Where do I even begin to express the immeasurable gratitude I have for the girls at Luxe Event Productions, they are absolutely amazing, and dream-come-true wedding planners!! This is going to be a long review because they deserve the same thought and detail that they put into our wedding. Brooke was my ‘before the wedding’ coordinator and Lex was my day of wedding coordinator. To give a little background, I am a high anxiety kind of person, and the kind of bride who was very indecisive, didn't have a clear vision and required a lot of guidance with decision making. I knew I needed full wedding planning services. Brooke and I worked together for an entire 14 months!! On our first phone call I noticed how warm, friendly and kind Brooke was. All communication with Brooke was smooth, open and she was easily accessible through email and text if I had a more urgent question/concern. The whole process was highly organized. I was provided a detailed checklist/planner that kept me on top of the many tasks that overwhelmed me. Almost every part of this wedding planning stressed me out and I had some "freak out” moments especially in regards to planning a wedding during a pandemic, but whether it'd be through email or via phone during one of our check-in meetings, Brooke always put me at ease, continued to encourage me, was patient with me, and had this confidence and grace about her that made me know that everything would be OK. I really feel like I don't have the words to describe how much of an angel she was to me for over the year we worked together. Some staffing changes resulted in Brooke having to pass the duties to Lex for the actual day. Brooke took several meetings to hand off to Lex in preparation for day-of duties, but even up to the day of, Brooke was making sure that information was getting to the right people and tying up loose ends. I met Lex at our rehearsal the day before the wedding. Lex was so personable, warm and friendly and knew how to take control of my 20 person bridal party while remaining extremely professional, patient and kind. During rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Lex would frequently check in on me and knew exactly how to handle my anxiousness. Our wedding had a lot of performances and surprises, including multiple hula dances, a surprise dance for the groom and a surprise flashmob by our guests! She was essential in planning the cueing and getting everyone in place. I don't know how I could have remained sane without her and this wedding would not have been the amazingness that it was if not for both Brooke and Lex. I cannot thank them enough. Choosing Luxe was one of the best decisions I made. I am more than happy with the outcome and I HIGHLY recommend these girls if you want a smooth running, magical wedding. They are literally the best.

One of the best decisions I made in planning our wedding was using Luxe!!! The team was so incredible to work with and we absolutely loved our main coordinator, Allison! This was a destination wedding for us and she made it so easy from the start. We only had one trip out to Portland for wedding planning, and she coordinated everything perfectly so we could meet with as many vendors as possible. Luxe Productions should be synonymous with weddings! They came highly recommended to us, and everyone we know that has worked with them has showered praise on their team. During our initial meeting, the energy from Misty, Brooke and Allison gave us confidence that we had picked the right wedding coordinator. They have different price points for different levels of service you would need, even if you just need a little more than just a day-of coordinator. I have no idea how we would have pulled off the wedding that we did without the help of Misty and her team. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Brooke, who worked relentlessly from planning to execution to ensure that we stayed on track with everything that needed to be done. We couldn't have done it without Luxe! Seriously. We worked primarily with Brooke, and our day was flawless! We had booked a farm venue that required a lot more work than we anticipated (we had to rent/bring in EVERYTHING) but I was hesitant to hire a coordinator since I had a very specific vision for our wedding. Brooke worked along side what I wanted and provided super thorough and professional help and advice through every step of the planning. There were so many things I would have been totally lost on or completely missed all together without the confidence and expertise of Luxe. And I love the sweet clientele that we’re exposed to while being a part of this fabulous family. We’ve done Committed, and then added Marry Me and The Luxe Bridal Event for 5 years now, and our last 4 wedding season’s have been booked solid, with serious growth each and every year. Lightning Cupcakes & Cakes has been the Official Cupcake for several years now and a HUGE portion of our bookings comes from these shows. They create such a fabulous and extremely inspiring environment for the couples. The upscale feel really puts you in the arena with many other exceptional vendors, and you sense that when you arrive and walk through the doors. Their shows are glamorous, extravagant and FULL of amazing inspiration for the couples to sweetly daydream over. I thoroughly enjoy the vibe that exists at each and every show and feel as if they do a phenomenal job orchestrating them year after year after year. In addition to that, they also do a great job marketing and promoting their events and do an outstanding job at getting you the necessary materials to do the same. We are an extremely busy, 5 STAR Dessert Boutique and book up solid on a weekly basis. And then our summers are