Shalice BorowiczMy daughter needed a boutonnier for her homecoming date and let my husband and I know very last minute. We called Unforgettable Moments to see if the would be able to make one within two hours. The staff I spoke with was lovely, said yes, and had it done for us so quickly. It was also perfect as they were able to add some touches of the color dress my daughter was wearing. I will absolutely use these guys in the future!!

Yesterday 11/16/2022, I was feeling sad because I was not in Milwaukee to share in my daughter's wonderful news on her College Graduation announcement and receiving her Cap n Gown. So I contacted this store, they worked hard and created a Smile on my daughter's face. Thank you All very much, it sure means alot. Even to the delivery person, thank you Thank you.

Fast forward to today-- he surprised me on mother's day with flowers delivered from this same shop. I know my father-in-law, and he confirmed he ordered them THIS WEEKEND. FOR MOTHERS DAY 😅
The flowers/arrangement is the best I've ever gotten in 33 years on this earth. I don't know what kind of magic they have going on in there, but I plan to take my toddler to visit.
Don't sleep on this place. They know what they are doing and they do it exceptionally well.
To add: I had no idea they were coming. I was in my pantry with headphones in. They waited 5+ minutes for him to get my husband on the phone to answer the door. When they had lord knows how many other deliveries. So having never stepped foot in the place, their customer service already seems top notch.
