Here’s a good story of great customer service. I called Blooming Memory to deliver some flowers to my grandmother who was in the hospital across the street. She was discharged early, before the flowers could be delivered to her room, so the florist called me to arrange to have them delivered to her home instead. My grandmother was delighted: “The flowers smell so good! I can’t remember the last time I received such a nice arrangement of flowers.” She sent me pictures, so you can see for yourself, they’re quite lovely.

We had a great experience with Blooming Memory! Stopped by to have a bouquet of flowers arranged for the bride her wedding day (walk-in) and the folks at blooming memory were so welcoming and immediately able to arrange a beautiful bouquet that fit our requests. We’re so happy we went here!

I have used this florist multiple times. Their arrangements are outstanding. Never once disappointed. Also, the flowers seem to last longer than other florists I've used in the past. I truly love the customer service offered at Blooming Memory. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to my mother but wanted to see them before they got sent. I spoke to Andy from the store and he offered to send me a picture of the flowers before delivering them. You can truly feel there passion in what they do. My mother was super happy when they got delivered as she also said the lady that delivered the flowers was really nice and made her feel extra special. Thank you Blooming Memory for making my mother's birthday a special one.

I ordered some flowers online and was truly impressed that when they got to my folk's house they looked exactly like the picture online. I don't think I've ever had that happen with other florists! You could tell they put a lot of effort into making it look just right. They were beautiful and I'd definitely recommend them.

I would like to thank the team at this business for making sure my order was received on time. It was for a funeral service and they made sure my order was there before the service started which was very early. I called The shop and the gentleman checked for the flowers to be available for the delivery and said they will be delivered before the service which they were. Blooming memory, I appreciate your professionalism and effort to accommodate to deliver for the time I needed it meant so much to me and the arrangement were absolutely beautiful I’m very appreciative and happy with the services thank you!

I ordered flowers for my daughter and because she wasn’t home she got a call saying he was trying to make a delivery. She told him she was about 10 minutes away and to go ahead and leave them. When she got home he was waiting for her so he could be sure she got them! Super thoughtful thing to do, thank you Dave! The flowers are beautiful and exactly like they were pictured. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

My granddaughter/Va, ordered me flowers for Christmas. She forgot to tell them I was allergic to lilies....yes, the driver arrived and the majority of the bouquet were lilies. I sadly couldn’t accept them. After explaining of my allergies and if I accepted the flowers I would have to THROW THEM AWAY, we asked if he could contact his employer and see if the lilies could be replaced (at OUR expense and it was fine if it took several days). The owners said, yes and the NEW GORGEOUS bouquet, (sans lilies) were delivered less than 24 hrs later....NO additional cost! The bouquet was beautiful and lasted 2+ weeks!!! Thank you sooo much, Blooming Memory. I will sing your praises to the ENTIRE family who live outside of Las Vegas that want to send me 🌺🙏

i first would like to say a special thanks to Andy!! I had an issue with TeleFlora with relaying information about my order. We are living in very different times. I am use to traveling from New Mexico to las vegas to celebrate my mother's birthday. Now this is the second year i have not been able to do so with all the COVID going on. I am truly grateful that Andy agreed to provide me his shop information to TeleFlora so then i would be able to contact him directly regarding my order. It gives me great joy that there is some business still know the value of good customer services and that all is not lost. He has made my mom's 2021 bday a little more special today. Blooming memory is the place to go when you need flowers. On valentines day at the last minute they had me out the door in 5 minutes with an awesome arrangement and boxes of rose pedals they even threw in Some candles. Archie is the guy that helped me he had excellent costumer service and gave me a great deal. Found my new flower spot. You guys got a costumer for life!

The delivery was fast & the flowers it self were beautiful but, it looked like someone just threw it together which was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the one I picked out. I even Upgraded to a deluxe for a little more “fluff” & I honestly wish I didn’t spend those extra $10. Beautiful flowers & no complain with the delivery it just wasn’t the arrangement I picked out & looked like it was thrown together less than a minute.

Dropped there out of the blue in our limo on our way to our wedding. They were so helpfull and whipped up the most beautifull bouquet for my wife. Exactly what she wanted. And a very nice matching flower for my vest. We couldn t be happier with the last minute service they provided. One of the employees even ran across the street to another shop to get pins for a quickfix on my wife s wedding dress and made a quick and seemless repair. They truly made our special day better and all of that for the most decent price!! A big thank you once again to the amazing staff.

During quarantine most florist were out of stock. They had fewer reviews than most. I took a gamble. I live in Washington and found out my mother and aunt were going to be at my grandmother's. My Aunt lost her son a year ago and was crying about no longer being a mother. I bought 3 bouquets. 1 for my grandmother, 1 for my mother, and 1 for my aunt. They called crying with sentimentality and gratitude. Felt great to touch 3 heart from so far away.

My daughter that lives in California picked out flowers with vase and teddy bear for my birthday. They were delivered and left outside my front door. I received a phone call that they were delivered but when I asked who they were from they couldn't tell me. So I hurried home to read the card. The flowers were dry and a bit crunchy but I've watered them everyday and they bounced back. They're even still alive 8 days after getting them. They're beautiful flowers and mine seem to be lasting quite a while.
