Bird & Bumble was one of our two florists that made our wedding day, and rehearsal dinner, truly everything I could have imagined. Rebecca brought her expertise and made my vision come to life in various drawings after a few conversations. It took so much stress off of the planning process having a florist that was not only able to understand my vision, but enhance it by bringing so many creative suggestions to the table. If you're looking for someone that you can trust to fully bring your floral/greenery dreams to life, Rebecca is it!! Also- working with someone that is extremely passionate about what they do makes it that much more fun!

Wow! Although my husband and I's engagement was a bit longer than expected (thanks corona!) -- I still remember how ecstatic we both were after our initial introduction meeting with Rebecca, almost 2.5 years ago. We were so impressed by Rebecca's sincere, genuine interest in making florals a focal point of the wedding. She even brought us a notebook with beautiful pressed flowers to be used as we planned our wedding! Throughout our initial planning, postponing, and execution of our big day Rebecca & team went above and beyond. I personally was not very familiar with flowers, so it was such a help to communicate overall aesthetics/feel that we were wanting for out flowers and have her team take those thoughts and run with it! They turned our vision into an absolutely beautiful focal point for both our ceremony and reception space! What was even more incredible about Rebecca & her team was how they went above and beyond to help curate rentals to be used for our kings table and all guest table center pieces . Thanks to our investment in Bird & Bumble our reception space came to life! We were so thankful to have her teams help in flawlessly setting up our ceremony space, traveling to set up the reception florals at another venue, and taking care of all clean up responsibilities. I cannot recommend Bird & Bumble enough! Their work will elevate your wedding day and I promise you will be impressed with their professionalism, passion, and creativity!

Bird & Bumble was our florist for our June 2022 wedding. From the first "get to know you" phone call with Rebecca a year prior to our wedding, I knew Bird & Bumble would be the right choice for us. I was the type of bride who had a vague idea of what I wanted for my wedding, and Rebecca really helped me hone in on a vision. We had several brainstorming calls/meetings as well as an email thread where she constantly updated my moodboard whenever I would have new ideas. She truly is a visionary. Where do I even begin....From the moment I had my first phone call with Rebecca well over a year before our wedding this past October I knew she was the one. She was there through out the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. She supported all my different wedding visions, she never pushed us to add or change things we were set on and brought my vision to life in such a beautiful way while never going over our budget. One of my favorite things Rebecca does is that she meets her couples in person so that she not only sees us talk about what our wedding vision is and how she can support it with her florals but also gets to know us as a couple. Meeting her in person before the wedding just built our connection and trust in her. As you can see from the photos below her florals are simply STUNNING. Our wedding was unfortunately impacted by the pandemic and it was nothing but a professional response to deal with that and move out our wedding date. Everything from our first meeting to design inspiration chats went so well. Rebecca is a true artist and she made my wedding floral dreams come true! She was so easy to work with and helped bring my inspirations come to life. When I saw her walking in with the bridal bouquets my heart sang. They were perfect! She made floral cuffs that were on gold cuff bracelets for my mother and our officiant. These felt so special and a unique divergence up from a traditional corsage.

I am so happy to call myself a Bird and Bumble bride! I am a wedding videographer and had the opportunity to work with Rebecca on a wedding and other shoots. I was so happy to work with her for my own wedding! She has a beautiful and creative eye and I am so happy she was able to travel all the way down to North Carolina for our replanned wedding. Rebecca is very professional and has such a sweet personality. She worked so well with our planner and other vendors. And I absolutely loved my bouquet! A MUST were largely bloomed blush and ivory roses with some dried florals. Rebecca executed my vision. We chatted a few times about what I’d love for my bouquet and the other floral arrangements, and she also checked out my Pinterest board to understand exactly what I wanted. It’s amazing that she utilized florals local to North Carolina, as well! Rebecca even created an album of bts shots taken during our wedding and that was so amazing to see. My husband and I cannot thank Rebecca and the Bird and Bumble team enough!!

Rebecca was amazing to work with and is such a creative designer! I went to school for event management and my most recent job was a Director of Events at a country club. I lived out of state but was still able to meet with Rebecca virtually and in person when I was in town. I have worked with many florists for my job and can say Rebecca gives you a custom design and experience! She handled some of my specific requests well such as ribbons on the bouquets. She had a challenge for the venue as the space needed a flip from ceremony to dinner. She and her team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them! My partner and I got married at a Relics Pop Up Wedding last month and Bird & Bumble was our phenomenal florist. All of the flower arrangements were absolutely GORGEOUS, especially mine. Bird & Bumble worked really well within the given pop up wedding theme and took the time to take my bridesmaids' dress colors into account so that they could be coordinated and complementary. There was such a variety of flower types, it made my bridesmaid's (my sisters) bouquets extra special and it made my own bouquet pop! Since we did a pop up wedding, we didn't do the traditional bouquet toss (which I was happy about because I wanted to keep my flowers!) My sisters and I are preserving our flowers by hanging them upside down to dry, and the colors are just as beautiful and vibrant now as they were on our wedding day!