just absolutely SLAMMED. We typically do 5 wedding shows a year and have advertised in Oregon Bride Magazine for the last 3 years. We have put a temporary hold on all of our promoting and marketing efforts ONLY because this summer is almost already completely booked with the dates that we have available, and we are vacationing the rest of the time. In addition to owning Lightning Cupcakes & Cakes, I am also the President and Founder of the Healing Hunter Foundation, and a proud mama of 2 crazy-busy boys. Life is going by really fast, and summers go by even faster when you are so busy you can’t see straight!!! So we are just taking a small break to enjoy family and the summer sunshine when it arrives. HOWEVER, we will be back, and we will most certainly do exactly what we did before. That spectacular formula seemed to work and we’ve been exceptionally happy with our circle of sweetness that has been created over the last few years. Serious Kudos to the Luxe team. Thank you for all that you do for this kick-ass industry, and for raising the bar in so many lovely ways. We reached out to Luxe more than 18 months before our desired wedding date. From the moment we hopped on a call with Allison, we knew we made the right decision! Allison + Misty and team were beyond helpful and aided us throughout each step of the process with attentiveness to our needs and reassurance that our big day would go without any issue. We are out of towners, but had a specific list of details we wanted at the wedding, and the team took everything in stride with patience and executed all of our asks without an issue. Their coordination and recommendations created an atmosphere that was beyond words, we are forever thankful for how perfect our wedding day went. Luxe has weddings and events in Portland on lock! This was reiterated when we spoke to all of our vendors who echoed our sentiment "we love working with Luxe!!" Since we did not have any knowledge regarding vendors in Portland, Allison and team were ready with a list of their preferred vendors and even narrowed down even further after learning more about us. This paid off in dividends, as 1) we could not meet every single vendor since we’re living in another state and 2) each and every one of these vendors were at the very top of their fields in Portland. From day one, we felt as if we were extremely valued as a client, and even more so important a part of the team. Allison took the time to really get to know us, and when were finally met in person (months into the process) it's as if we'd been friends all along. The regular calls and meetings we had were more like playing catchup with friends, and then mixing in planning, rather than a cut and paste dry conversation around what we still needed to do. She was really what we needed, as we're both busy individuals. Our wedding day was a perfect as we drew up. We did not worry one bit, and the day flew by without us even knowing. Allison was there throughout the entire time, and made sure everything ran as smoothly. Honestly, there was nothing that we would have changed, it was amazing. Our favorite event to date was Joe and Camille's wedding held at the stunning Lewis and Clark College here in Portland, Oregon. Everything was perfect about it in which we know was a result of Lux Productions hard work. We worked directly with Misty and her team. Misty is a wedding coordinator ninja. She was all over the place and on top of every detail. The wedding was featured in the knot in which we are so happy all of Lux's hard work paid off.

My wedding day was the best day of my life! I not only married my husband and best friend in the whole world, but Brooke and Luxe made our beyond-our-wildest-dreams wedding come true. As a wedding coordinator, Brooke is unrivaled. Words cannot express my gratitude for Brooke and the Luxe team. My wedding was absolutely PERFECT…I seriously cannot think of a single thing that I would have changed…and it is all because of them. I started searching for a wedding coordinator with my mom, who is a perfectionist and has a track record of being impossible to please. After our consultation with Brooke, my mom and I were blown away with Brooke’s attention to detail, warm (but no-nonsense!) personality, and excitement to create something magical and classic but ultimately, unique and edgy. From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding, Brooke continued to impress us with her ability to help make our vision a reality. While working with my husband to sort through all of the details, Brooke was so gracious with her time and expertise, always making it a priority to meet with us, come up with an amazing suggestion, or find the perfect vendor. My husband and I had a pretty unique vision for our wedding from a celestial theme, to some eclectic, modern choices, to some touches that were an homage to Chicago; Brooke knew EXACTLY how to execute this vision while keeping everything elegant and irreverent and NOT campy. Coming up with an amazing vision for a wedding is one thing, but coming up with a plan and executing it flawlessly is quite another! From the many personalities that come with blending families, to the seemingly endless tasks that go into the preparation for the perfect event, planning a wedding is a HUGE job, and I would not have been able to do it without Brooke. She made everything seem so easy (though, as you can imagine, it is far from it!) and took all of the stress off of me so that I could enjoy everything from the site visits to the catering tastings. Brooke was like my wedding planning fairy godmother! When the day of the actual wedding arrived, Brooke and the Luxe staff made the event picture perfect. To boot, Misty, the owner of Luxe, hand