We cannot thank Events by Mayven enough for making our wedding day go smoothly! We booked the day of coordinator package for our wedding on 1/20/2023, and we are very pleased with the services that Yvonne provided from beginning to end. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, Yvonne met with us to discuss all logistics and ensured that we worked out details in advance. She made a detailed schedule and communicated it to all of our vendors. She was organized, professional, thoughtful, and thorough. Not only that, Yvonne and her team truly went above and beyond on wedding day and ensured that the bridal party, family, and vendors were all in the right place at the right times. On a day that many say is stressful, Events by Mayven brought an immense calm and organization that was truly priceless. Our wedding day was stress-free. Yvonne was a godsend on our wedding, which we celebrated in July 2019. To think that we were so close to going without a wedding coordinator is mind-boggling because we could not have had a smooth, enjoyable day without her. She is a masterful professional who made sure all Is and Ts are crossed, encouraged us to have fun, and also made sure we got through our to-do list in time for the big day. On the wedding day itself, she managed communications with the wedding party, our vendors, our families, our guests...she had all the bases covered. I was definitely an anxious bride, but Yvonne was confident, guiding, and firm so by the big day I could really focus on finally taking it all in. Even at the end of the night when we hit some logistical challenges, Yvonne was there and graciously helped us with the tear down and getting us home. We were so well-taken care of, anyone working with Yvonne as their wedding coordinator/planner is in good hands! We couldn't have done it without her, and we are thankful to have had the privilege of working with a delightful person such as Yvonne.

I can't even put the words together to say how amazing Yvonne and her assistant were in making our day smooth and special. Her dedication from the time of consultation leading up to the big day was amazing! Not only did she make sure the order of events went smoothly but she was also that emotional support when things were wacky. Hands down the best day of coordinator and if I do it again I know who to contact! (Insider lol) I highly recommend any bride that want to take the lead in their wedding and also want that additional help for the day of or it's entirety to contact Yvonne! Absolutely amazing and I am extremely thankful for your support in everything!!

Events by Mayven made our vision come to life. We chose the partial wedding package since we were struggling to source some vendors and Yvonne was able to step in and help us finalize all of our vendors and keep us on track for all other remaining tasks. The day of coordination services were even more helpful. Yvonne kept us on time and coordinated everything with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about a thing. On top of all of that, Yvonne wouldn't leave until all of our decor was packed away and we were on our way to our hotel. When we got to our car all of the keepsakes and decorations were organized and packed away in the trunk. She was the right by our side from start to finish. I'm happy we decided to use Events by Mayven.

I could not have imagined my special day without Yvonne (10/5/19). From the second I met her, I felt so at ease and so comfortable every step of the way. After our first time speaking she had provided tips, tricks and recommendations for things I never would have thought of in a million years! On the day of the wedding she was such a breath of fresh air and so easily mingled among the TEN people I had in my bridal party making sure that all of us kept on time. She is going to my first call for any future event I need help with. I can't even communicate how seamless she made every process.
