Amanda is phenomenal! My now husband and I decided fairly early on that we wanted to take dance lessons prior to our wedding. I researched several options and beyond happy we worked with Amanda. We were looking for a choreographer who would allow us to have fun, forever enjoy and cherish a special song and simply break down dance moves for us newbies to look polished. Amanda did just that and more. Our lessons were the most fun part of planning our wedding as it allowed us to spend quality time with each other while experiencing something new. Neither of us consider ourselves dancers but Amanda was able to simplify steps and clearly communicate how to look graceful. She worked with us if anything felt awkward. Amanda is fun, focused and dynamic. I whole heartedly recommend Amanda to choreograph whatever special dance you are planning! **I also want to note that she edited our very long song to a manageable length (2 minutes) that flowed nicely

Leading up to my wife and I's wedding, which was in June of 2022, I was tasked with finding somewhere we could take dance lessons for our first dance. I did extensive research and had multiple conversations with numerous companies. After corresponding with Amanda, only once, I knew that she was the perfect person to choreograph my wife and I's first dance. Needless to say, I couldn't have chosen better! She not only made us feel comfortable and confident but she also made learning our first dance so much fun to the point where both my wife and I would look forward to our classes. Amanda was extremely thoughtful with the choreography and made sure that it was personalized for the song we had picked out. She was extremely flexible with her scheduling and was always quick to respond with any questions or to check in the week prior to the wedding to see how we were doing. Thanks to Amanda, we rocked our first dance, much to the enjoyment of our guests, and received nothing but positive feedback on how wonderful it looked and went. If you're looking at main stream companies or are between 2-3, stop what you're doing and book with Amanda! Her personal touch and expertise will definitely shine through and you'll have a much better experience (and more fun) as you prep for your big day!

Dance Lessons with Amanda was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process! We looked forward to going to our lessons as it brought us closer in a unique intimate way. Amanda took our ideas and inspiration to design a unique dance with a custom mix that our band was able to easily play during our first dance. Our guests loved the surprise of a choreographed first dance and were pleasantly surprised at our dance skills! We still remember our moves and dance together whenever we hear “Unforgettable” or “(This will be an) Everlasting Love.” Thank you so much Amanda! We had the absolute BEST experience with Amanda. I would highly recommend her services to any engaged couple, no matter their dance experience. Amanda was professional, friendly & simply wonderful to work with. My husband & I enjoy dancing, but have little to no experience learning choreography. We sent our first dance song to Amanda & she created a beautiful sequence for us. We actually planned a mix of two songs (one slow, one fast) & Amanda cut the mix together herself! We took four lessons over the last 3 months leading up to our wedding. Each lesson we learned more & more of the dance & Amanda would make adjustments as necessary along the way. She always made sure we felt comfortable & confident with the movements. After each lesson, she would send over videos to help us as we practiced at home which was very helpful. It was a fluid & FUN experience! We definitely impressed our guests on the wedding day & received a ton of compliments, but honestly the best part of the experience was my husband & I practicing at home in our living room!! So grateful to Amanda for her services & providing us with memories we'll cherish forever!!

My wife and I hired Amanda to teach us a dance for our wedding. I am an inexperienced dancer to put it politely. Amanda made me feel comfortable, and I had a lot of fun during the lessons. On the big day, our first dance went wonderfully. It was really nice to share that moment with my wife on the dance floor, and the photos of the dip looked awesome. Wow! Hard to even know where to begin with my kudos. When my daughter and I decided we wanted to do something special for our father/daughter dance at her wedding, we reached out to Amanda after simply finding her on the web. And what a find! Amanda has all the skill in the world but more importantly she has a passion and an ability to teach and motivate. Amanda helped us from step 1, literally and I could not have imagine doing this without her help. This is coming from a 55 yr old man who has the dance moves of, well, a 55 yr old white male. Our dance was a huge hit. Unbeknownst to anyone, the most intimate moment we had was the evening before the wedding when my daughter and I walked over to the venue where the reception was to be held and rehearsed one last time under the party lights. It was just her and I sharing a wonderful moment and something that I will always be grateful for. Something we would not have done if not for Amanda's help.

I had always envisioned a choreographed first dance at our wedding and Amanda helped make that dream a reality. We enlisted her help to do a mashup of two different songs and it came out perfect! My hubby is not a dancer in the slightest, but she broke the steps down into easy to follow movements. She is extremely patient and I would hire her again in a second. Do yourself a favor and take a class or 3 with her, you’ll be glad you did!

Amanda is the absolute best!!! My, now, husband and I reached out to Amanda about a month out from our wedding in hopes she could help us with our two left feet and unique wedding song. Boy did she deliver!! Not only did she create a beautiful, sexy, and fun choreography for us, but she also helped us put our own flare to it. Within 3 lessons, we had the routine down pat and crushed it at our wedding! Our guests loved every second of our dance and remarked on how at ease we looked, which we can only credit to Amanda!! Choosing Amanda to choreograph our first dance was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! She is so fun, creative, and really gets to know you as a couple. I was worried we were going to be limited in what our dance could be due to our lack of dancing experience, but she left us feeling so confident! 4 lessons were a perfect amount of time. My husband and I are not very confident dancers so we knew we wanted help with our first dance for our wedding last month. When deciding where to go for lessons, we knew we didn't want something too ballroomy and rigid. That was where Amanda came in! She helped us learn basic moves as well as a routine. She gave us great feedback on our form as well as practical advice on the logistics of wedding day (something you probably won't get elsewhere). She videoed us during the different stages of our lessons so we could see progress! When we shared our experience with our family, both sets of our parents wanted to have lessons of their own to prep for wedding day! She was the brains behind our mother-son and father-daughter dances. My parents enjoyed their time with Amanda so much that they actually did lessons with Amanda on their own too! We had a blast during the whole process, and felt super confident leading into wedding day. Our first dance, and our parent dances went amazing! We can't wait to get the footage from our videographer. Do yourself a favor and go with Amanda for any and all dancing needs!!!!!

When I started planning our first dance I knew that the swaying back and forth wasn’t going to cut it for my fiancé and I. We wanted a stunner of a first dance and boy did Amanda help us deliver! I want to say that my fiancé and I are by no means “dancers” but after a few lessons with Amanda we felt like we had been dancing our whole lives! Both of us went into the first lesson a little hesitant but Amanda’s fun and patient demeanor soon put our hesitations to rest. She had all the choreography ready ahead of time and even went above and beyond to edit our song so that it fit the routine perfectly. We had 3 lessons in total and the whole process was so much fun for both my fiancé and I! Our wedding guests were blown away when they saw our first dance! It’s been over a month since our wedding and they are still talking about it. Since ending our wedding lessons my fiancé and I have talked about continuing lessons with Amanda because we loved it so much and felt it was a great activity to do together. Amanda was amazing from the beginning, It is super weird giving a deposit to someone you don’t know and going off there instagram and just trusting them, but she seemed pumped for what i wanted so i gave her a shot and turned out better than ever. I gave her a mixture of songs(from slow to hip hop ) for our first dance and she completed my vision. She had so much patience and i wish i was having another wedding to do it all over again.
