Vicki and Jeff did an amazing job planning and executing our son's Bar Mitzvah. She was very organized and helped us prioritize all the many task properly. She helped us make good purchasing decisions. The quality of the artwork and venue setup were top notch, and the event itself went off without a hitch! I couldn't recommend Plan It Vicki enough!

We worked with Vicki for several months leading up to and including my son's bar mitzvah (May 2018). She was a great resource all along the way, sensitive to our budget, thematic concerns, but also keeping us on schedule and communicating whenever decisions needed to be made to avoid headaches later on. She was creative in finding options for the event that fit our son's and our preferences, assisted us in coordinating with a DJ, photographer and someone to help with a day-after brunch. The day of the event, our service ran close to an hour longer than planned, and Vicki managed the delay with aplomb. She coordinated with the venue, DJ, etc. to make sure that a new timeline was calculated on the fly. I worried about nothing and was able to focus on my son's event. She was very easy to deal with, responsive and (added bonus) her husband created a truly wonderful video that we displayed during the reception. Well worth a call if you are planning an upcoming event.

I worked with Plan-it Vicki to plan my son's Bar-Mitzvah and she was excellent! She was highly organized, knowledgeable and a phenomenal resource. She's always positive and easy to work with. She's extremely accessible and very responsive to texts and emails. The day was perfect - from the service, to the luncheon, to the party. All vendors were on the same page and everyone had an absolute blast. I'm still on cloud 9! I couldn't have done it without Vicki!

I can't say enough good things about Vicki!! She is AMAZING! She helped me not only plan our wedding for August of 2021, but also executed everything that day flawlessly! She helped with the vendor planning, did site visits, helped design our decor, set up all our tables and centerpieces and decor throughout, and coordinated the entire day of, starting hours before we even got there, and stayed after the event ended to clean up and organize. She had access to beautiful rental decor for our wedding as well. Whenever she saw something that she thought was fitting for our event, she would text me immediately, and would respond to me within minutes of whenever I asked her something, big or small. Our day was flawless, and everything was right on schedule and nothing was missed. Vicki and her team is all to thank for that! I'm sure I'm missing many other good things to say, but I'm going to end with YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Call her today, for any event that you have. I have been a planner and organizer my whole life, just ask my parents and my kids. But when it came to organizing my son's bar mitzvah, I wanted to enjoy the process and soak up every moment of this milestone. What I didn't want to do was worry about the table centerpieces and coordinating the box to collect the gift cards and many many more details that made the event and party truly special and unique. Plan-It Vicki did all of that and so much more. She created a top-notch event and gave us peace of mind. The day had its small bumps and Vicki was there to smooth it all out. Priceless!

Vicki is on top of every detail. She is incredibly creative with theme ideas and keeps everything from becoming overwhelming. She will also listen to your ideas and not push anything down your throat. I've done two events with her, and was very pleased with both. Last, but not least, she is very reasonably priced and doesn't treat you like a signed blank check (like some other planners I've run across!)
