I can't say enough good things about our experience working with West Lane Flowers for our wedding! They are one of the first vendors we picked out. We loved the retail option they offered--it really helped make things affordable while still giving us stunning wedding flowers. Kelsey was helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. We gave her our color palette and she worked her magic with the rest! Our flowers were dropped off right on time and even more beautiful than we imagined. Highly recommend!!

West Lane was one of the first vendors I found for my wedding. I have always loved flowers and knew finding the right team for our day was going to be extremely important. I knew I wanted to support a local farmer and I immediately fell in love with West Lane's style and their upfront pricing and flexibility. I reached out to Kelsey months before I could even book with her and waited patiently until it was time because I knew West Lane was the only florist I wanted for our day. Kelsey is not only kind, patient, and creative, but she is extremely talented and dedicated to her craft. When I tell you I was OBSESSED with my bouquet... I truly didn't want to put it down. She absolutely nailed the whimsical bouquet I was hoping for as well as flower crowns, dried flower bouts, and cuffs for our moms. Everything was so stunning and Kelsey was so easy to work with. I will jump at any opportunity I can to purchase flowers from West Lane (we just got a wreath despite living out of state!). Kelsey was so easy to put my trust into and she absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. Thank you so much for helping to make some of my favorite details from our wedding day so beautiful.

My spouse and I eloped back in October, but as a plant-lover having flowers was still very important to me. I ordered a bridal bouquet and boutonniere using the retail wedding option, which was perfect for us. I was looking for an autumnal/natural vibe and it was absolutely perfect. I actually dried it and still have it displayed in my home! They were so accommodating and communication was great, our wedding date was during a weekday when they aren't typically open, but they still worked with us . Would absolutely recommend! Kelsey was so responsive and supportive throughout the entire process and rolled with all my various ideas and complicated day-of logistics, the flowers were above and beyond perfect, and the prices through the retail option absolutely cannot be beat! If you're considering flowers from a beautiful, local, small VT farm, you've found the right place, don't look back :)

This review is long overdue. I needed to sit down and resonate on just how intracule this woman was to making my wedding day what it was. I planned from California and I knew that wedding flowers would be the most difficult to make perfect, for me. It has always been easier for me to name the flowers I don't like. Kelsey was patient and kind and took every one of my very specific wants seriously. I am so particular and she took it upon herself to truly understand me. When I saw my bouquet I cried because it was everything I dreamed of, and more! It was a cascading beauty with currants! I wanted a simple classic wedding with few traditional wedding elements, I wanted the flowers to be it. And they were. Simple elegant perfection. I did not want to get married under an arbor. I wanted the Vermont greens to be the backdrop with simple urn accents. Just look at those urns.... Kelsey nailed it. And the flower girl crowns, over the top. I will forever be grateful for her commitment to my vision. She is the best, hire her. Worth every penny.

OMG! I live in Bethesda, Maryland, and because my parents were in the Champlain Islands, I had to google search a florist that would deliver to their summer place. West Lane's arrangements looked beautiful in the online pics, and super-skilled. So I took a leap of faith and am SO glad I did! My parents are thrilled, the arrangement is gorgeous and worth every penny, and I'd definitely recommend West Lane to ANYONE!

I live in PA but my sister lives in VT and I wanted to send her flowers for her new engagement. I looked for local florists in hopes of supporting a small business and I came across Kelsey's West Lane Flowers. This was my first time hearing about it, but I decided to take a chance on it...I am so thrilled that I did! The bouquet was absolutely stunning with a variety of flowers that Kelsey grows on her own property. I think it was more beautiful and thoughtful than any bouquet I have sent from another florist - ever. Kelsey even delivered the bouquet (it was within the limits) on one of the hottest days they've had so far and it was a completely contact-less delivery, but she made sure to follow up and let me know that the delivery was made. I would recommend West Lane Flowers to anyone. If you live in Vermont or just have friends or family there, this is the place to go. Kelsey was timely, kind, professional, and she is so talented. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot express enough just how AWESOME West Lane is! I ordered a bouquet for my best friend for her birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Not your run-of-the-mill arrangement, either: uniquely arranged and sporting beautiful local flowers including show-stopping Dahlias (a personal fave!). My friend loved her bouquet and said that it made her feel so special :) West Lane was very communicative during the entire delivery process and sent a confirmation pic of the bouquet after delivery. Please, please, please! Consider using West Lane for flowers! Support local business and flower growth! They are the best! 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