Our wedding planner, Meredith from Blue Fancy recommended Bird and Bumble for our son’s summer wedding at The Ivy House. We were drawn to what I would call her uniquely creative European style. When we began the planning process, Rebecca spent a considerable amount of time listening to our vision for the floral. She asked for our Pinterest boards and showed us pictures of many flowers to figure out which ones we liked. She later put together a collage of photos which precisely reflected the ambiance we were trying to achieve. Bird & Bumble's flexibility, creativity, and open line of communication make it unique and desired for a service when you have two people who have demanding jobs that take the brunt of your stress. My wife and I worked as third shift nurses while planning our wedding, the personal touch and extra effort that someone who truly loves their work does not go unnoticed, Bird & Bumble's arrangements were a perfect touch. The value of having Rebecca onsite to set up the arrangements was worth the extra fee, she truly is an artist she was able to give our wedding just the right touch. There were three major parts to Bird & Bumble's services at our wedding, the table arrangements, bouquets, and the arbor. Each left a lasting impression without taking focus away from the celebration. The arbor though, that was such a breath-taking work with beautiful fall colors and the effort taken to put it together could be seen in the finished product. Rebecca's ability to take ideas and goals for the floral arrangements and run with them, communicating when there were out of season issues and possible alternatives, but in reality it was her passion that made working with her so easy. I felt like she walked onto our ceremony/reception location, waved her magic wand and brightened it with the right type and amount of color.

From our initial phone call to our planning meetings, Rebecca listened to everything we were expecting and put my mind completely at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Bird and Bumble. My husband and I were getting married in Ostuni, Italy and we were having trouble connecting with vendors in the region. However, Rebecca came highly recommended from our wedding planner and she was going to be over there at the same time as our wedding. It was kismet! We had only seen our venue on the internet, so we based our floral inspiration board on the Masseria images and the environment of southern Italy. When we first met with Rebecca to discuss floral inspiration she immediately called attention to a consistent theme throughout the images -- monochromatic greens of different textures with pops of white flowers. We wanted balance simple with textured, timeless with contemporary, and Rebecca ran with these themes beautifully. Given the rustic structures and arid groves, we felt that the bouquet should be unstructured, loose, and contain natural elements that tied it to the honest setting. The two asymmetric deconstructed arches that framed the ceremony also later doubled as a backdrop to the sweetheart table. These large arrangements complimented the ornate candlesticks (that Rebecca had sourced and traveled with!) that were arranged on the dinner tables with the beautiful runners of textured greenery. Rebecca brought our vision to life in Italy. She truly set the scene for a beautiful backdrop for our wedding . It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Rebecca did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding flowers. As soon as I met her, I knew that she'd be able to execute my vision. She was warm, had a wonderful personality and really understood what I was thinking, while also making helpful suggestions about types of flowers that would hold up in the heat and would be in season. Over the course of our planning period, which was only about 4 months!!!, she sent me photos so I could choose the exact flowers, helped pick out the perfect ribbon colors and styles and found unique vases for our centerpieces. On top of all that, the bouquets and boutonnieres were elegant without being to stiff and plain. She also helped make our ceremony vision come true and created a simple, but stunning, decor that everyone raved about. I got married this past September and got my bouquet and my husband's boutonnière and some additional arrangements from Bird & Bumble. They were absolutely amazing! The bouquet was beautiful and everything I imagined it would be! I was so excited to save the bouquet and put it into my wedding shadow box, but somehow the bouquet got lost in the chaos at the end of the night and was thrown away. Rebecca was kind enough to find some of the same flowers she used in my bouquet to make a similar one for me to dry out and save! I was so grateful after how upset I was that the original bouquet was lost. Rebecca is incredibly talented, what drew me to her work was her ability to create a high end, modern look - truly creating art every time she designs for an event, and every one unique - the opposite of cookie cutter wedding arrangements. Not only did she design all floral elements, she also seamlessly worked through with other vendors to order finishing touches for the space, including furniture, vases, ribbon, tables, and other fixtures that fit together perfectly. I loved working with Rebecca because it was e a s y - every time we connected it was like meeting with a friend. She clearly communicated the “what if” scenarios if we would have postponed our wedding and remained cool and calm throughout the entire process, which I especially appreciated on our wedding day. I think what stands out the most in my mind is that the Bird & Bumble team took care of everything including transporting vessels and arrangements from the church to the venue, cleaning up the next morning, and even took the time to text me days after the wedding to tell me the name of a flower my mom had loved and asked about. I received so many compliments on our arrangements, they were truly breathtaking and fit the aesthetic of our day perfectly. She was able to bring a beautiful modern look to our wedding while staying within what I would say is a reasonable budget. There were many MANY stressful aspects to planning a pandemic wedding, but I never worried for a minute about anything with Rebecca and her team - they showed up in so many ways and it looked and felt like a fairytale of a day.
