t up sold past my budget or having to make too hard of choices.

I ordered a bouquet for my grandma today. The person I spoke with on the phone was so friendly, and even though I called late in the day, they were able to offer same day delivery. I needed to order flowers for a relative who was in the hospital in Golden Valley. I live in Los Angeles and found Best Wishes Floral online. The gentleman who took my call was so friendly and helpful in choosing the right arrangement and spent time asking for correct spelling on our names. Moved out of state and can honestly say I miss this florist shop so much. I have yet to find a florist out in south Dakota that treats customers as well or has as much variety as this shop. From simple roses for dates to bouquets for Mother’s Day, I have always felt valued and welcomed here. I miss Frank and co so much, always taking so much care to ensure everything looks gorgeous. From simple single stem roses with greener to bouquets, they always impressed and I cannot stress enough how great this shop is.

I purchased a Get Well bouquet for my mom here and the flower arrangement was great, very cheery and colorful. Unfortunately, some idiot pulled out in front of me in the parking lot and I had to slam on the brakes, sending my dog falling into flowers and crushing them. I brought them back, not even really sure what to do about it, but thinking they might able to salvage them. The guy working there just said, "no problem." He took the wrecked flower arrangement in back, cleaned up the disaster, replaced the crushed flowers, and brought it back in under 10 minutes like nothing had happened. I asked him if I could pay for the damage and he said it was no big deal. That was solid. I've purchased at least two other arrangements here for other occasions and I've always been happy with the result. They do great work and obviously have superior customer service.

Definitely more than just buying a flower. I walked in thinking I was going to just grab and go, but instead I got amazing service, a great flower for my fiancee, and they arranged it in a vase to make it look perfect. I can't say that I'll never buy a quick cheap bouquet while I'm picking up groceries again, but whenever I want that extra touch to make it perfect, I'll be going to Best Wishes!

We asked for a donation of 37 single stemmed carnations for our Family Night event at Armstrong H.S. Instead, I picked up 37 beautiful red stemmed roses, individually wrapped! The parents could not stop talking about the beautiful roses they received from their daughters that night, it was truly amazing. The service was impeccable and will definitely be sending my daughters there to order boutineres for their upcoming dance andfor any other events that come our way!
