Wow! What an amazing job these guys did at our reunion this weekend. The scene was perfectly set for a fabulous time with the awesome balloon arch and backdrop for the oh-so-fun photo booth set up. I really loved that it was set up to fit larger groups of classmates into the sky's as we certainly kept piling in on the fun! They really went above and beyond and even figured out how to make a balloon sculpture of our mascot! I just love that it was later worn over the shoulders of our valedictorian on the dance floor! Thank you so much for such a great night!

Chonya and Ric did an amazing job on our Dinner Gala! They were fantastic to work with during the entire process. With little lead time, they created a wonderful environment for over 800 guests. My company, Local Revival, planned and coordinated a child's birthday party where a balloon artist and face painter was requested. Chonya has always been super easy to work and communicate with, very accommodating to each of our events, and very professional! We do a lot of parties for the kids in the neighborhood, and she always has a wide variety of services to offer depending on the occasion. I cannot say enough good things about Let's Plan a Party and Chonya, the owner. We live out of state, and our dad, during Covid, has been moved to a nursing home. Being that we have not been able to see him much over the past year, we were trying to show support to him and the facility. Chonya and her team have been AMAZING! So much so, that we had a family birthday over 1000 miles away and hired Chonya to organize and plan it, which she did with great efficiency, care and not a worry for us. Before I have tried a few different companies and none have ever been as efficient and professional as Let's Plan a Party! To birthday parties, Corporate functions, or Holiday events! Chonya Alvarez helped make my daughter's 21st golden birthday the most memorable birthday she might ever have! First of all, Chonya came out to my house to install a fun balloon drop for my daughter after I picked her up from the airport, This began our 21st birthday celebration! The next morning Chonya drove from Wesley Chapel area to Treasure Island and decorated the bungalow I rented. When we arrived to our bungalow my daughter saw balloons and streamers on the door and knew exactly which one was ours for the next 24 hours. Once my daughter opened the door she was blown away by all of the decorations inside! I gave Chonya food, champagne, and lots of other things to set out so when my daughter opened the door she was EXTREMELY SURPRISED and HAPPY!! It was absolutely perfect! If that wasn't enough, Chonya came out to the house one more time at 7am on the 21st and set out " HAPPY GOLDEN 21ST BIRTHDAY HANNAH " in my yard!! She surrounded the design with things that represents who Hannah is ...musical notes, piano, singing, etc. It was really such a great celebration because Chonya went the extra mile to make it unique and different! I attended a event that was organized by Let's Plan A Party and I was so impressed by Chonya's Staff and her leadership skills. I have never been to a event where the party planner is able to talk, socialize with guests and participate in different activities. WOW!!! My wife and I attended a company event at top golf that was managed by Chonya and Lets plan a party. It was incredible to see how an event with 2000+ people ran so smooth. There was so much to do for kids and adults from the large amounts of bounce houses, face painting, spray tatoos ect. I would recommend them for any event small or big.
