How refreshing it is to actually have the flowers you see advertised, be what the recipient actually receives! I needed flowers for my mothers 80th birthday. A very special occasion, right? I live out of state and didn't know who to use in the Las Vegas area. Desert Rose Florist came up after a search and it had excellent reviews. I placed the order and crossed my fingers. My mother face-timed me and was blown away at the beauty of the flowers. The vibrant colors, the freshness of the bouquet, my mother said they were fragrant and the attention to detail, even the vase, was stellar! Sending flowers is a personal experience and an extension of you, the sender. You put your trust in someone, hoping they are aware of how meaningful sending flowers is. Desert Rose Florist hit the mark on all of these important requirements. I will absolutely use them again!

A phone call was made, some details were shared and the results were above expectations. Way above. Even in a time where flower shortages are not uncommon, Desert Rose had a great inventory on hand for something different. Lexi is a Rock Star, in making custom arrangements. (Girl, she LOVED them, you are THE straight up gangster in the flower world !!) The recipient even pointed out the smallest in details that most simply glance over. You take seldom seen pride in your work and it shows. Desert Rose has a new customer for life ! Absolutely recommended, at the top of my list !!

I live out of town and wanted to send flowers for my family for Thanksgiving since I wasn't able to make it. I looked at a few florist in the Las Vegas area and noticed they had a text option. I took a chance and texted the number with my questions. They were very responsive with all my questions. Flowers were beautiful and I was notified about the delivery. I live overseas and some of the reports of various florists said that it was hard to get decent floral arrangements there. So, I searched and searched and found Desert Rose. This is the second bouquet I've ordered from them and both were stunning, delivery punctual (despite these times) and very easy. You owe it to yourself to order from this wonderful florist.

Ordered and prepaid for a “deluxe” arrangement of tulips (20 flowers in a nice container for $113). When I picked it up it was obviously the “standard” arrangement with 10 flowers. It also looked nothing like the picture, but it was nice and I understand there’s variance in presentation based on available product. When I pointed it out to staff, they told me it was different because they “do their own little twist” on arrangements. I pointed out that their “own little twist” essentially consisted of giving half the flowers ordered. I got him to look it up on their website. He tried one last time sell the “little twist,” but eventually relented and took the arrangement to the back to make it right. It turns out that the reason they skimped is because they were low on the color flower requested. Instead of contacting me for an alternative or — at least — acknowledging it was less than I ordered and offering to refund the difference, they’d have just let me go on my way while knowing they overcharged me by $30 or so. It’s a fine place for a quick gift, but there are SO many other florists in the area it seems silly to return here. You can find better. Skip it.

I had Desert Rose do the flowers for my small, intimate wedding, which consisted of a couple bouquets and a boutonnière. There had been a miscommunication about whether or not they were doing my flowers at all (I live in Australia so coordinating my wedding from overseas presented some challenges). When I called Talia to confirm the delivery time the day before my wedding, we discovered the miscommunication and she expressed she didn't think we had decided to use them for our flowers. Regardless of the extremely late notice and timeline, Talia was an absolute legend. Not only did she say, "No problem, we'll get something beautiful put together for you," but she delivered gorgeous bouquets and a boutonnière with less than 24 hours notice, even including some very specific Australian flowers I'd originally requested. I can't express enough how grateful I am that she handled this with such grace and professionalism, as well as put together simple gorgeous arrangements for our special day. People that own this place are probably smoking crack. Just went in there and asked for an arrangement of roses and lilies around 60 bucks. 30 minutes later I was presented with a tiny vase with 4 roses and 4 lilies all about 7-8" tall. When I voiced my dismay, I was told that roses were $5 each and lilies $8 each!!! Oh, and if I wanted long-stem roses, they were $55 for half-dozen! I could understand prices like that on Valentine's, but on a regular Tuesday you have to be insane to pay their ridiculous prices. Wholesale price on roses is $0.25 each for Pete's sake! Definitely won't be going back there.
