Flower Petal Boutique has the best customer service! I live on the East coast and needed an arraignment sent to a family member in Las Vegas. I placed the order in the early afternoon and it was delivered a few hours later. I got emailed this picture before it was sent out! I’m overall satisfied with their service and if you are looking for a wonderful experience definitely go through Flower Petal Boutique :)

Such a beautiful bouquet for a friend who recently lost their dog and puppies. Delivered a day earlier than expected as well. The bouquet continued to thrive days later and didn't die off quick like many others, too. I will definitely be using Flower Petal Boutique for future flower needs!

My favorite shop for flowers! They have the best arrangements and always outdo themselves. I have ordered 2x from them and both times I received a picture of the arrangements that were ordered/delivered. Both of my best friends were beyond happy with their flower arrangements. Flower Petal Boutique has the best customer service! Both pictures I have uploaded to this review was what I received via email from the shop. They have the best prices in Las Vegas. The flowers they originally sent were damaged and sad. I ordered my mom flowers for Mother’s Day so it was supposed to be special! They did not disappoint me. I called and the lady sent a new arrangement a few hours later. Will continue business Thank you sincerely ♥️

Absolutely one of the most Pleasant experiences I have had an any business in the last decade. From the Staffing so happy friendly to see me and greet me and do anything they can to work within that budget that I had. The owner was very gracious even of my small purchase of $30 and was very insightful of all the questions I had and Curiosities about the innards of the business kudos to them they should get a shining 6 Stars. Also there Christmas Arrangements are absolutely stunning and very good priced for the amount of work required

I placed an order out-of-state to deliver to my mom for Christmas. The website was easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised when they sent me a photo of the arrangement the morning of delivery! I called to order a flower arrangement on their website, unfortunately they didn't have that specific flower:( Courtney offered to make the flower arrangement, she asked several questions and said she’d have it done ASAP for my sisters 52nd birthday. My sister called soon after receiving the flowers to thank me, she was emotional. She said she’s never received such gorgeous flowers. She sent me a picture of the flower arrangement, I was shocked, it was stunning, almost as big as the dinner table. FPB provided the bridal bouquet, a corsage and the boutonnière for the groom. My wedding was at the Valley of Fire and I, of course, was set on flowers that aren’t great in the heat. FPB did an amazing job! My bouquet was gorgeous and because they provided a vase with water we were able to keep them in cold water as long as possible. The result was a bouquet that lasted long after the wedding was over. My flowers still looked beautiful the next day! We will be visiting FPB for our future floral needs. Thank you!

Flower Petal Boutique saved me and my wedding this past November at Sunset Gardens. I was originally paired with another florist but, after inquiring with Kenneth and Terry at FPB, I was sold. FPB beat my original quote by far and where able to throw in a ton of extras. I hope Sunset considers using them moving forward. Terry is the BEST creative designer! We had 2 consultations first to show pics and describe the look I wanted and then she made me a sample bouquet to take home for my wedding. This team is thorough and genuinely cared about making sure I they exceeded my expectations, which they did! My husband and I have made FPB our home and ONLY florist here in Las Vegas. I highly recommend FPB to anyone.
