Ezra was amazing! We were fairly last minute getting together our music selection and Ezra came through in the clutch with an amazing app. He can pick your playlist right up from Spotify and sort through it all to make sure it flows. He reads the room very well and knows when to switch up the songs to keep the night going nonstop. You will not be disappointed with choosing E and E special events!

They are the best and we were so happy to have hired them for our December wedding! Ezra is so knowledgeable on music and exactly what you need for the wedding (we would’ve been lost without his papers with music questions). He played the saxophone when I walked down the isle and during cocktail hour (I wish I could’ve attended that myself!). He also basically ran the whole flow of the wedding which was a major relief. We are so sad to hear Emily is no longer baking cakes and we feel privileged that we were able to have a cake made by her before her retirement. Emily was so detailed with the cake and so willing to help us along. She painted the cake stand and allowed us to use it for our wedding. The cake décor was beautiful (we wanted it simple but with our colors). They were simply the best!

Ezra is AWESOME! His team did a great job with live music during our cocktail hour and he saved our wedding day when he was willing to stay an extra hour the night of. My husband and I hadn't had a single moment on the dance floor and he made sure we were able to dance. He also coordinated and took photos of the sparkler exit when our photographer left early. I would definitely book him again and suggest him to anyone who needs DJ/live music services.

Ezra was our wedding DJ and he was amazing! He was very organized and made the process of selecting music for every part of the day super easy. We selected some songs on an app and let him know our music preferences and he put everything together seamlessly! He was also very professional and easy to work with. Everyone loved the music and had so much fun! So many of my guests have been asking who our DJ was because he was the best and I have been recommending him to everyone!!!

We hired Ezra to DJ for our wedding reception. He played the saxophone during the cocktail hour and kept pretty much all of our guests on the dance floor the whole evening. Ezra!! Amazing, awesome, had the crowd dancing the entire night. We hired Ezra as a DJ for our wedding, in September and he did the dang thing. From the ceremony music, to timing my entrance son perfectly, to getting down all night for the reception it was not a let down. The process for all of our music was so easy, he was able to help me out when my husband and I couldn't decide on a song. He was able to fit in all the songs that we requested to be played during the reception. He is all about making sure the couple is getting the best of what they want. If I ever need to throw another event and we need a DJ, I will be 100% reaching out to Ezra.

We had so many comments about how delicious the cake was from our wedding guests. I knew from the moment we did the tasting that the cake was going to be one of the best parts of our wedding. The best cake I have ever tasted in my life — and it looked fantastic as well! We were planning a destination wedding and had to group all of our cake tastings during one weekend, as we lived three hours from our venue. Eating cake all weekend may sound like fun, but your stomach does tire of it! As it happened, our taste testing with E&E Special Events would be our last, and the only time that worked for our schedule and Emily was early Monday morning. Truthfully, we were quite sick of cake by then, and especially unenthusiastic about eating it for breakfast. And then we met Emily and she laid out absolutely beautiful samples, about five or so combos of many different cake flavorings, fillings, and icings. All of it, super. Fantastic. I cannot emphasize how impressed we were—we entered that tasting never wanting to see cake again and left wanting more. In fact, the cake still tasted divine (and moist!) hours later, when the Matron of Honor got to taste it, and she was still impressed with how good the cake was. She also worked with us to create a travel-themed cake that fit our wedding perfectly! We used 3d printed models of various landmarks around the world, which Emily included on the cake, tying it all together. Not only did the cake look great, but the whole cake tasted just as good as the sample we had had months earlier. Emily has a wide selection of flavors and fillings, and we were able to have two different flavors in the cake so both the bride and groom could have their favorites. We could not have been more thrilled! What an absolute delight to see and eat on our wedding day! Thank you so much Emily! This was one of the highlights of our special day! Ezra was the best DJ we could have imagined for our wedding! Before our wedding day, he was super responsive and supportive in helping us select our songs and order the events of the day, even dealing with me changing the songs more than once. We used an app he sent where our guests could add songs to the playlist ahead of the wedding, and everyone loved this! At the wedding, he did a great job on the Saxophone during cocktail hour, and amazing job during the dancing. Our guests didn't want to stop dancing when the night ended! E&E Special Events made my wedding cake. Emily was the only baker I talked to that was willing to do cream cheese icing which is my husband’s favorite. We had a strawberry cake filled with strawberry mousse and purée, it was so delicious!! We saved the topped and it was delicious when we ate it for our anniversary a few months ago!

We ordered this absolutely gorgeous cake and cupcakes for a vow renewal ceremony, for an extremely reasonable price given the fantastic quality. It was delivered punctually, and Emily even brought her piping bag to fix any minor imperfections that occured during delivery and placement. On top of the beautiful aesthetics, it was the best wedding cake any of us had ever tasted (lemon with cream cheese icing). We're all still talking about it, days later.

If you are looking for a great combination to provide entertainment and delicious cake E and E events is it. E and E events provided both a wonderful cake and great DJ services. I was planning my wedding from across the country and while I was concerned about almost everything else I knew the cake and the DJ were going to be great. They were responsive to questions and amenable to requests. Their flexibility and willingness to adapt to the changing weather (yes it rained/down-poured on my wedding day) was amazing. They were both willing to pitch in where they could and make the wedding day amazing.

We planned our wedding in 12 weeks, so when we showed up for our tasting at E and E, we were delighted by how prepared and professional they were. We had a fun time laughing and talking while tasting cake more delicious than any I had ever eaten. We tasted a lot of other cakes, but we know E and E was "the one". We decided on strawberry cake with strawberry filling and a cream cheese/sweet cream icing. OMG it was to DIE for! Everyone at our wedding loved the cupcakes, and we ate our WHOLE topper... didn't save a bit of it! haha! Not only was everything inexpensive, but all we did was tell our chef what we wanted, and we were done. She baked it, decorated it to match our theme and colors perfectly, delivered it, set it up, and all we had to do was get married and eat it! Pleasure working with E and E and their staff (Emily in particular). Thanks so much!

I am not usually a cake person, however when I tasted the cake Ms.Emily baked it was absolutely the best! I ordered the almond cake with strawberry filling and it was a really good combo. I couldn't have enough. My guests also kept inquiring me about where I got it. The bakery is usually open even it's near the holidays which is an added bonus because most bakeries are closed (I had my event January 3rd). They provide good delivery service and are very friendly towards the customers. The price is very affordable and you event get to pick your own design. I had mine to be a an ombre rosette which was done beautifully. The only thing I wanted to comment on was their way of communication, but other than that everything is perfect!

I have to say, Ezra was the most incredible DJ imaginable for our wedding! Not only was he extremely talented at orchestrating our music, but he really had a knack for alleviating all stress from me, the bride, and contoured the whole flow of our wedding from the arrival of our guests until after the sparkler sendoff at the end of the night. Ezra brought our guests to their feet in amazement with his soulful jazzy saxophone solos. He even concocted the addition of his live saxophone skills into our reception entry of Thunderstruck! Y’all had to see it to believe it. It was EPIC! I have been asked by more than half the guests from our wedding for contact information for E and E Special Events because everyone was so impressed by Ezra.
