Awesome time tonight! Girls night out celebrating a birthday with friends. Had a wonderful time learning new dance moves and the instructor was great very accommodating. Will be going back to take additional dance classes in the near future.

The owner Jenni is amazing. I had my 50th Birthday there and was just blown away with room decor. Everything looked so beautifully decorated. Jenni has an eye for this stuff considering I really was not sure what I wanted. We spoke on the phone, then I went in person to see the hall. We discussed what I envisioned and Jenni took it away from there. She is easy to communicate with and has great suggestions. I definitely recommend this place and have already thought of the next event I will have with Jenni. The food was also amazing with the vendor she is currently using. Thank you Jenni for your hard work and beautiful decorations. You have made my 50th one of the most memorable events. You rock!

The owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL, the venue was very clean and beautiful I had my 35th Birthday/EP release here and I would recommend this venue to any and everyone. I was very pleased with everything and grateful that they made my night so special!!

This is exactly the type of gym I have been looking for. The classes are top notch and not overcrowded, the staff is incredibly friendly and the pricing is great. Wow! The Zumba class was amazing Yas is so funny, energetic and full of charisma what more could you ask of a Zumba instructor. This was my very first zumba class and it was so much fun, I'm not sure if my body hurt more then my face because she just had me smiling so much. Everyone in the class was si friendly, in a heart beat I'd tell anyone to take Zumba with Yas, your going to love it!

The talent from an energy, choreography, and music standpoint is unparrelled. Unfortunately the studio is very unorganized and has been for the many years I have been a member off and on. More than anything they could stand an office manager. Someone to update the app or check people in so you dont have to be 20 mins late to a class while the one person reviews every membership option in painstaking detail with the person in front of you. Today after securing child care I arrive all to find out my regular class is a chairty class for 30 more mins and $15 additional dollars-the app isnt updated stillsays regular class today. Sure wish I could just tell my babysitter these things with no notice but noones real life workd that way. Im still owed a refund for being over charged last time I cancelled. Nothing they do wrong on a basic level of human courtesy will ever be rectified you just get over it because they are so good at everything else.

I’m not the type of person that enjoys working out or feels motivated to go to the gym, but Flava’s classes are so fun they really help give me that extra push to make time for myself. I like personally to do Booty Jam Fitness (cardio dance) and Body Sculpt (building muscle). The instructors recognize that everyone has different fitness goals, whether it’s to lose weight or just overall be a healthier person.

Whaaaat? Where are all the reviews??? This place is honestly LIFE-CHANGING. Forget the reviews, just go there for one of Jeni or Juan Carlos zumba classes and the energy and fun will have you hooked! These classes are packed, you have to pre-register for a lot of them because they fill up so quick. And it's not just zumba, there's booty jam, bokwa, belly-dancing, piloxing and so many more! I have combined taking 4-5 classes here a week with a diet and I've lost over 40lbs in 6 months, and I've watched so many more women do the same. Everyone is shrinking lol. They always have awesome deals running, fun events, and new classes. This place is my stress-reliever. It has boosted my energy, my attitude, and most importantly, my SELF CONFIDENCE. I love Flava!

Have only been here for about a month and I love it. Great classes, lots of creativity and variety. Special classes every week. Lots of attention to new members and even a newsletter monthly. This place is just adorable and the monthly rate to go here is reasonable.

Great place for any event, social gathering and family function! The staff and accommodations were extremely professional and made everyone there I believe feel really welcome. The bar and food selection were great also, would definitely recommend for any big gatherings where space is needed for multiple people and tables, also there was enough room for dancing too because we were there for our friends wedding Anniversary 🎊 🎉!!!
