If there were more than 5 stars I would give that many to Jen and Oh Hello Events. Our perfect wedding simply would not have been possible without her!! She is incredibly detail oriented, has a great design sense, and can execute flawlessly. My finance and I both work in the wedding industry and wanted a less traditional wedding - Jen was fully on-board and helped us bring our vision to life. One thing I loved about working with Jen was her honesty about if an idea would be worth the splurge or wouldn't have so much impact. Her feedback was always super valuable to us. I highly recommend you hire Jen for your wedding coordination/design/styling needs!!!

Oh Hello Events makes dreams come true! I hired Jennifer for my wedding and I loved how open she was to any and all ideas I had and made them come to life. She also had fantastic recommendations that I often used. My husband and I didn't have to worry about one thing during the wedding. My wedding day absolutely would not have been the same if Jennifer and her team at Oh Hello Events were not involved. At first, I wondered if it was worth it to hire a wedding coordinator, but this turned out to be the best money we spent for our wedding, hands down. The services Jennifer provided far exceeded our expectations and were a phenomenal value overall. Jennifer helped us find vendors that would work for our vision and budget, and helped guide us along as we put our ideas together. I had a clear understanding of where I should be in the wedding planning process at all times, thanks to the custom guides provided by Jennifer, which were updated as the big day got closer. We were also incredibly impressed with Jennifer's creativity, which shined through in the styled projects she had designed for us. We had chosen a venue that meant we'd have to rent a ton of decor or would have to create a ton of DIY projects, and we chose to go the DIY route. Jennifer's team became a part of my family the weekend of the wedding and made sure everyone knew exactly what they should expect or do the day of the wedding. The Oh Hello team worked so hard putting all of our DIY projects together to create the visions we'd collaborated on, spending over 12 hours at our venue the day of the wedding. Nobody in our family had to worry about anything at the wedding, and we could just enjoy our day. Everyone was amazed at how easy it was to work with Jennifer and her team, and agreed our day would not have been near as perfect if Oh Hello was not involved. Truly an exceptional service from an amazing team.

Jennifer and her wonderful crew are incredible to work with!! I own a photography studio in the Tampa Metro area and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer this past Saturday at the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel. Jennifer and her assistant were punctual, attentive to every detail, kept the schedule running on time or ahead, and were extremely fun and pleasant to work with throughout the entire day. As a direct result, the images we captured were beautiful and completely stress-free, and the bride, groom, family and guests had a care-free and exciting day! :) Thank you for being so incredible to work with, Jennifer--you are amazing!! :)

Jen was the first thing from our entire wedding that we booked, we knew that we'd be needing the best of the best planner/stylist/coordinator who knew the area and had a great eye since we were planning our wedding weekend in St Pete from Boston. Both my wife and I work in the wedding industry so we have seen hundreds of weddings and knew we'd need help to accomplish our grand vision.
Jen worked with us through EVERY step of the process from venue hunting, linen selection, all the way through detail styling on the day of. She was AMAZING to work with. She was incredibly organized and made sure we were on top of what we needed. She was always quick to respond and even with our limited visits into St Pete she made sure that our time was used efficiently. Throughout the process she'd help with design projects wether it be designing the program or the place cards, she made everything cohesive and beautiful. And she created the coolest photobooth backdrop I have ever seen.
When it finally came to the big weekend Jen assembled an amazing team to make sure everything went flawlessly. And I must say. It absolutely did. Even at 8.5 months pregnant Jen pulled off one of the most beautiful weddings I or our guests have ever seen. She was there throughout the weekend to make sure we were taken care of and make sure the schedule was running smoothly. Her team made sure all the details looked just as we had been envisioning them for the past year.
We are so eternally thankful for Jen and all the work she put into our wedding weekend. We know that without her it definitely would not have been the perfect weekend that it was. We'd recommend Jen to ANY couple looking for an amazingly creative event designer and coordinator. She'd be a huge addition to anyones big day.
