Lee's approach is terrific. His reminders to simply and clarify the purposes and desired outcomes of a meeting are crucial in todays 'no agenda' filled worlds. I attended a Liberating Structures training that he hosted, but would feel very confident that Lee could easily facilitate a much larger group, advise you on the planning of your next event to get more CONFER into your conference. What people long for is structured interaction with people so they can process information. Lee's approach solves this problem beautifully. Just enough structure to make it easy, just enough freedom to make it interesting. A hard balance to strike! Kudos Lee, and Thanks!
