I needed an arrangement for a once in a lifetime event. Long distance. I ordered via phone, sent an email of what I 'kinda' wanted. Flowers by Michelle took the time to have a designer call me back twice to assure it was perfect. The arrangement was glorious and better than I hoped (and worried over)! It added the stand with globes and they fit exactly as I wanted. Of Note: it was sturdy and the flowers stayed in place after I knocked it over once!! Thank you 'Flowers by Michelle' for the calls, care, delivery, and freshest most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! The Rehearsal Luncheon was that more memorable because of your attention to detail and service

Flowers by Michelle in North Las Vegas, FAR surpassed my expectations on this spectacular flower arrangement I sent to my BEST friend for her birthday today!!! I had ordered the ‘Postcard of Tuscany’ and added a teddy bear, which came with the sweetest poem attached. All in all, PERFECT for my dear friend of more than 50 years! Looks exactly like the photo which I selected, down to the tiny berries. Worth every penny!! I highly recommend Flowers by Michelle in Las Vegas.Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

They had the flowers I wanted in stock along with the same vase that was pictured on their website. I placed my order on line and they delivered the flowers the same day. My friend was so surprised!! She LOVED her flower arrangement!! She sent me a picture of her arrangement and it looked BETTER than it did on their website!! I too am a small business owner so I understand the value of a review. Ordered flowers for my sister's 93 birthday from Flowers by Michelle. What I ordered was Mango Sunrise The flowers she received were not as full or colorful as the ones on the website that I ordered. I had asked specifically if they had the flowers in stock when I ordered. They assured me that even though what they had was not exactly as pictured they could and would provide something as nice. That was not what happened. The flowers my sister received were not nearly as full as the ones on the website and although there were some pretty roses the rest of the arrangement lacked any flowers or color. Very disappointed. Follow-up review: I want to provide a follow up to my review of Flowers by Michelle. On Wednesday, two days after my original review, my sister sent me a message she had received a second bouquet of flowers, delivered by Flowers by Michell. She sent me a picture and they are lovely; full of color and much fuller than the first ones she received. THANK YOU, Flowers by Michelle, for listening to my concern and quickly taking action to make it right. I will certainly use you again when I need floral gifts in Las Vegas.

I went in here right before they closed a result of last minute thinking to get my daughter a corsage for homecoming. They had a few options that I could purchase which I was thankful for but it would not have a match to dress. Without me asking the young lady behind the counter offered to have them make me one that would match perfectly to my daughter’s dress! I was beyond ecstatic and very thankful for them going out of their way to make me happy with my purchase 5 mins before they closed! The service was amazing and they truly went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for custom bouquets or cute little gifts. Their store has quite variety of gifts, decorations, chocolates, and of course flowers/plants.

I live in Upstate NY and was asked to shop for flowers for my Aunt's memorial service in Las Vegas. Since I'm opposed to sending flowers, I agreed only if I could select a plant instead...given the okay! I went online, visited a couple of other Las Vegas flower shops, none of which offered plants, before I came to Flowers By Michelle. Not only do they offer plants, but a large selection, at that. I quickly found one that I really liked...but dreaded seeing the, "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" notice...that did not happen. The ordering process was simple, even writing a short message, free of charge....Awesome! I actually had to call back after ordering to make a change to the message...the young woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very patient, as I explained the change I needed to make (oh, it was my mistake, not theirs). I asked her to send my an email with the change and within a few minutes, there it was...perfect. My sister actually went to the store location to pick up the plant and said the shop is really cute...no surprise there as the total experience was wonderful. Thank you to all at Flowers By Michelle for the wonderful experience!

