I placed the order online before business hours. I was HOPING for same day delivery, but soonest online option was next day. I received a call asking if I wanted it delivered same day I said YES PLEASE! The gal was SO nice and attentive to every detail of my order. I highly recommend this florist. It was recommended to me by my aunt who lived in Cheyenne for many years. So glad I used them! The arrangement and balloons are beautiful.

I had an amazing experience with the Prairie Rose. The staff member I spoke with was very professional and kind. I ordered flowers for my Grandma's funeral and they turned out beautiful. It is a breath of fresh air to find a business that actually cares about their product and customer service.

Absolutely amazing, as always! Time and time again The Prairie Rose exceeds my expectations and never fails to wow! I get all my flower arrangements there, and will continue to do so as long as they're open. Whether it be for my daughter's birthday flowers, or to just brighten up the house, they never fail to do an amazing job! And the ladies there are always such a pleasure to deal with and talk to. I called from Colorado to get a Birthday arrangement and have it delivered the same day for a loved one in Cheyenne. I asked them to do an arrangement for an amount of money and what colors to use and what to put on the card. They did an amazing job. It was such a beautiful flower arrangement and the flowers looked so bright and fresh. I recommend them for any occasion.

Updated: The photos online make them look much bigger than they are. Flowers were delivered on agreed time. The customer service was great, they offered to replace the flowers with something more to my expectations.

Called from Louisiana for Mother's Day order. I asked if they could possibly send me a picture of bouquet before delivery in Cheyenne, to my elderly mother AND THEY WERE SO KIND, THEY FOUND TIME TO DO IT!!!! When sending flowers to relatives in Cheyenne I've ALWAYS USED THEM, AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! THEY ALWAYS DO A NICE JOB!!!

My experience with the Prairie Rose is based on more than one interaction but the most impactful was during the purchasing of flowers for my wedding. They helped me select the perfect l flowers with the right colors, figure out the timing for ordering them, and did everything they could to meet my financial limits. Trust me, I called everywhere, they had the best prices by far!! But aside from all the practical aspects they were just incredibly friendly as a whole. I actually loved having an excuse to go in and talk to them about the wedding and everything that was happening. So much so I made sure to bring pictures of the event afterward and thank them again.

Today is day 6 after the funeral and the flowers still look as fresh as the day it was delivered unlike several other bouquets that were delivered that same day. Staff here is excellent. They will walk you through ordering flowers for any occasion. The customer service is incredible! If your looking for fresh flowers? To be delivered then I highly recommend them. If you are looking to just get flowers then go to King Soopers...This is a FRESH flower shop! The flowers will not disappoint you or the person receiving them. Superb by far in Cheyenne!

When looking for a floral shop in the Cheyenne area, look no further than the Prairie Rose. They always amaze me with their stunning arrangements and spectacular customer service. They are an actual in house florist (not a outsourcing type place). They have years of experience and it shows through their work. I order flowers on a weekly basis through them. If I need flowers in another state, they gladly assist me to getting the same quality. This shop did my wedding flowers as well and they were nothing short of amazing. My BFF was hosting Connect to Women Conference & I wanted to send an arrangement that had some of her favorite colors & to let her I was supporting her far away in Florida where I live. Her husband immediately suggested Prarie Rose & told me for certain they were the best florist in town. I phoned during business hours the very next afternoon. When I called I was happily surprised to have an incredible conversation with Jennifer one of the floral designers. I explained how important this was was short on time to get it delivered to the venue. Simply put I told her “ it has to have something purple , white roses, some type of Lilly, some sparkle, a little bit disco & a tiny bit over the top, to reflect how STELLAR my bff’s passion for helping others truly is. “ Jennifer brainstormed with me with what she had just received from their weekly delivery & she connected with my energy & desire to really create a show stopper. By the end of our conversation I knew 100% KNEW she’d do exactly as I asked from 2,000 miles away. She emailed me photos of the FANTASTIC arrangement & made sure to communicate with the front desk staff of the venue to be on the lookout for its delivery & to get it to my bff. I was so pleased I called back to compliment Jennifer’s outstanding customer service to one of the owners, Rachel & had a similar experience with her as well. In a world where customer service is harder & harder to find & then to be part of such a great energy & palpable sense of passion for sharing beauty in the world I wanted to leave a great review of this outstanding florist & the team at Prarie Rose, bottom line there really isn’t another florist in Cheyenne that could possibly compare! I hope I can post the delivered arrangement & how it continues to bloom over a week after the event. I was on the phone I can’t imagine what we’d put together in person!
