On numerous occasion, for both my home and business events, I’ve used this wonderful floral shop. I have to admit, I can be quite a stickler when it comes to organizing specific floral arrangements but every single time that I’ve called to use their services the staff have been so patient, informative and nothing short of absolutely stellar! I was in a pinch and needed flowers for an event the next day. I remembered that my mom had used Sun City Summerlin Florist for her wedding five years earlier. I called and spoke to the owner Halea (im not sure if I spelled her name right ) She was immediately helpful and accommodating. I gave her my set budget that I needed to stick within and she told me that they could work with that. She went above and beyond for me, and had the flowers ready for me by the next day at 9 AM. She created a beautiful arrangement and gave me more than what I paid for. She was a delight to work with. We will definitely be recommending her shop to all of our brides that need flowers. Excellent quality, service and price. Very good communication! I purchased flowers for my friend’s birthday. I live out of state. I requested that certain flowers be added to the arrangement. However, the specific flowers were unavailable so the florist called me to ask if I would like a substitution or a later delivery. I asked that they choose a substitution. The flowers were delivered on time. The arrangement was perfect and much larger than I expected! My friend said that they were beautiful and smelled wonderful! I also received a delivery confirmation e-mail. I will definitely recommend and use Sun-City Summerlin Florist again!

This is based off of customer service alone. I had called yesterday due to placing an order on their website from out of state. I had a few questions and Joe was so helpful and explained the best way for me to place the order to ensure they arrive at the funeral home Friday on time. Summerlin florist had excellent reviews so we ordered with the hopes the flowers would be delivered the same day. I requested same day delivery as well as a picture to be sent to me and they made it happen! A beautiful arrangement was delivered and our aunt loved them! This small Sun City shop has something for everyone and every occasion. I was most impressed with the shop's staff! They bent over backwards to accomodate my quick delivery request and the particular flowers I wanted. I really felt the love they say they put into every arrangement. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have even done arrangements for deliveries to my mother in Florida who loved them!

I am compelled to write this for if not for this vendor my Mother's Day would have sunk. I mis-dated the delivery date and when I called very upset it was proven o me and my screw-up. On February13, 2016, my niece had a Celebration of Life at her home for my sister and I was not able to attend (I live in Florida). I ordered flowers from Sun City when another sister sent me a picture of the flowers, they didn't look like the ones in the picture I ordered. I was upset, cause my sister was gone and I couldn't be there. I called Sun City and they said the irises they had were not as fresh as they should have been so they put other flowers in their place. They were VERY nice when I told them it wasn't what I expected but they took care of the situation even though now that I think of it, it was probably more me because I was upset. They couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate with me. I highly recommend them and will use them again whenever I order flowers in Las Vegas.

Beautiful bouquets and wide variety of dish gardens. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing flowers and dish gardens for my Mom to celebrate her 90th birthday. She is enjoying the beauty of the flowers and the assorted plants in the dish gardens. The owner and the staff are wonderful and very helpful when I asked for their suggestions. This place was great! Called yesterday about 20 mins before they close to ask if they had a website (didn't look on google for it but it's posted) and what would be the best way to order. She informed me I could drop by or order online but I was 25 mins away so I wasn't going to make it on time. Placed an online order later on that night (after business hours) and the delivery got to its destination at 11 am!!!! I figured it would take them a while to prep and deliver since the order was put I n after business hours last night but it was delivered earlier than what I thought it would and it was even prettier than what it looked like on the website. My girlfriend absolutely LOVED THEM!!! Thank you guys!
