I 100% recommend Brick and Mortar!! Such a beautiful venue and Jesse and Brandi are amazing to work with! They were able to set it up exactly how I pictured and the entire event went very smooth. Everyone had an incredible time!

I have had to reschedule my wedding 4 times due to COVID-19. I cannot believe how easy Brandy and the staff were to work with. While it was not what was ideal, I did have to size down my guest list but my guest and my wedding was most important. The venue was clean, sanitized and they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. The space is great for inside and outside summer feel. They even stayed after and the staff to help my parents take out gifts and pick up.

This venue is phenomenally gorgeous! If only there were a higher rating than 5 stars! We loved spending the Battle of the Brackets NCAA Tournament event in our VIP lounge that we enjoyed during the excitement of the first round of 2018's NCAA's. We loved having a spot to retreat to during the excitement that was in Wichita! Brandy and Jesse (the owners) had quite the task of managing tens of 1000s of people over the 4-day event, but every time we encountered them, we were met with warmth and hospitality! Something we won't forget! The staff was amazing, especially BROCK!!! We are looking forward to booking our own events at the venue and getting to know this great space and it's great people better. We can't say enough good things about this venue. LOVED IT!!!! <3 <3 <3

Had our wedding in June of 2018. The setup, (which was ALL done by the venue staff) was spot on. The resounding word, from guests, was amazing. The owners were extremely easy to work with. They did everything in their power to cool the uninsulated building...in the middle of the summer. They even installed ceiling fans the weekend prior to our wedding. The venue is picturesque inside and out. Would reccomend this venue, especially in the spring or fall time.

The NCAA event was amazing! The owners did everything to make our experience perfect. Loved that they offered multiple events throughout the week. The vibe, the LED walls, everything was just a Vegas, top scale environment. Now going back to look at wedding options and they flipped it to have glass chandeliers. So many fun options!

Brandy and Jesse, what can I say? You all and your team did a tremendous job for battle of the brackets at your venue for the NCAA Tournament. We didn't feel like we were in Wichita. The Place looked amazing and the outdoor tent with tons of TVs set the event off. Your people were kind, music and entertainment was on "3" point :) Looking forward to attending new and exciting events at Brick and Mortar, it's just a real cool place to be at!!! Thanks

This venue is beautiful! We had our wedding reception there last week and we are STILL hearing from our guests how amazing everything looked. Brandy and Jesse were great to work with every step of the way. They helped with set up and were on site in case we needed anything during the event. A great experience, thank you Brandy and Jesse!

My daughter's graduation party was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing recommendations for food, decorations and entertainment. The location was perfect, the venue was clean and the set-up was exactly what we were wanting. Guests are still raving about the party!

Beautiful venue. I love the character it provides and the atmosphere. The options are endless with this venue with the outdoor heaters and the garage doors being able to open. Loved it! Wish I could have had my wedding here 5 years ago!

I can't believe we have something this nice in Wichita!! First, I LOVE the amount of preparation that went into the planning and execution of these amazing events over the NCAA tournament! We were in the venue every day and loved the benefit of a clean and convenient area both inside and out! The bartenders were very nice both in the Skybox and in the VIP area. We felt like ROYALTY in the venue. Everyone we talked to LOVED the experience and the concerts and the whole weekend! The food trucks, the onsite pop-up restaurant, the security and the entertainment were unbelievable! If you have the opportunity to try this venue out for your next event, we HIGHLY recommend it!! 5 Stars all the way!!

For having there first massive event and it being the NCAA tournament they did an amazing job. Every little detail was top notch and over the top. There was no other place in town that was family and kid friendly to enjoy the festivities. Excited to see what this place future holds and for other big events they have. All staff were exceptional even with the crowd that was there. Job well done!!!

Our company did a lunch meeting here before going out to the field for our tent event, annual event and the venue was nice and easy to work with. Staff work with us on many aspects and really knew the process well. Loved the in house video walls we rented and audio services.

Attended a wedding reception here. Was a very nice venue. Only negative is the bar didn’t have much of a choice on liquors and nothing really top shelf. The venue was very big with plenty of room and a large outdoor space. It was pretty cold but they had some little fires out there you could huddle around.

I have had the opportunity to attend three separate events at this venue and all three were top notch. The level of customer service was exactly what I expect from a best in class type of company. I was also impressed with the versatility of the venue as it was configured in different ways for each event so customization was nice.

Best event venue in the ICT! If you need someone to host a party, the Brick and Mortar is the place. We have been there for 2 up close concerts and for the NCAA tournament/KU pregame party. It was by far the best and most unique. The inside has the old school downtown feeling and the outside glass tent they have is like nothing you'll see in Wichita. Awesome place and crew!

The venue has been great to work with. During COVID-19 the staff has taken it very serious and kept me in the loop. My wedding date has been affected 3 times now and I have had to move it and they have worked with me over and over. It is not ideal and the whole thing has been frustrating but I feel that given the circumstances, they have been workable the best they can. I have never wanted to cancel as this date is important to me but this covid has made this experience hard and I am hopeful for the best.

This is a great event venue for a vast array of different events of any size. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to walk you throughout the planning process and day of services! I give multiple thumbs up to the Jesse/Brandy team! A great asset to Wichita!

EDITED: After some issues during the sweet 16, Brandy went above and beyond to make the final four evening not just good, but amazing! It was apparent that this location and its event organizers are committed to making Brick N Mortar a premium venue. Listening to feedback, taking action to resolve issues and continued improvement to the logistics of the operation and the building itself justify five stars. I wish I had gotten our waiter’s name. He was great. Super impressed all around. Thank you for everything! ORIGINAL 3star: We went twice for March Madness and although the crowd was awesome, the whole thing was horribly run. No bathrooms? Oh, just until they open up the garage doors at like 8...had to pee before then? That’ll be $10 to get back in even if your stuff is still on the table because why? Oh, they’re doing two different events at the same time, one has a cover, one doesn’t. It really was bad. Tsk tsk. BUUUT, it’s definitely a cool venue and would be killer under the right event management staff.

Brick and Mortar has become a staple of the Wichita community. Not just as an incredible event space for a variety of uses, but as a friend to anyone who works with them. They are so welcoming, accommodating, and flexible. Every event I have been to has been stunning, the hosts and guests are well taken care of, and everyone leaves with a smile on their face.

Excellent transformative space for any occasion! I recently attend a Miss Kansas Local Competition and the space allowed for a stage setup as well as chairs for more than adequate seating for the crowd. I would give my highest recommendation!

This place is hard to find. It's between William & English, and between Topeka & Emporia in the alley. Once you find it, parking will be the next problem, especially if there is an event at Intrust Arena. The place is large and spacious. I went to a wedding reception and it was fine. Luckily, Corporate Catering did the food!

I went to Brick and Mortar Event Venue for the first time, this year. I was at the Miss Wichita Mini Pageant. Brick and Mortar was beautiful and had great space for the competition! I highly recommend having your speacial occasion there!

In this cozy exposed brick, roll up door, out door fire pit location, you can dance like no one is watching, sing to all your favorite songs, and have a perfect time showing off your timeless moves....only to find out months later that the wedding video has a full section dedicated to your dancing entitled “who invited this guy” PLEASE return my calls, the “sprinkler” is a timeless move and you had a great time, Sincerely yours, the guy you DID invite