delivered lunch and snacks to the both halves of the bridal party at their respective “getting ready” locations. Brooke knew exactly what to say and do to keep me calm, allow me to be carefree and have fun, and to really enjoy and treasure each moment. The event from beginning to end was so seamless and wonderful. Brooke thought of EVERYTHING and even designed components of the wedding that gave it another special touch. The guests had THE BEST time and could not have been more complimentary of the event from every vendor to the coordination team. I could go on forever! Ultimately, Luxe is the best in the business, full stop. After the wedding, so many of my guests told my family that this was the best wedding that they had ever been to and EVERYONE was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the coordination staff. Furthermore, my mom (the ultimately nay-sayer) was so moved by Brooke’s coordination that she couldn’t stop telling me how much she loved Brooke and that hiring Luxe was “the best decision I made!” I couldn’t agree more! I really had the most magical night of my entire life and I cannot thank Luxe enough for giving my husband and me the best gift that we could have asked for - a perfect night. My husband and I were living in Chicago when we started to plan our August 2020 wedding. It was a challenge planning a wedding while being so far away. We quickly found that we needed help in our planning process and started to look into wedding planners. In our first conversation, we knew we wanted to hire Luxe. We immediately hired Luxe for full-service wedding planning. In May we notified Luxe that we were going to reschedule our wedding for August 2021, and they made that whole process seem like a breeze. I am so grateful for their guidance through that challenging time. Misty was incredible during the planning. She made our visions for the weekend come to life. My husband and I wanted to have a large rehearsal dinner on my family's property with all our wedding guests. It was no easy task, and Misty helped us every step of the way. I think she ran a mile on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was perfect. She even caught my veil as it flew off as I walked down the aisle (saving it from ending up somewhere in the Gorge). :) All of our guests raved about the weekend, and that is because of Misty, so we are incredibly grateful. Misty took our visions for the whole weekend and exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend your first gift to yourself should be to hire Misty and her team for full-service planning. You will not regret it!!

What can we say except fabulous things about Brooke, Misty, and the entire Luxe NW Team? As an East Coast couple planning a wedding in our home town (Portland, OR), we recruited Luxe's services in 2019 with the hope of an easier time at planning a wedding across country, and man oh man did they deliver... in ways we never would have seen coming. Every monthly planning call was seamless and straight forward, with a range of vetted vendors who were absolutely fantastic and on a scale of price ranges, so we could decide where to allocate money towards what was important to us. When our original planning timeline shifted due to the pandemic, LUXE handled the transition with grace and ease, laying out every possibility on the table so that we wouldn’t have to compromise anything unless it was a conscious decision. Drew and I decided to have an intimate ceremony followed by a larger one with family and friends in 2021, and in both instances, from start to finish, Luxe made sure that the only things on our minds on each days were each other, our family and friends, and the commitment we were making to one another. We could not have been more at ease. I can not imagine having planned a wedding without them, and when I say their full service package is worth every penny, I mean it. It is worth every cent and more. We had the wedding of our dreams (twice!!), nobody got sick, and we have memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Luxe is in the business of making dream events a reality, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anybody, anywhere. We LOVE Luxe!!!

I have absolutely no clue how we could have had our wedding without the help of Luxe. Luxe went above and beyond what I could have ever expected from our “Day of Enhanced” package. Luxe was there all along the way for our long 2 year engagement. They were there to help us choose vendors, answer all my crazy questions, and in the end help put all our moving pieces together on our wedding day. With a large 275 person Vietnamese/multicultural wedding, I wanted to make sure we had a good coordinator that could help everything flow without feeling like we were herding cattle. Needless to say, our wedding felt flawless and they were able to direct everyone everywhere they were supposed to be smoothly in an efficient manner. Lauren was not only attentive to all my requests and vision but was instrumental in making recommendations that would work for us. She helped me stay within my budget (actually under budget!) and highlighted what would be necessary and what would be excess. Not only were the Luxe team efficient on our wedding day, they were so much fun and felt like they were friends rather than vendors. My sisters kept on saying how much fun Lauren and Julia were and how they wish they could stay and party with us! They even won the hearts of my parents and family who couldn’t stop raving about how good Luxe was. All in all, I would recommend Luxe 100% to anyone planning a wedding. You will save so much sweat and tears in working with Luxe. They truly made our whole planning process and wedding day so much fun!

