I was very pleased with the timely response and the ease of ordering and paying for my flowers. My bouquet was exactly like I described I wanted and the colors were just perfect. They were delivered on time she even waited for me because she arrived a little bit early to hand them directly to me on my wedding day. Arrangements was the last thing on my mind once I lost my husband. Walking into the store was hard enough but she was respectful, patient, kind and helpful after me not knowing what to do. I just told her my husband's flowers and colors and she took it from there. Couple weeks later she texted me the time of delivery and pulled through. Flowers were so beautiful and perfect 🌹. Couple days later after the service she messaged to make sure I was okay and if everything is what I expected. Now that is excellent customer service!! 100 out of 10 in my book. Flowers can be tricky, especially when you don’t live in the area you are sending them to. I was so pleasantly surprised when my sister (who has lived in Vegas 6+ years) had texted me and told me she thought these were the prettiest flowers she has gotten! (And she gets a lot ha.) She sent me a picture and they were gorgeous! I choice the designers choice and wasn’t disappointed.

Excellent customer service! Purple Violet florist stayed in touch with us daily because we had to delay the delivery of our order since it was going to a family member who came out of surgery but had to first stay in ICU for a few days where flowers are not allowed to be sent. Then it was delayed another couple of days as the patient had to be transferred to rehab. During this whole time—a full week—the florist was very patient and pleasantly stayed in touch by text to check on the status. After the flowers were finally able to be delivered, they sent us pictures of the arrangement, which was beautiful and looked just like the picture on the website! We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them!
