Overall the experience was good and my wedding bouquet was beautiful. The owner is very professional and reliable. I picked up my bouquet the day before my wedding since I was below the threshold for delivery. I'm glad I went myself to pick it up because it was mostly greenery with not many flowers. I asked her to add more flowers, which she did and I loved the results after. Two, the boutonnieres did not last long. In fact, my husband's boutonniere fell apart before heading to the ceremony. I kept it in the fridge at the right temperature but still being made a day before and the hot temperature took a toll on them. Lastly, the owner is very professional but very cut to the chase. I felt like I have to know 100% what I wanted before walking in for consultation. I didn't feel that I have the freedom of throwing ideas and discussing what would look good and deciding after. Rather it was like tell me what you want in what color, what flowers and when. Overall I'm pleased with the results and glad I picked up the bouquet myself so I don't get disappointed on my wedding day.

From the moment we met Emily and her team at Belle Fiori, we knew they were going to exceed all of our expectations. I had asked the team to create a fall fantasyland for our October wedding and I was speechless when I saw the end result. I have never seen such incredible floral arrangements and words cannot adequately describe the masterpiece that Belle Fiori created for our wedding day. Between the impressive arch, suspended floral displays, and collection of candles, lanterns, and terrariums, we are still getting compliments on how magical their designs were. Besides their incredible talent, Emily and her team were very organized and prompt to answer questions, which helped alleviate any stress during the planning process. Overall, we would highly recommend Belle Fiori for any upcoming events!!

We used Belle Fiori for our wedding on 4/22/2022 for bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, alter/aisle arrangements and center pieces. We loved the center pieces for the tables and the aisle arrangements. The bouquets and boutonnières were just not what we had discussed which is disappointing, I will give them credit for coming to the venue to try to fix my bridal bouquet, but it just wasn’t what I had wanted. We discussed very light dusty pinks and ivory for my flowers & day of showed up with some very dark pink and purple filler flowers, the vibe was too bohemian while we had a classic/elegant wedding style. We specifically discussed very small boutonnières with one blossom and all showed up with two blossoms. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over it so we just went on about our day. The service was great but I just felt like our vision got lost in translation on the flowers.

We had such an amazing experience with Belle Fiori. After talking with multiple florists, I was feeling discouraged and that my vision wasn’t coming to life within my price point. Emily took the time to really help us understand what we wanted, suggested budget-friendly options that we could afford, and made our wedding day beautiful. On the day-of, the staff onsite seamlessly set things up - I honestly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Belle Fiori was such a great vendor to work with! I don’t know much about flowers but was able to come with my color palette and inspirational pictures and they were able to create everything for us from there! So stress free lol! They were also able to accommodate us when we had changes with a smaller guest count due to COVID. They did our table center pieces which turned out great with the terrariums. And also added flowers to our cake which turned out so beautiful! Everything from consultation to delivery and set up was awesome! Highly reccomend.

The arraignment was beautiful and I loved the flowers, but they didn’t look to be in amazing condition when I picked them up, already wilting, drying, and turning upset colors. Once they were home they didn’t survive too well. Other than the sorry state, service was amazing. The woman who I ordered with on the phone was amazingly helpful and guided me really well. I did order a day before Valentine’s Day, and picked up Valentine’s Day morning, so take the negative parts of what I’ve said with a grain of salt, they may have just been busy and rushed. Very friendly and pretty store.

Emily listened to our vision for the day and really heard how we wanted the day to feel. She translated that hope and vision into the most stunning array of flowers, succulents and natural elements. We had Belle Fiori as the florist for our wedding, and the flowers were gorgeous! Emily was great at walking me through what I needed, making suggestions, but never trying to sell me extra things that I didn't really want. I remember that she nicely inquired further after I told her we were making our own centerpieces for the reception, because she has heard of people who want to DYI things but don't really know how much work it takes to make it look nice. She wasn't pushy about trying to sell me centerpieces, she just cares about people and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting myself into something that wouldn't work out for me. Emily was also great at picking up on what I liked and didn't like based on the pictures I showed her and what I tried to describe. She also showed that she is very knowledgeable about the many different types of flowers they use too. Belle Fiori also beautifully incorporated important family keepsakes in the arrangements. I brought in a flower that was from my grandmother's wedding to add to my bouquet, and they used beaded flowers from my mother's veil in my bouquet too. I stop by occasionally for their 50% off on Fridays and have never received a bouquet I didn't like. So I decided to use them for my wedding flowers. Emily was super helpful in helping me first figure out where I needed flowers and what different options I had. She gave me a detailed estimate of how much my flowers would be and allowed me to think about what I wanted to do before she followed up with me. I ended up just using them for my bouquet and my groom's boutonniere because I had family and friends helping me with the other floral arrangements. They did an awesome job! I asked for a heat resistant bouquet and they delivered! my flowers looked beautiful at the end of the night. They also did a wonderful job of mixing different colors and textures. Quite a unique array!