We picked their "Enhanced Day-Of Package" which provided us with several in-person planning meetings, extensive phone/email communication, wedding set-up, and full day support on our wedding day. Brooke checked in with us throughout the entire wedding day, providing updates on our timing and schedule, and making sure we were okay with how the day was going. She was extremely organized and calm, and our ceremony and reception went very smoothly. After the wedding Brooke even sent us some videos and photos from the day to tide us by until we got our professional ones back. It was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend Luxe to anyone getting married. They helped make our wedding day a very memorable one and we couldn't have done it without them!

I can honestly say that we would not have had the amazing wedding that we had if it weren't for Luxe Event Productions. For a couple planning their wedding outside, rain is the last thing that you want to have to think about. The Luxe team, who has been so instrumental in making every detail of planning so smooth in the months leading up to the big day, went above and beyond to implement a plan B that felt like it was Plan A all along. Hiring Luxe was one of the very best decisions we made throughout our experience getting married. We are from Portland and planned to get married there, but we live in DC. When we got engaged, the thought of planning a wedding cross-country was very daunting. Wow! Allison was our event coordinator and I will say that it was the best money me and my husband spent! We have people STILL telling us what an incredible wedding it was. You do not fully understand the production and work that goes into planning a wedding. You want somebody that truly enjoys the art, that is cool under pressure and has a positive upbeat attitude and personality that people (other vendors) love working with. Choosing someone to plan your wedding is pretty intimidating, especially if you're like my (now) wife and I, who know basically nothing about weddings. So I'll just simplify it for you, go with Luxe. We were intimidated, but after talking to the women at Luxe, we decided to go with them. This qualified as the best decision of our wedding. These people were on it from day one till the wedding ended (and actually a few days after, helping us wrap up things we needed to do with vendors). There were some very different demands on Brooke (with whom we worked with closely); we wanted everyone to feel welcome, but we also wanted it to be elegant and tasteful, and oh yeah, can we make sure it captures the iconoclastic and slightly subversive feel of living in Portland? Seriously, each one of those things are hard to pull off, let alone all at once. But they did it. Even while freaking the hell out that I was ACTUALLY getting married that day, I was able to take a moment and realize that Luxe had really made this day incredibly special. Finally, extra points for being able to talk us through what we needed to do in a way that didn't make us panic. They laid out everything in an easy to understand timeline, but focused on the next step and talking us through our options for each one instead of basically saying "here's a bunch of stuff that you've never done before, quick make all these decisions." Again, these women are amazing, and our trust in them was well placed. You should trust them with your event too.

Warning, long review ahead, but Luxe Events was completely worth and amazing at what they do: I would definitely work with Luxe again if I could. I don’t think there could be a better coordination team out there. We hired Luxe for my wedding for the Day-of coordination, which is my first regret. If budget wasn’t an issue, I would’ve hired them to do full service planning if I could. We got the pleasure of working with Allison, who ended up being a perfect match. She was very knowledgeable and was a professional throughout the process. She made sure I was on tract the entire process. I had to plan an extremely large wedding (400+) in Portland from Texas with a notoriously critical family, but she made it easy for me. She kept me on track with all of my tasks and was always available by email with any questions. Fast forward to the day of the event, Allison made sure I was completely hands off (which is hard to do since I’m kind of a control freak). She made sure that we had everything we needed at all times. She knew exactly when to pull us away from the crowds so we can just enjoy being in the moment. She made every transition go smoothly with a crazy, 400+ Asian wedding. When her time ran out, she was flexible when we asked if she could stay. We would recommend Allison to EVERYONE. Last thing about Luxe, if you are questioning whether you want the “end of the night” package, don’t even hesitate. It is your wedding day, and your family and guests are there to celebrate you, not to clean up the little details. This package was completely worth it and I’m so glad they offer something like this, which is very unique compared to the other coordination companies we talked to. I worked with Allison of the Luxe team and would highly recommend her and using this planning service to any of my friends. Planning a wedding these days involves so many steps, details, and people. I can’t even begin to imagine doing it without Allison. To this day, I am sure I do not know half of the things she did behind the scenes. Our experience of wedding planning was what is was supposed to be: picking out colors, venues, and vendors, and spending time laughing over planning with friends and family. It was wedding planning without all the work required that actually goes into planning like contracts, negotiations, coming up with how to place furniture etc. I say this even after adding in the factor that I lived across the country from the wedding location and 75% of my guests had to travel to the wedding. I can only imagine the frustration of planning and the conflicts that would have been created with friends and family if we did not have the guidance of a planner. The day of the wedding my mind was only in the moment. I got to concentrate on marrying the love of my life and celebrating with those I loved. I did not for one second have to worry about where someone was, where something should be, or what time it was. My best advice after the entire experience is to hire a planner, do not skip out on this. We had a wonderful experience with Allison and Luxe and felt completely supported.

