Melissa supplied mine and my bridal parties bouquets and a bouquet for the church, as well as my husband and his groomsmen's boutonnieres and an arrangement that we used in front of the altar and in front of our sweetheart table. She did an incredible job! We met with her only once before our wedding, and couldn't find exact inspiration photos, but did our best to describe what we wanted. When I tell you that she created the most beautiful arrangements, I mean she created the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangements! They were even more beautiful than we pictured they would be! Melissa was also so wonderful to work with and flexible with our changing needs. I would 100% recommend Bank of Flowers to anyone looking for beautiful flowers. Thank you Melissa!!

We chose Bank of Flowers for our December wedding. They designed my bouquet, corsages, and center pieces in a beautiful winter theme. They have the best service and were within our budget. I was so glad I chose to have the flowers delivered to the venue - delivery price was extremely reasonable anyway. Bank of Flowers simplifies the big day. Could not be happier with our wedding experience with Bank of Flowers and I would highly recommend them.

The BEST place to buy flowers! They always deliver unique and beautiful arrangements. The shops (both Menomonee Falls and Pewaukee) have cute gift ware that I've purchased for housewarming and birthday presents. I love supporting local businesses, especially when the staff is genuinely happy to see you walk in the door and ready to help (the shop cat, Chloe, is an added bonus).

Sometimes you don’t know what you’ll get when you let the florist design a bouquet for you. I asked for classy with light colors. They were just what I wanted and the recipient said ‘oh my gosh, the most beautiful flowers were just delivered’. Thank you for the great service

I ordered flowers from here for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Everyone gave great reviews and the picture on the website looked fantastic. I spent quite a bit of money on these flowers and the end product was disappointing at best. I will say she did love them but I was terribly underwhelmed. Edit: After speaking to the owner (a wonderful lady) another bouquet of flowers was sent (picture attached). I was very pleased with the way she dealt with me. My girlfriend absolutely loves both sets of flowers and I am very happy about that. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the original problem, but I will give them a chance in the future (probably sooner rather than later) to earn that last star. I like the overall body of work and I actually do look forward to giving them another chance.

Working with Melissa and her team for our wedding was an exceptional experience! Our wishes were a bit unique in that we weren't looking for traditional flowers, and that didn't slow Melissa down a bit. She came up with the perfect arrangements for our centerpieces and ceremony, along with the boutonnieres and corsages. Melissa and her team did an AMAZING job on all the flowers and decor for my wedding. It looked more beautiful than I could ever imagine and the whole process was seamless! They did a staircase, an arch, aisle decor/flowers, centerpieces, and all the wedding party flowers. All were beautiful and well put together. I cannot recommend Bank of Flowers enough for any large event!

Amazing customer service! Couldn’t recommend more. The person I sent the arrangement to was out of town at the time and the flowers couldn’t be delivered. Bank of Flowers offered to remake and deliver a couple weeks later at no extra charge. I was overwhelmed and delighted by that offer. I heard they were beautiful when they were delivered. I was pretty disappointed in the birthday arrangement I had purchased for my mom. Delivery was on time, but the arrangement itself was very underwhelming and not the quality I would expect for the price. All of the roses were bunched together in one spot instead of spaced throughout the arrangement. The roses were fresh, but many of the other flowers were wilted and droopy. The back of the arrangement was "flat," so you had to place it on a counter against the wall instead of as a centerpiece on a table because the backside of it looked so bad and only had "green fill" and no flowers. The arrangement was the mid-range bouquet nd looked nothing like the picture. I was sorely disappointed that I had wasted so much money for a poor gift for my mom. Sorry, I cannot recommend.

I ordered some flowers for my wife from FTD for same day delivery - that was a mistake. Later that day, I find an email in my spam folder saying they can't deliver it until tomorrow - my wife won't be home tomorrow, so that doesn't work. I then call Bank of Flowers and they are super nice on the phone and get some flowers delivered to my wife within a couple hours. Not only did they come through with a timely delivery, the flower arrangement was really beautiful. Bank of Flowers will now be my go-to florist!!!

New customer coming from out of town, I placed an order online for a Saturday 4-4:30pm pick-up. The week before, I received a phone call from "Jane" to confirm location and time of pick-up, date and time (4-4:30pm CONFIRMED). Was not warned about the shop closing at 2pm Saturdays. The day of, I didn't received any phone calls about the shop closing early nor any form of communication to pick up the flowers before the store closes :( I did have other events planned and going on throughout the day thus 4-4:30pm was chosen originally; no other times were suggested during our confirmation phone call. Sadly the flowers were a missed opportunity for an event for my fiancé whom I was looking forward to surprising her with. Beautiful flowers and store but definitely could improve on communication and following through on date/time confirmations etc.

Growing up in the floral industry, I am always nervous ordering flowers as many flower shops do not have any training. Bank of flowers blew away ever expectation I had. Not only do they have a Master Florist on staff ( which is a very intensive certification to achieve) but their customer service, flexibility to budget, and ability to do same day delivery were top notch. I will 1000% be back. The arrangement was amazing!

However, the staff were super friendly and were able to put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement that my wife was thrilled about and several nurses complimented. This place is huge, it's like a floral shop meets a seasonal Target. Had to run in there at the last minute to get my mom flowers and luckily their hours match what's on Google which is rare these days. Two young women in there were nice and helpful. I've been going to the same floral shop for over the past 10yrs and I definitely will be coming here as well, plus it helps I live about a mile away

We worked with the Menomonee Falls location for our wedding flowers and everything was great! We sat down with them for a quick 20 minute meeting and they helped us through picking everything we wanted. We ordered the flowers we wanted for the centerpieces in bulk to put together ourselves, they put together the corsages, boutonnieres, and her bouquet, and everything looked amazing! We got a lot of compliments and the customer service was fantastic.

What a lovely flower shop! I called in a last minute order for birthday flowers and they had them ready within 45 minutes. When I picked them up, they were even more beautiful than I expected. There was no doubt in my mind the florist I wanted to use for my wedding. Five years earlier, Melissa did the flowers for my sister's wedding and they were stunning. So when it came to my wedding day, without hesitation, I set up the appointment. Melissa has a way with flowers and brides. you give her your color and the mechanics in her brain start rolling and months later the outcome is exactly what you want, but could not express. To make my life easier, I added on aisle flowers and centerpieces. I was a do it yourself bride, but when Melissa described the centerpieces with just two Gerber daisies, it was almost easier than I was going to make the centerpieces. She is so helpful and insightful. I ended up saving and preserving all my flowers to use in my home decor because they were amazing! If you are looking for someone to help you add a hint of beauty to your already beautiful wedding, go with Bank of Memories!

This is a great place to get quality flowers and bouquets as well as small gifts . They can deliver your order for you as well. They send to houses, funerals, businesses etc. The building it is in is historical which is really cool inside as well. Employees are very nice and will see that you get every detail exact for a bouquet or order. This place is a little pricey but is so worth it in the end because the quality of the flowers/plants are way better than any other place. If you are looking for a special flower they do not have usually they can get it in stock for you if you order early.

Best business ever. My brother stopped in every Friday to pick up his flowers, and when he passed away in December at 18 years old, the staff was more than happy to put together the urn ring for the funeral. They made it blue and gold for his high school, Marquette University, and also used birch wood and honey combs to fit his love for the outdoors. They got teary eyed when helping, and it really touched my family to see the way they see us as people and family, not just a customer to get money from. We go to them for all of our high school corsages/bouquets and boutonnieres, and we always have the best flowers of everyone at the dances. They go the extra 100 miles and are always a pleasure to work with. Not to mention their awesome cat, Chloe!!
