Amazing service. Long story short, I was scammed by another company and at 6pm at night Vegas Rose Flowers took my order for a 9am pickup the next day for a funeral arrangement. I am forever a client.

I ordered two different arrangements at two different price points. Both exceeded my expectations! The staff is attentive, asks great questions about the recipient and the vibe you’re trying to create. Flowers were delivered on time and incorporated all of the elements I requested. Recipients were floored by the attention to detail and how much the arrangements captured their personalities. The flowers were expensive and worth every bit of what I paid! Kudos and thank you.

Vegas rose did an absolutely amazing job. With making sure the gift that I ordered my best friend was beautiful and delivered in a professional and timely manner. Their customer service is exceptionally wonderful. Mary was a gem to make sure she fixed the problem i had with the first delivery that got stolen off of my best friends porch. When i called and explain the situation she was understanding and polite and made sure she did everything she can to make it right. My hydgrengia died the same day I got them Edit: I was told this flower I got needed water ASAP they should give care instructions prior. The other flowers were fine. They refunded me for the flower. That’s why I’m giving 4 star

Vegas Rose Flowers did an amazing job on a floral arrangement for my mothers birthday today. I went in with little time and Alicia and her mom put together an incredible arrangement with very short notice. Thank you both so much for the great friendly service and the great price....she absolutely loved them. Very beautiful flowers and arrangements already made and ready to go. I will only be ordering from Vegas Rose. The customer service in it self is 💯. Amy was very patient over the phone and went above and beyond to help me chose the arrangements. They sent me a picture of what my arrangement before delivery and the delivery person texted me when it was complete. After the delivery I had a question and they responded immediately.