The Day Of was seamless and gorgeous, and all the Luxe staff were superb-- my mom raved afterwards about how busy and efficient they all were, as we just partied and enjoyed our event! I regret only one thing from my wedding: not booking Luxe right after the engagement. The spent a lot of the first few months of wedding planning booking vendors, making decor, and pinteresting. While this was all helpful in going into my first meeting (one year after engagement and 8 months before the wedding) with Luxe, I could have saved so much time and energy had I just booked them to begin with! The level of support and love this team gives to their brides is astounding. I always felt such a sense of relief that they were the ones executing the vision I had for my wedding. We hadn't booked a couple vendors yet, and they gave the best recommendations. They were also there to be a thought partner, offer suggestions for decor that worked within your theme/vision, and challenge what you thought was impossible. They prove they can literally do everything. Leading up to the day, I knew I could rely on them to ensure all vendors were prepared and ready with all the information they could need. On the day of, I was super calm and could enjoy every minute. I arrived for pictures at the venue in the midst of set-up, and it was incredible to see how their team worked in perfect unison. During the wedding, my coordinator was not only managing every detail, but checked in on me regularly, brought me drinks, and obviously had everything under control. At the end of the night, they packed everything for vendors to pick up, and helped the mother of the groom pack things in her car. I cannot tell you how much of a lifesaver Luxe was before and during the wedding. I recommend them to every bride- and suggest you have them emcee (no need for a DJ!), pack up and be the last ones on site, and have at least 3 meetings with them. Before I got them, I thought I didn't need a coordinator. I realized, I'm paying all this money for a wedding- I might as well enjoy it instead of try to execute it myself. Thank the heavens I found Luxe!

After going through the process, I honestly have no idea how anyone can try to orchestrate such a production on their own. There were so many details that hadn't even occurred to us that the Luxe team took care of from the start - We didn't have to worry about a single detail on the day of, and were able to to show up at our wedding and be 100% present for our guests. My husband even commented on how relaxed I was considering all the commotion (I'm pretty Type A so typically such an event would have me pretty anxious) - it's all because I knew Luxe was taking care of everything! I can understand why some people may be resistant to hiring a planner for their wedding, but in our case, the service was truly invaluable! We felt they really contributed tremendously throughout the process and during the wedding. The more vendors and caterers - and general complexity - the more you need the services of event professionals. Early on, Luxe helped us to stay focused to gather ideas, crafts, designs and plans for the wedding. They kept us on a series of deadlines to get all of our details prepared well in advance so there would be minimal stress. As the date approached, I saw that they began to reach out to our vendors asking many proactive questions and putting our minds at ease that every piece of the jigsaw would fit into place perfectly. We used a four rental companies and two caterers (meal & cake) and so there were maybe 6 vendors in all - and while it may not sound like much, when the guests make last minute plans or you decide on last minute tweaks - it really helps to have the support and guidance of pros to make all the adjustments smoothly! On the day of the wedding, they helped to orchestrate all the moving parts and managed things so that we could really enjoy ourselves. They took all of our decor and bits and turned it into something that, to us, looks like it could be a magazine cover. They translated our vision beautifully, and made it lovelier than we could ever dream. Its hard to think about before the wedding, but all those vendors/caterers are working for you and looking to follow your lead... if you don't have anyone else to help with all the details, it would be easy to find yourself managing your wedding more than enjoying the fleeting beauty of the day and the company of your new in-laws. I wanted nothing more than to be swept up in emotions of love and family - Luxe helped things to go so smoothly, they allowed me to really enjoy the day for myself. My only regret for the wedding was not opting for more services from Luxe to stay until the end of the wedding. In the end, I had to be responsible for moving/sorting rental items and dealing with a bit more than I was prepared for at the end of the night. With a nostalgic vision to ride off into the sunset of wedded bliss in your mind, you don't want to take a detour by carrying nearly a ton of log stumps up a hill in your dress pants... Luxe would have certainly been prepared for all the post-ceremony details better than I was! I couldn’t dream of taking on this kind of responsibility for such a complex event - where you get NO Do-Overs - without the help of Luxe. Big shout out to Brooke & Kali for their amazing decor/design work - amazing job all around!