When it came to choosing a florist for our wedding, I had no idea how to pick someone, because I know nothing about flowers. I went with Belle Fiori because they have consistently strong reviews, and I couldn't have chosen better! Not only were our flowers on our wedding day BEAUTIFUL (I got so many compliments on my bouquet and flower crown especially!) but Belle Fiori was so patient, professional, and efficient during all of our wedding planning. They were easy to work with when we had to change dates a whopping three times due to covid (and never charged any switch the date fees!), I was always able to get in touch with them when I needed, and the day of they were perfect with set up. I actually didn't even see them there (I was getting my makeup done when they did all their setup), but everything looked fabulous when I was able to get a good look! Really, I can't recommend Belle Fiori enough. Their flowers are beautiful, and they're great to work with!

As someone who does not know much about flowers, I was able to give her the colors. With a few questions from her end she was able to come up with the perfect design. Emily and the whole Belle Fiori team was amazing to work with. We live in Phoenix, so a lot of communication was done via email and phone, but everything turned out perfectly. I have ordered flower arrangements and bouquets from Belle Fiori on two separate occasions, both times with excellent work! For my bridal-themed photoshoot, I ordered a bouquet and an arrangement. I showed them several photos of bridal bouquets and arrangements as examples of what I had in mind and asked for similar ones to be made. The results were spot-on! The design, volume, and color were exactly what I wanted with fresh and high-quality flowers. For my friend’s 50th birthday, I ordered a flower arrangement. This time, I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but the store was very patient with me. The result was exactly what I asked for: cheerful without being too loud and very appropriate for the specialness of the 50th birthday celebration. My friend was so exhilarated with the flowers that she expressed her excitement multiple times with how nice and cheerful the flowers looked. She even sent me an e-mail the day after to specifically thank me for the flowers and how much she enjoys seeing it and smelling the scent first thing in the morning. Emily and the team at Belle Fiori did a wondering job for our wedding at the Urban Ecology Center. I had asked for our flowers to be "simple and soft" but didn't want to appear to be a "wild flower" theme. They were able to provide us with exactly what we wanted after only one consultation/discussion. They also made us some beautiful hanging garland for our wedding ceremony. The services they provided were great, definitely paid for them, but every penny was well spent as our flowers were our only decorations.

Emily was helpful from the beginning - she was honest about what types of flowers would be in season during our wedding timeframe, and made appropriate and tasteful suggestions. We were on a budget, and she was extremely conscious of helping us make decisions that worked within those constraints. She also helped us talk through design decisions, and narrow down our focus considering our color ideas and overall feel of the wedding. Day of, flowers were delivered right on time, and packaged nicely. My husband and I had such an amazing time working with Emily at Belle Fiori. My parents met her at a bridal show and instantly recommended her because of her cheerful personality. We were planning the wedding from out of town, but Emily was incredibly accommodating. We met with her once to go over ideas and she immediately made suggestions that I would have never thought of. I was inspired by the Chihuly glass sculpture in the Milwaukee Art Museum and she took that idea and ran with it. The large arrangements were absolutely breathtaking and filled the vast, white space of the Milwaukee Art Museum beautifully. I had no doubt that the flowers would be incredible, but they far exceeded my expectations. The best part about working with Emily and Belle Fiori is how much she cared about our day. She was there to help the guys put their boutonnieres on and make sure the arrangements made it to the right places and she was very flexible when we had things change at the last minute. I highly recommend Belle Fiori and Emily. They are the best and we couldn't be happier!

