The arrangement I ordered is absolutely beautiful. For the past few years around Mother’s Day, I’ve been sending flowers to my mom from a different vendor while she is at work. This year I really just did not like any of the arrangements the other vendor had, so I looked for another florist in this area. I found Art’s Flower Shop and thought their selection was wonderful. I chose this arrangement because 1) it is beautiful and 2) blue is my mom’s favorite color. When I have sent flowers before, my mom has always had to go back to work to pick them up because she leaves work around 2 pm. This year though, the man who delivered the flowers actually came to the house because my mom was not at work. To me, this was very, very impressive because he did not have to do that. He went above and beyond. I loved the arrangement, and my mom really loved it. She said, “They are absolutely the most beautiful arrangement I think I've ever seen!” I would highly recommend Art’s Flower Shop based on this experience.

I ordered flowers two days before I needed them delivered. The website was easy to use and the process of buying them was simple. My mother got the flowers around the time I requested, which I was really please about. The flowers did a look a tad different from the picture. However, true to their word, the added detail rather than removing it. While a little different than the picture, it was a beautiful arrangement. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone!

Amazing professionalism and customer service! After attempting to place an order with two other florists in the area (one who answered “hello” at the supposed business number, and two, whose number was busy for almost an hour!) I called another shown on the map close by! So glad I did!!! I don’t live in the area but I would feel pretty comfortable saying this is where you should do any of your floral needs business!! Having seen several of Art's beautiful flower arrangements in the past, we turned to Art's to design a fresh flower spray for our dear mother's funeral. We picked out some flowers that were our mother's favorites and Art made some suggestions too. We knew that his creation would be lovely. When we saw the final product, we were absolutely amazed! The folks at Art's really came through for me! I have a dear friend who has been through so much this year and we were trying to plan a wedding for her in only a couple of weeks. I was aware that getting flowers for the bouquets was a long shot but I wanted to try. The first business I visited was horrible to me, focusing on how inconvenienced they would be by my requests. I was horrified by the attitude of the owner and not feeling particularly positive when I walked into Art's shop. That all changed quickly when he did not hesitate to say, "We can absolutely make that happen" and proceeded to call suppliers and get everything arranged on the spot. The flowers were beautiful and the bride had a wonderful day. Art's was a huge part of that. If you want someone that will do whatever they can to make it happen for you, go talk to Art. He was the sweetest man and I will always be thankful to him and his staff for helping pull together a special day for a wonderful friend.

Art's saved my Mother's Day - This year was a very important Mother's Day for me to get flowers for the love of my life's mother. He passed away this past June and this was her first Mothers Day without him and I wasn't going to be able to be with her as she in the Cross Lanes area and I am in Morgantown. It was crucial to me to get them to her on Mothers Day. After hearing horror stories about the 1800flower companies I started calling florists in her area with no luck. No one was open on Sunday and no one would do it. One guy actually said "good luck" to me. As soon as I called Art's, Mike answered and when I asked immediately said what time. I asked if he had heard me right that I wanted them on Sunday and he said that was no problem and was shocked I had been told no. Lisa was so helpful in helping me place my order and the flowers were delivered right on time and were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Amazing I wish I lived in the area so I could give them my business more often!

I have trusted Art to deliver beautiful arrangements to family and friends in Dunbar and St. Albans for many years. Rather than just picking a photo from his online catalog, if you want his very best work, just give him your budget and occasion and he'll create something wonderful and unique. Each Christmas, Art's delivers a beautiful centerpiece to my mom so the flowers can be there when I can't. She always raves, so I'm glad to have made his floral designs part of a family holiday tradition. As a florist myself, I highly recommend Art's Flower Shop.
