Natalie RogersAmanda at Sincerely Jane was simply the best! Working with her was seamless, enjoyable and extremely helpful with our wedding planning. She was supportive, quick to respond, provided great vendor choices and offered her expertise whenever I asked for it but also allowed me to customize our day. Her day of coordination was crucial and with the support of her teammate Kimberly, they made sure all the final touches of decor were set up, the bridal party was where they needed to be on time and kept the flow of the evening going from start to finish! And always with a smile! Me and Marcus are incredibly thankful for the partnership of Sincerely Jane with us and with all of our vendors that made our day so special! My only regret is not bringing her then on sooner. Highly recommend!
Marissa DiGirolamoI am the owner of Studio Posy and was recently the florist for a large wedding with Sincerely Jane Events. I cannot say enough about the top notch professionalism of Amanda and her staff. Beginning with all of our correspondence, Amanda was extremely responsive. I was always so impressed with how quickly she got back to me with detailed renderings concerning event design options. She obviously cares so much for her clients by taking the time to go over every option design wise.
On the day of the event (which was outdoors) the wind gusts were unexpectedly off the charts. My team and I had to quickly pivot and make some layout changes to keep the guests safe. Amanda and her team were so great at helping to facilitate these changes, communicating back and forth to make sure the bride was happy with the last minute changes. I really hope to work with Sincerely Jane Events soon!
Hope TaylorWorking with Sincerely Jane Events as a photographer was a dream from start to finish! I have been a wedding photographer for 10 years and have encountered dozens of wonderful planners...but Amanda is truly in a league of her own! She was organized, timely, kind, went above-and-beyond and remained in control of the entire timeline. Not a single thing went wrong that Amanda couldn't handle. I would recommend her to my clients tenfold!

Allison SandersAmanda and her team assisted for our Cavalier Wedding in VB on 6/4/2022, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work or happy with our choice in these girls! Amanda served as our month of coordinator, but she is and was so much more than that! She sat in on every meeting, arrived on time, and came organized and ready for whatever was thrown her way! She even agreed to working our wedding, despite 6/4 being her birthday! This is just a testament to how much she truly loves what she does… and it shows! Amanda volunteered to help bring my disco ball seating chart dreams to life and executed it perfectly! She was there every step of the way- almost immediate replies to emails, detail-oriented, professional, and understands the process. I truly never worried about anything “going wrong” because I knew with confidence that Amanda and the girls had it under control. Money WELL spent!!!!!
David R.Amanda and the whole team here were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. She was always available to answer our multitude of questions and willing to set aside extra time for quick chats. She was also an absolute pro dealing with our multiple vendors including band, decorations, balloons, etc... For the day of, her team was always there to keep us on time and make sure everything went off without a hitch.
We also had the added stress of dealing with tropical storm Ian looking like it might time up with our wedding, and Amanda was so great making sure we had back up plans in place should the weather not work in our favor. Ultimately the weather turned out to not be an issue, but it was such a comfort knowing we already had someone planning for alternatives.

Kimberly radiates many incredible qualities that are essential for top quality event planners, including creativity, thoughtfulness, flexibility, and resourcefulness; however, it is her absolute devotion to her clients that makes her a stand-out professional. Throughout the planning process, she made me feel like our event was her *only* priority. I really appreciated all the reassurances she gave me to let go of any stress and allow her to execute our vision (Ancient Greek theme!), which turned out perfectly. She sourced everything we needed, always mindful of our budget. She warmly and easily coordinated with our other vendors. Most importantly, she kept our glasses full and guests feeling welcomed. After throwing a wedding and now 2 mitzvahs, I can safely say that Kimberly is one of the most capable and talented event planners I’ve ever met. I only wish I had more events to throw so I could work with her again!

I got engaged in November of 2021 and my wedding was April 16th 2022. With such as short timeline I just knew I was going to need help and I came across Amanda on the Knot app. She met with me and my fiancé and talked to us about our vision and was able to give us helpful advice along the way. She was very organized and thought about all the little details that I would have never thought of for my wedding day. I promise you out of everything I paid for for my wedding the one thing I am glad I did do was invest in Amanda as my day of coordinator. My day was perfect because of her I believe that 110%. I wanted to be one of those DIY brides and take care of everything myself but if you never planned a wedding before you don’t know what you don’t know and that’s when Amanda will come in. If you are undecided about hiring her as wedding planner or day of coordinator, I can assure you you wont regret hiring Amanda. She’s amazing

Amanda has been our main planner and she is great. She connected us with great vendors and followed up everything perfectly, thus removing all stress expected on our part.

Alexandra made sure everything was going smoothly on the wedding day and if anything came up, she immediately took care of it and didn't let it affect the day. It was the smoothest day because of her.
Amanda was our photographer as well and the pictures turned out amazing. She was very helpful getting everything together for the pictures and had amazing patience with our families. She knew exactly what she was doing and got every detail on the camera. Even though it was a rainy day, you could never tell in the pictures!
Overall, they were a huge lifesaver with the wedding process and made it as easy as possible. Can't thank you guys enough! Highly recommend!

We, the brides parents, live in another state, so Alex was available to zoom anytime we had questions! Her recommendations for flowers, food and rentals were perfect. She and Amanda set up an entire backyard that was beautiful, made sure the entire night ran smoothly and broke everything down before we even noticed! They are professional, organized ( she even had double stick tape for the bride ) and most of all a delight to work with. 100% recommend these ladies!
