Got a surprise delivery of a dozen roses for valentines day... BEAUTIFUL! They came wrapped up super securely. They arrived on Valentines day and today, 11 days later, they're still alive and actually look pretty good! I've never had cut flowers that have lasted this long EVER. Will definitely be getting all of my flowers from Kathy and Co in the future!!

Excellent experience all around! We’d tried Kathy and Co before and were happy then, but pleased to report that the new ownership did not disappoint either! In fact, it was quite the opposite! They went above and beyond with my mothers bday flowers. She was so happy with them! Easy ordering, great communication and they even have a selection of full size cards and sweet treats they can add to your order. The photos don’t do the colors justice, but the quality is clear!

Placed an order for same day delivery and did the "Birthday Designer Special". I had no idea of what the arrangement would look like other than that I ordered a Mylar balloon to be included. The flowers were stunning and my mom said she had never received an arrangement as beautiful before (I have sent flowers from other local florists in the past...). I wanted a flower arrangement for a friend who was staying in the hospital unexpectedly. I called and they were able to deliver with no fee to the hospital (which I felt was so kind because maybe that will encourage other people to send flowers to their loved ones there). I told them my friend's favorite color and they made a stunning arrangement and the person taking my order laughed along with me when I asked if I could put a cuss word on the little card that goes with it. Awesome delivery, was contacted by delivery person as recipient wasn't answering the door and they didnt want to leave the arrangement out in the cold, offering to come back a later time if necessary. I needed a special arrangement at short notice, but wanted something other than the "standard" bouquet. The arrangements on Kathy and Co.'s website were stunning, and they offered the option of adding locally-made chocolates. I chose the "Pleasant Pastels" arrangement which was in a basket instead of a vase. It was delivered the next day and the recipient just loved it. I highly recommend this florist!

My husband sent me roses from here and they were the best flowers I have every received. The bouquet was packed full of baby’s breath and greens. The roses were just opening and they lasted for almost 2 weeks!!! The bouquet was fresh and full. I have received others and you could tell it was done cheaply even though paying a high price. Almost dead flowers maybe some fill in flowers; I actually was embarrassed for them sending out a product like that. Not here!!! I was extremely happy with my flowers and would recommend Kathy and Co. to all.

Called on short notice for an all white arrangement with just a few requests. They did a spectacular job and it was ready in a couple of hours. Staff was friendly and very helpful, listing all the options available (a lot). Support local businesses and give them a try. You won't be disappointed! I'll definitely be back.

My friend suffered a tough breakup and I wanted to send him a pick me up that would also feed him. I live far away from him, so finding Kathy and Co Flowers to be able to deliver a gift basket to him locally was amazing. They had it to him the same day I ordered it! Googled local flower shops for a friend living in the Burlington VT area. I live nearly 4 hours away and was really just hoping for the best. There was a family emergency that turned for the worst & the delivery person was in limbo waiting on standby. I've been to Kathy and Company four times now to get different arrangements, and they've always met my expectations. They helped me decide what to get, what to pair it with, and advised me on how to take care of the flowers. In person, their customer service is stellar. I have not ordered online or over the phone, so I can't speak to that. Parking is limited. They do deliver. Their prices are slightly above average for the area, but since I've always walked out happy, I don't mind. I would recommend.

The flowers were decent, they weren't exactly what I ordered, but I was told this may be the case. I feel like for the price tag on my bouquet a little bit more effort could have went into finding better replacement flowers and the overall appearance of the bouquet. I suppose I am a little bit disappointed in the product, but if the recipient enjoys them, I will gladly post a higher rating. For now though, my rating will stay as three stars, for the flowers were nothing more than satisfactory.

I called from Maine asking for something bright and lasting for my daughter who would have very long stay at the University of Vt Medical Center in Burlington. The gal sd she had the perfect thing a bright red plant with some greenery in it for about 70.00. I went with it. After arriving here I saw it and asked Kathleen how she liked it? She made an awful face..its all greenery with these tiny red flowers u can barely see. So disappointed..would have preferred cut flowers to that mess. Wanted to call and have them come get it and exchange for something less depressing. She cannot even keep it watered. Poor choice. :(