One detail in particular that was important to me was that I had peonies in my bridal bouquet. From walking me through the perfect floral arrangement to making sure communication was clear every step of the way, she went above and beyond with her customer service. They haven't been able to conceive human babies, so this little girl was so special to us. Michelle's was so understanding and compassionate with our wishes. I sent pictures via email and worked with a florist to bring the pictures to life. I'm still blown away by my bouquet and loved the rest of the bouquets and boutonieers. I ordered the flower birthday “cake” and some chocolates online to be delivered for my friends birthday a few days later. I was contacted the next day letting me know she doesn’t design as the image shows, she uses different/better flowers, and I was asked if my friend has a favorite color she could use to design with. (If I could figure out how to add an image of her design I would) The morning it was set to go out she texted me a photo of the final design and it was gorgeous. The first time I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday I was living in Alaska. The 1800FLowers folks screwed the order up so bad I about gave up on ordering flowers. This time, however, I'm even further away in Australia. Rather than risk some 800 people that use who-knows-who to do their flowers (cheapest bidder maybe?), I decided to call directly a 'little local flower shop' called Flowers by Michelle. I gotta tell ya... they were GREAT! Paula was wonderful. She was quick, friendly, and a delight to work with. That company actually refused to deliver ON THE DAY of the funeral because I didn't know of anyone who was going to be in attendance. WTH?!? Here comes Flowers By Michelle. Simply AMAZING. If you want an arrangement without stress, just order from FBM and they will take it from there. Very competitive prices if not lower. I ordered a daisy bouquet for my sister on their website and as their disclaimer says flowers may be substituted, Michelle went the extra mile and called me to let me know she was out of certain white daisies and would replace with different white daisies. I live in Florida and my sister just moved to Vegas so I wouldn't have known had she substituted the flowers, I appreciate it so much because other florists wouldn't have done that. Disclaimer: This review is about customer service not the actual product, since I don't think I'll ever see it. I ordered a Get Well arrangement on July 14th to be delivered the next day to UMC, it was confirmed by the florist that the patient wasn't in a room yet so they could hold it. Then I called them to confirm the patient would be move to a room early on Friday July 16th around 8am, I then receive a call back from them around 5:30pm saying they couldn't delivered because they 'just missed the patient' as she was discharged from the Hospital. I was asked for a home address and provided one but wasn't sure so after 6pm I confirmed the actual address and of course is after business hours so I left a voicemail with my information and the actual correct address. Come to a conclusion I get the delivery confirmation email today (Sat July 17th), I called to know which address and it wasn't the correct one so now those flowers are either on the ground somewhere in a empty lot or somebody else who's probably not sick got them. Obviously things happened, but my actual friend never got anything and I blame the delay to deliver and the gaps to follow up from the florist. I should've just canceled the whole thing if I knew it was going to be this faulty.

We didn't know that Flowers By Michelle (FBM) delivers, even though we had purchased arrangements from them before. We discovered that they deliver after trying FDA Florist and Teleflorist, two companies we usually order through when sending outside of our area. Both of them were booked and couldn't deliver before Mother's Day. Then we did a search and found out that FBM delivers and are we glad we went through them. The beautiful arrangement was received by our recipient when we requested it to be, which was two days before Mother's Day. Mixed bag for me. I live out of state now, and wanted very much to have a dozen SALMON colored roses delivered ANONOMOUSLY. The day before I was sent three pics to choose from, which were basically light orange, light pink, and dark pink. I reluctantly chose the closest, but "not salmon" dark pink. Also, when the recipient asked the delivery person who sent them, the driver went out to the car and got my name and told the person asking. But it was a beautiful arrangement, and she was very pleased. And they are very nice folks.

I live in Texas and I needed to find a florist who could create the perfect arrangement for my sister who lives in Las Vegas and was having surgery. I called and spoke with one of the associates at the flower shop and told her I wanted a bright colorful Dahlia arrangement in a rustic tin container. Two days after the Dahlias were delivered to my sister, they began to die. I called the flower shop immediately to get a refund. Michelle picked up and told me she noticed the flowers had been put in the floral foam which does not give dahlias a long life. Michelle said she realized that immediately and was worried that the flowers would't last (she didn't do the arrangement, another employee did). Michelle told me she guarantees her flowers 100% and that she wanted to personally redo the flower arrangement for me. She asked me what my vision was for the arrangement. I told her I wanted a rustic, boho chic bright Dahlia arrangement. Michelle definitely captured my vision and then some. I normally don't write reviews, but for this I had to! I love how friendly everyone is, as buying flowers for another person is a very emotional way to express, love, gratitude, sympathy...etc... however yesterday I was disappointed in the attention for detail and to follow the instruction. It's our senior night, at Shadow Ridge hs, where our girls get a rose and so do their mothers. Our order wasn't put together correct. We were in a rush or I would have rejected the whole thing. My only suggestion during this busy time of year for your business is please make sure your florist remember that these flowers are being given from the heart, so read the request... white roses and navy were all we asked for, first we got red with purple.... then in a quick fix we got blooming white roses with the same purple.
