This was the best costumer service experience I have ever had. This company went above and beyond what they were required to do. In fact, I was the problem (yes, the customer is not always right). And everyone was kinder and more compassionate than I deserved. I really appreciated the care and thought that went into making sure the recipient and myself felt heard cared about. It was very clear we were not just another “number” or “sale.” The company not only does incredible, art installations, but they are about nurturing relationships and making sure their clients feel well cared for. What started out feeling like I would not want to buy from them again ended in me only wanting to work with them moving forward. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful as always! These flowers are a showstopper and my pictures never do them justice. They come as they have them pictured on the website. I ordered same day and they arrived right on time! This is a very reliable florist with EXTREMELY unique arrangements that make sending flowers a memorable gesture. Their website ordering communicates via email through all the steps of the ordering process. You receive an email when you order, when your order is processing, and when your flowers are delivered. This is very handy for me because I don’t like to worry about whether or not my order will be on time (especially when flowers are sitting in the Vegas heat). If I had to have a complaint, the only thing I can think of is about the branding. I do wish the branding was a bit smaller or not a monogram. As a monogram (with monograms being trendy now) it looks a bit like you may have gotten the recipients name wrong. This is me nitpicking though and it certainly will not stop me from being a lifelong customer. This company is very deserving of my 5 stars!

Ordered this 50 Rose count arrangement for my sisters birthday. They were delivered early to her office the next day. She received so many compliments for them. The message on the card is written in a pretty font as well.

After having to cancel both of my wedding plans as covid levels progressed, my fiancé & I came to Vegas to elope at the very last minute. So last minute that the night before I was up late trying to find a florist that was able to deliver an all white wedding bouquet + boutonniere to my hotel suite by the morning. JLF answered my prayers!!! And even though this was last minute they were able to fill every request (all white flowers, delivery by the next morning, etc). The flowers arrived to me in a beautiful vase for the bouquet & case for the boutonniere- gorgeous & fresh! Amazing amazing amazing! Get your flowers here!

I ordered to deliver from Japan for 2 my friends. One of them is a performer of EXTRAVAGANZA at Bally's, another one UNCENSORED THE SHOW at Senor Frog's in Treasure Island. They said that it was so gorgeous. I will order again !

If you are looking for the least expensive floral arrangement, this is not the business you’re looking for. If you are looking to send an arrangement that stands out and makes a lasting and substantial impression, then JLF is the business you want. I have used JLF several times and the arrangements have always been stunning and met by “ooh and ahh” reactions. I know this review probably reads like bad ad copy, but I’m ad libbing this review based on my personal experience. I like different florists for different occasions, but JLF is something I reserve for special occasions. One time there was a problem with one of my orders. Without getting into specifics, I’ll tell you that JLF over-performed when it came to curing the issue. When you charge what they do, I guess they feel the need to perform, and they do not disappoint! In any business it is nearly impossible to have 50+ reviews and have a 5.0 rating. I am obviously not alone in my experience.

Prices may seem high, but the arrangements are of high quality and with many, many flowers. Also, very fast delivery. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday around 11 AM, and they were here by 4 PM. And they're gorgeous.

This is the second time we’ve gotten flowers from JFL. Both times the flowers lasted a week. Right now it’s been 3 weeks the greens are still green and the roses have dried up they still haven’t lost a pedal. The hat box is really nice. You get what you pay for. I definitely recommend them. It’s now October 19th got the flowers on June 4 and we now have a nice dried flower arrangement, and still not rose has loss a pedal and still in the same heart shape as the day they were delivered. Way to go JLF.

JLF all I can say is Wow! I've ordered a few times now and the arrangements never disappoint. But this last time the customer service was just stellar. I made a huge mistake with a recipient's address and they went above and beyond to rectify it without hesitation. Just for that, all my flowers will be with JLF <3

Did a amazing job, I didn’t have a bouquet for my ceremony in Vegas I called JLS the day before. The person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. She told me don’t worry I got you. Not only did I have a beautiful bouquet with my favorite color roses(yellow and white) and boutonnière for the groom.They also delivered to the hotel on time with no problems. I am so pleased with the service provided. Not to mention , I’m in a different state and my roses are still alive. It’s been 1 week.🤗
