This is such a cute shop for all of you gifts and flower needs and a great stop when walking around Tosa. The staff is so friendly and will help you find anything you need. There is an abundance of plants, holiday ornaments, holiday gifts, and cute trinkets and puzzles throughout. We walked around the shop looking for some cute gifts for friends and family this upcoming holiday season, but everything was so pricey. I am all for supporting small business, but I find it had when the same gift (brand and quality) are being sold at a bigger name store for less. I thought everything in the shop was so cute, maybe in the future I'll stop by for some gifts.

This was my first time in this store, I loved the items being organized by color, I loved the scent in the store, and I was very happy with the birthday bouquet that they have arranged for me. The staff was nice and helpful. Thank you.

Meh. Really not impressed. Paid $60 for a very mediocre boutique, $82 total for delivery. The boutique was so subpar compared to the flowers my uncle got (the flowers in the background) from the local grocery store for $35. I’ve gotten better flowers from farmers markets for $10. Disappointing.

Super cute little gift shop! I was passing by and their window display caught my eye. I couldn't resist and had to come back another day to see the store. Tons of nice little gifts for holidays, birthdays, favors... Everything from bath & body care to puzzles and greeting cards.

I ordered flowers for a sick family member who was being transferred multiple times between hospitals. Ron, individual who delivered the flowers, was so patient, kind, and understanding with taking care of my very important delivery. It really meant a lot to me and my family member that he took the extra effort to get them to her on the day they promised despite a lot of back and forth voicemails and phone calls. The extra time and attention to great personal service was exceptional. THANK YOU The Flower Lady!

Absolutely beautiful and unique flowers! I love to buy arrangements for my mom when I come home from college. I bought her large arrangement two weeks before Thanksgiving, and once I returned for Thanksgiving the flowers were STILL beautiful and alive! You get what you pay for - high quality flowers, great customer service, and long lasting product!

I bought a bouquet for Mother's Day. I called two weeks ahead and the owner was so friendly. Clear questions about what I was looking for. Asked my price point, I paid for them over the phone, and then told me where I could pick them up. When I got to the shop the bouquet was waiting for me and it was gorgeous. I've gotten bouquets from online floral places and this bouquet blew them out of the water. The service was so friendly, and she was so appreciative of the business during COVID, I definitely will use them again.

I had flowers delivered to my mother because she’s been having a rough time working in a nursing home during this pandemic. I used to walk home from elementary school and get her flowers all the time. I live in Texas now so I wasn’t able to be apart of the arrangement making but I’m absolutely in love with they created for my mother. It’s beautiful. I will continue to use them when I have to get flowers for someone in Wisconsin. They are amazing and very kind people!! Worth every penny!!!

Wedding flowers were beautiful and delivered smoothly and on time. Flowers lasted for several days after the wedding. Even made a bouquet for my new sister-in-law out of them for her wedding several days later. Would recommend Flower Lady for any special occasion.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They do fresh cut flowers, potted plants, arrangements, weddings/events, delivery, and probably some other stuff I don't know about. They also sell a lot of really nice home and garden accessories and accent peices.

Very cute place with adorable items. I would compare it to a Pier 1 but with localized products. Items were pricey depending on what they were but they had a wide selection of gifts.

Great little shop. I thought it was appropriately priced for what they had to offer, artisan gifts and works by local artists. I love stopping in whenever I am in the village!
