Wow, cannot say enough good things about this place. I live out of state, and wanted to send flowers to my aunt. I ordered in the morning, and within a few hours they were delivered. They were GORGEOUS, and looked just like the picture. They also are extremely well priced. Thank you, Rose Shack! You guys are amazing

When sending flowers, I always find/use a florist who is local to the recipient....and I really lucked out with Rose Shack! I was delighted with the choices which included less expensive options (1 other local florist was sky high!); an easy-to-use website with a very 'friendly' feel; sent me a photo of the bouquet to show me what they were delivering; and, then finally, an ecstatic thank you call from the recipient. So...professional, efficient, delivered what and when they said they would, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg....Highly Recommend.

I needed a house plant that i had never heard of and the store owner made sure that it was prepared for me in just 24hrs time! Excellent customer service in this place. I really never do this, but I have to say, the quality that I have found here was amazing. Truly something to brighten a loved ones day. Juliet helped me set everything up and really everything was perfect. She took my order embarrassingly close to Mothers Day and was able to make the most amazing day for my Mother and Grandmother. Juliet had custom made beautiful arrangements and special touches, that I know they appreciated. They let me know with a long distance call while I'm continentally separated from my family. Great service. I called first and they were able to answer all my questions. I went in and checked to make sure the Rose's were exactly like I wanted them to be. And they were even better. I ordered in advance just 1 rose and they were amazing the wrapped it up for an extra few buck and it came out soo much better than I expected. This will be my go to place from now on!!!!🥰🥰🥰

I needed some specific yellow roses for the senior night celebration at Bonanza High School...I contacted Rose Shack who gave me an excellent price with an omission of delivery cost. The roses came an hour early...promised at 1:30 and came at 12:30. The roses are impeccable. They look and smell fresh. They are beautifully wrapped and garnished. And as requested they came with the correct color bows tied. All for the quoted price with no hidden mark-ups. Thank you, Rose Shack...you have gained a new long-term customer.

I've used this shop 4 years in a row and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver flowers. I always use them on major flower holidays, so they're probably exhausted from driving and such but every single time there's been an issue with a delivery, they call to get in touch with me and make sure everything is done right. i will continue to use them because of this.

Absolutely impressed how beautiful they handcrafted my arrangement and how quickly they got it delivered to the recipient in just a few hours. They called me right after I placed an order online to update me on the availability of their supply and also to see what I wanted. I trusted these florists to make a lovely display and they exceeded my expectations. I spent an hour just trying to find someone to do a same day delivery and an affordable arrangement. I ordered 2 dozen roses late in the day on a Monday. Not only did they get the delivery done same day, they were honestly some of the most beautiful roses I've ever bought. Fresh from Columbia that day, $160 something and worth every penny! Wife couldn't even remember why we were arguing..just gave me a big kiss!

I don't know much about flowers, but I do know a lot about business and customer service! && Let me tell you this is the best service I have had in a VERY long time! I spoke to this lovely young woman who assisted me for a flower delivery even when they were not supposed to! She went out of her way to make sure that my presents made it to their owner! I can't describe how satisfied I am with this place! I LOVE ROSE SHACK!! AAAAAAAA++++++ SERVICE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE! My partner and I entertain a good bit and like most people I don't always have the time or the know how for flowers. I had a dinner party last night and I called The Rose Shack for an tropical arrangement and I was thrilled with what arrived. An absolutely gorgeous arrangement of Bird of Paradise and orchids. It had the height I was looking for and the variety of flowers and greenery. I live in a loft and I wanted something very modern. It was absolutely beautiful and my guests were all impressed with it and asked where I'd gotten it. That was the first time I have gotten compliments on flowers in my home before. Im really impressed with the service and I called back to get the name of the guy who arranged them because I will definitely ask for him again.

First time using Rose Shack and I was impressed. I am in KS so I hadn't the opportunity to hand pick my selection. I have always been weary with the verbiage 'arrangement may differ than picture' as I have not been satisfied with what gets sent out at times once it had arrived. Rose Shack sent me emails sharing the process including a picture of the ACTUAL finished product before it was delivered, when it was ready for delivery and when it was delivered. This was above and beyond my expectations. The only thing that would have made it better is to see the balloon that I added to the order to see what was going out as well. Thank you for helping me make my aunt's birthday this much more special.

I went in right as the shop was closing one day to ask for 2 dozen roses. The manager was very helpful and kept the shop open late to make sure my roses were prepared-despite the fact that I was doing everything last minute. I loved what I got and the price I got it for. 97 dollars for 12 roses in a box deliverd 4 miles away the vase was 40 bucks more that's 5.83 per rose an 2.50 per mile seems a lil high don't you think but the young lady on the was helpful even with her inexperience somewhat satisfied only cause my girl loved them an that's what matters the most