I cannot express with words how valuable my day of coordination package was... Our wedding was a dream come true and it would not have been possible without Brooke and her team. The amount of decor and instructions I was over the top and they did it ALL perfectly. Of course it ended up being 104+ degrees... but everyone still ran around with a smile on their faces while hopefully chugging water and keeping me stress free as I prepped for my big day. Prior to the wedding I can honestly say that they also went above and beyond. They saved me money on my rentals, dealt with any issues or misunderstandings with my venue and even handled and contacted my vendors when I was starting to feel overwhelmed. They reminded me of small details that I most likely would have missed and/or forgot about. They guided me though my timeline which was HUGE since I had never gotten married before lol. I would hire them a million times again and recommend them with all the confidence. My day would not have been possible without the assistance, guidance and organization of the Luxe team. Misty, Brooke, and the Luxe team, are amazing! We were planning our Portland, OR wedding from across the country and Misty and Brooke were our wedding coordinators. We'd secured most of our major vendors and had a basic plan, but we needed someone to help us figure out the details and execute, and they went above and beyond that. Misty is a great listener and focused on understanding what was most important to us, but also was ready to share options or an opinion on the decisions where we didn't have a strong opinion. For example, we had an unusual setting for a processional and she recommended the perfect approach. And, when we were looking for something fun for our guests, she shared a recommendation for a photobooth and a magician, both of which we used and which were hits with our guests. When we didn't have a preference about linens, she made a beautiful recommendation. Finally, when we were ready to print programs, Brooke stepped in and figured out how to mimic the print from our wedding invitation for programs- it turned out gorgeous! Misty and Brooke went above and beyond in any number of ways. They scoured over our vendor contracts and caught and confirmed details that we had missed - for example, we wanted champagne passed before our ceremony, and Brooke caught that that detail hadn't made it into the contract. Brooke walked us through each moment of the wedding itself, which was invaluable especially given that we had limited time in our location and we needed their guidance. Brooke remembered every detail from our conversations and made them happen on the day itself. In addition to finding a shuttle for our guests, Brooke secured a fantastic town car for us and our families, and the driver knew exactly what to do. Finally, when we got into town the week of our wedding without having taken any dance lessons, we asked Brooke on a whim if she knew anyone, and she was able to find a great dance instructor who met with us for an hour to give us some moves. It was truly remarkable. At the same time, Misty and Brooke were very clear about the things that we should feel more urgent about in the planning process, which made it much easier to prioritize, which was especially helpful given that we were across the country. And, they were wonderful with our families. Finally, their management of that final day was outstanding. They handled every detail and completely took care of it and we could focus on enjoying our wedding. If you work with the Luxe team, you can feel in peace about the details on your wedding day, and you will be able to focus on the experience and meaning of your wedding. We were so happy with our wedding day, thanks to their support leading up to the event and during. We can't thank them enough!