As a wedding industry professional, I see a LOT of flowers, and I have worked with Belle Fiori for years, seeing their amazing creations for our clients. I got married last weekend and hiring Belle Fiori was a no-brainer. Emily listened to my requests, got excited with me about my ideas, and made me feel totally comfortable. Excellent service all around. On the wedding day, the flowers were exactly what I wanted plus so much more. They took my vision and expanded upon it with their unmatched skill and creativity. When Emily met me at the hotel to drop off my bouquet, I cried both because the flowers were so beautiful beyond expectation, and also because she made me feel like a bride. I'm still salvaging leftover bits of the arrangements to I can live with the beautiful blooms for as long as possible! They were also quite affordable. Since they have a retail store they don't have to charge customers for minimum orders on flowers that will go to waste if they aren't used in the wedding arrangements. Very smart and practical! I've used Belle Fiori for (unfortunately) funeral flowers three times in the past two months. Despite the circumstances, they were easy and transparent to order from and they got all of the flower arrangements out to where they needed to be on time and on budget. Emily and the entire Belle Fiori team were beyond amazing! We heard about them through a wedding event in Milwaukee and were drawn to their natural and organic floral designs. Our wedding was based in Chicago, but we had family in Milwaukee willing to help us out, so we thought we would call and give it a try. Emily was so accommodating - she set up weekend apt for us to come and meet with her, and was very honest about what would transfer well. She worked within our budget and provided several options for substitutions. We had a few inspiration pictures to begin with, but after 30 mins she made our vision come to life. We ended up picking up the flowers in Milwaukee ourselves and transporting them to Chicago - everything was packaged and labeled perfectly and we were extremely happy with everything that was created. We would recommend them in a heartbeat for quality and reliable florals for any budget.

Wow. I don't even know where to begin! Belle Fiori helped enhance my wedding to make it the most perfect day!! And that's high praise coming from an Event Manager ;) From the minute we set foot in the door, Emily was extremely helpful. She would ask questions to get us talking about things we liked and didn't like and then create a plan of attack. While we sat there she began sketching ideas of how to incorporate the flowers of our choice ... and was willing to tweak the idea while talking through our vision. She was extremely reasonable, she helped set the room. We were at the Renaissance Place which also required a room change and her staff helped make sure this process was seamless. The centerpieces and decor were breathtaking. My boquet was one of a kinda. I truly felt that she made our day unique to us and took the time to make us feel like we were the only wedding in the world. We love Belle Fiori and highly reccommend them to all!!

We used Belle Fiori for our wedding last weekend. I’m not very creative, but they took my few color and theme comments and ran with them, and everything turned out beautifully! Service was excellent throughout the whole process, including day of. The only thing that got a little messed up was my mom’s corsage - we wanted an orchid but she got something else. It was still unique from everyone else’s so it was fine. Everything else was perfect! I would 100% recommend Belle Fiori!

Belle Fiore did the flowers for my wedding in late July 2013. My experience was great and I am completely satisfied. I met with Emily, the owner, twice to go over wedding flower details. Our initial consultation was about 4 months out and we met again one month before the wedding too. I had a small wedding and did not use many flowers, just bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a wreath. Emily did not try to upsell or pressure me into buying extra flowers I did not need. I also used their ribbon backdrop for the wedding ceremony, which was very pretty with the floral wreath hanging from it. Overall I had a great experience with Belle Fiore and would recommend them to any bride.

The mix of floral and the tones they used are beautiful. Although I do not know the value as compared to what was received I will say that they are impressive, full and great quality. I would have rather tried to jump out of a plane and told them so. Emily walked us through it. We've been married 14 years so I won't be having a wedding anytime soon, if we've a reunion, it's not likely here as our families are far away, I would hire them in an instant. What I really enjoy is getting to choose flowers by the stem and cut down and arrange them myself. On my way there today. My tulips are gone, all the vases are clean and I'm ready for "flower power." I was pestering her because I was unable to track my order and I had only a limited window of time to get these flowers delivered. She had not been too reassuring and had some attitude when I was only expressing the importance of the timely delivery. When you pay $100 plus for FLOWERS and some chocolates I deserve that!!!
