I ordered the choose your price bouquet and chose the colors. All worked very well. The bouquet was delivered the same day. The only thing I wish is that they would have sent me a photo of the final bouquet design. Just would have been fun to see.

I came to this shop with a budget for my bridal bouquet. Because I only needed one for my courthouse ceremony, it was difficult to find a shop that offers this a la carte that fits my budget. After my initial call to the shop, Sandra reached out to me multiple times to respond to my request. We discussed over the phone what I was looking for in the bouquet and my budget. I needed it in 3 days, and it turned out just how I imagined it to look like!! This was the best decision I made in preparation for the wedding! Great job Sandra. Highly recommended!

A Johnson & Sons has a note on the back of their card that says if you were not satisfied with your flowers for any reason to give them a call -- well the floral arrangement they sent, out did what I originally got ! I was very impressed with their customer service and willingness to fix the piece. This Birthday Girl is now over the moon with her flowers -- if you know what your receiver wants, I am sure they'll do a fabulous job. I went from thinking I would never order anything to loving it! I would recommend !

I was a little disappointed with the arrangement. The picture showed candy canes and seeded eucalyptus in the arrangement. The family sent me a picture of the arrangement and it didn’t look as nice as the the picture displayed on line. I’ve used A Johnson & Sons Florist before and was very pleased. Tom Johnson called me within a few hours of my posting the above review. He is going to replace the arrangement. I will definitely use this florist again. Great customer service.

A. Johnson is well priced even when you don't consider how helpful the staff are. You can get custom arrangements and succulent baskets, or even air plants. But it's really the staff that make the visit worth it. You can literally discuss what you want in your arrangement while they make it. Pretty sweet.

A Johnson & Sons florists consistently do a fantastic job, and certainly did this Valentines day. Because I chose to order online, and it was a departure from my previous orders, they emailed and then called me to be sure they had my order correct. They called my valentine before they arrived to be sure the order went directly to them. It was subzero and they did not want the flowers out in the cold for any more than a moment. The order was super well wrapped and insulated from the cold and the arrangement was awesome. Thanks A Johnson & Sons! You deliver results every time! ;-)

A.Johnson has been ,my go-to florist for over 20 years. The employees are very helpful and deliveries are always on time. I just wish the artistry was better; the Zen orchid arrangement didn't look half as lovely as the web picture. I upgraded to ensure a premium arrangement and was very disappointed. To be sure you get what you want, go there in person; the roses are always exquisite.

Really nice staff. We were asked twice in 2 minutes by different staff if we needed help. Not a lot of cultural diversity, and most staff look like they might be teenagers. The gifts were a bit pricey, but I'm glad I stopped in just to see what grey have. Their Christmas window display is what drew me in. The Santa is life-like and cute!

Recently moved to Saint Paul from Denver and needed a new go-to florist. A Johnson & Sons was conveniently close to my apartment, and I went there first. Thanks to exceptional customer service, absolutely beautiful arrangements, and last-second order fulfillment, I haven't gone anywhere else for flowers after living here for 6 months. On one occasion, at the counter they noticed that they accidentally gave me a nicer and more elaborate bouquet than the price window I asked for on a same-day pick up bouquet. They graciously asked me to keep it. Whether or not that was a customer service stunt, I appreciate it. Johnson & Sons are a great locally owned florist with exceptional flowers, and I plan on being a loyal customer until further notice.

The designer, Jeanne was easy to work with, made some great suggestions to keep the flowers within our budget but matching what we wanted. I shared some pictures with her and the flowers met my expectations and matched the photos. She brought out the pictures and came up with beautiful arrangements that really met the style of the wedding - summer wedding in a Summit mansion and very traditional church. I’ve used them before and was very happy. Super friendly and helpful. When the flowers have to be there at a certain time, other florists answer is “maybe, we’ll see”. A Johnson’s answer is let me check” brief hold, followed by “Yes, I’ll set the delivery time 30 minutes earlier” I’m a pilot for a living. I live in a world of it will work or it won’t work. These guys have definitive answers and I will use them again. Oh yeah, flowers look great too - good advice on creative ideas!

Amazing customer service! One of my friends was in the hospital in the burn unit and I had ordered some flowers to be sent to him online. Shortly after the order, I got a call from the florist saying that my friend could not have flowers due to him being in the burn unit and the bacteria on the flowers would be unsafe. She was extremely accommodating and gave me alternative options such as silk flowers or a 'Junk Food Basket' and I went with the junk food one for him. She was even kind enough to ask his age so that she could get him proper snacks! So amazed that they called ahead to see if flowers were okay and how quick they were to get back to me. They also delivered the basket very fast. Definitely Recommend!

I would give this florist TEN stars if I was able!!! I had to order a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend of mine. Her young adult son passed away suddenly in the same fashion as my own son. I live in Phoenix and was unable to attend the services so I wanted send a very special arrangement from a local florist instead of calling one of the nationwide chains. It was very emotional for me as I had recently gone through this very devastating experience. Ani answered my call and spent all the time I needed. She was so kind, patient, and empathetic. She went to the cooler several times to check on flowers and also went into the shop to check on an item I wanted to include with the flowers. She even hand wrote the card, versus typed, that was to be included with the arrangement. As it turned out, my delivery was not in the normal delivery area. Was that a problem? Not at all!!! I have lived in the St. Paul area for the last ten years or so, and I can't believe today was the first time I went into this store. I don't buy flowers often, just for the standard occasions, but that might change. I usually can't stand being bothered by sales people, but I wanted to get something for my girlfriend for Valentines Day that was special as we'll both be working on the actual day of. I started browsing the pre-arranged vases they had on display, and when I was asked if I was finding everything ok I inquired if what was out was all that was available. Within five minutes the extremely helpful woman working the front counter had helped me pick a few different types of flowers and fillers from the huge walk-in cooler and create something that felt more unique. (And was cheaper than a lot of the pre-arranged options!) Obviously the customer experience is something that comes first to this family owned landmark on Grand Ave, I can see why they've been open for almost a century. I know I'll be back. Skip the Floweramas and Grocery store floral arrangements, here you get a lot more for your money and support small business.