Our wedding venue, Castaway, recommended Luxe to us. We had a consultation call and meeting with a coordinator and chose our level of service. In the next few months, our wedding shifted from our original coordinator to Misty. Misty, owner of Luxe Event Productions, spent some time to get up to speed and help us really solidify our vision. Though we used Luxe for more of our day-of coordination, Misty was there along the way to answer all questions, make sure we were thinking about all the details, and always responding to my texts and emails in a VERY timely fashion. We hired the professionals at Luxe for "day of" event services for our "100 Year Anniversary" company party. This was by far the most valuable investment we made for the entire event. We welcomed customers, agents and suppliers from all over the world for this special night. Needless to say we needed every detail to be right. Misty and Anna had ideas that added the special attention to detail we were looking for. From the lighting, ice sculpture, linens, drapes, down to the table setting, everything looked straight out of a movie! Misty recommended a photographer who took some remarkable pictures and genuinely captured the atmosphere. I repeatedly heard the word “First Class” when a guest was describing our event afterwards. There is no question in my mind, we could not have pulled off this level of an event without Luxe and their expertise, connections, and creativity. Lauren and her team at Luxe planned a super successful wedding for us. They made this very overwhelming event fun and manageable over our year of planning. I noticed that while all my other friends that were getting married were very stressed without a wedding planner, I felt calm and confident that everything was being handled thanks to Lauren. One thing that impressed us about Luxe are their wedding shows that they put on. The events were super fun and laidback. They were very helpful in finding vendors that Luxe works with and fit our style and budget. The events were also inspiring and gave us some really great ideas for our wedding. While we were getting ready Lauren handled all of the decorations, details, logistics and delivery that comes with coordinating the wedding day. On top of that she also handled our guests, making sure everything was where they needed to be. I don’t think I would have enjoyed being a bride if it was not for Lauren. Our guests were so impressed by the work Lauren and her team did. Everyone had a great time. Lauren was directive but not authoritative, allowing us to see our guests and enjoy our moments while keeping with the timeline and getting everything done proficiently. Overall, we have recommended all of our friends and family who are thinking about getting married to at least get a wedding planner the day of. Allison was not only the best at her profession, but also personable and real. She has a passion for event planning as well as her clients and it shows. Also, much appreciated and just if not more important, she was also my friend during this process to share joy, be excited with me and celebrate. She was just a text, call or e-mail away. She cared just as much about our wedding as we did. From the beginning I had my 100% Trust in Luxe. They let me know what actions/steps to focus on and take and what would be next. The communication was amazing and tasks started getting checked off one by one. I had a few friends get jealous that I didn’t need their help, my reply would always be, “Allison said” or “Allison did” or something along the lines of, “Allison will let me know when/if we need to” She was on top of everything. She made sure all our vendors and venue were on the same page, she made sure everything was perfect and she even made sure I knew what bills to pay. ( I am a bit unorganized😊) She was better than we could of dreamed of. Having a high pressure and demanding job myself, Allison really made this a fun, easy, smooth and awesome process. During this time I had received numerous comments about how relaxed of a bride I was, how I had no worries, and how I seemed so relaxed and chill. I owe that 100% to LUXE, Allsion, and CeCe. From beginning, middle to end- Luxe was there for us.Closer to the day we were introduced to CeCe. She was going to be who was there the day of our wedding, and wow. Bless. Her. Heart. I honestly was a little unsure just because of the 8 months that we had been working with Allison and the bond and trust I had developed, but if I know one thing, its that Luxe hires amazing and talented people. CeCe was phenomenal. She was able to handle our wedding party of 15 that likes to…. Celebrate, aka drink. She was patient, kind, fun, supportive and so genuinely happy for us. She lead our rehearsal and was able to come up with solutions and ideas for last minute changes. She is absolutely invaluable. She was there to make sure our day was the best day ever and she achieved that. We had her support from when we were getting ready, to making sure we were where we needed to be for pictures, to my last minute frantic phone call to walking down the aisle. I have a picture someone snapped of me right before I made that walk, and CeCe was by my side. It is one of my favorite pictures because I remember the heart filled pep talk we had, and she made it happen. It didn’t stop there, she made us plates of food to eat, guided us how to cut the cake when we looked confused, and helped with all the day of details. After the wedding you think it would stop there, but Allison and CeCe both messaged me, checked in and congratulated us. They also sent some pictures! Everything from my first meeting, to after the wedding was amazing. The day ran PERFECT. We could not of hoped or dreamed for anything different for our wedding and there was no way that it would of happened like this without Allison, CeCe and Luxe.
